Imaginée pour dépasser les limites des solutions existantes, la Cargo-basket ouvre la voie au transport de machines hors gabarit — trop hautes ou trop lourdes pour les plateformes classiques. Excavatrices, engins agricoles, nacelles élévatrices ou machines industrielles, qu’elles roulent sur pneus ou sur chenilles : toutes trouvent désormais leur place à bord de notre nouvelle solution.

Une conception pensée pour l’exceptionnel

Capable d’accueillir des machines pouvant mesurer jusqu’à 10 mètres de long, 2,59 mètres de large et près de 4 mètres de haut, la Cargo-basket supporte des charges allant jusqu’à 25 tonnes. Ses dimensions exactes peuvent varier selon les liaisons ferroviaires, mais son objectif reste inchangé : offrir une réponse fiable aux transports les plus exigeants.

Sécurité et simplicité comme maîtres mots

La Cargo-basket est équipée d’anneaux d’arrimage robustes et, associée aux bons moyens de tensionnement, respecte pleinement les directives UIC en matière de chargement. Pour faciliter les opérations, elle dispose également de rampes intégrées, permettant un chargement et un déchargement à la fois rapides, efficaces et sûrs.

Driven by a desire to innovate and meet the growing needs of the sector, we are proud to unveil the Cargo-basket: a rail platform specifically designed to safely accommodate increasingly large machines.

Designed to overcome the limitations of existing solutions, the Cargo-basket paves the way for transporting oversized machinery—machines that are too tall or too heavy for conventional platforms. Excavators, agricultural equipment, aerial work platforms, or industrial machinery, whether they run on tires or tracks: all now find their place on board our new solution.

Capable of accommodating machines up to 10 meters long, 2.59 meters wide, and nearly 4 meters high, the Cargo-basket can handle loads of up to 25 tons. Na het succes van de S-Bolster zet Van der Vlist een nieuwe stap voorwaarts in de wereld van intermodaal transport. Gedreven door de wens om te innoveren en te voldoen aan de groeiende behoeften van de sector, zijn we trots om de Cargo-basket te onthullen: een spoorplatform dat speciaal is ontworpen om steeds grotere machines veilig te vervoeren.

Ontworpen om de beperkingen van bestaande oplossingen te overwinnen, maakt de Cargo-basket de weg vrij voor het vervoer van oversized machines – machines die te hoog of te zwaar zijn voor conventionele platforms.
