Le groupe TESYA franchit une nouvelle étape dans sa stratégie de croissance en intégrant CGTTrucks, son activité de location de camions routiers, au sein d'Alayan, sa division spécialisée dans la location d'équipements. Cette opération élargit considérablement le périmètre d'Alayan, qui devient un acteur capable de proposer une offre intégrée couvrant désormais les matériels de chantier et les véhicules industriels.

Basée à Milan, CGTTrucks exploite une flotte d'environ 1 500 véhicules utilitaires et poids lourds, disponible en location courte et longue durée, tout en assurant la commercialisation de véhicules neufs et d'occasion. The TESYA Group is taking another step in its growth strategy by integrating CGTTrucks, its road truck rental business, into Alayan, its equipment rental division. This operation significantly expands Alayan's scope, making it a player capable of offering an integrated solution that now covers construction equipment and industrial vehicles.

Based in Milan, CGTTrucks operates a fleet of approximately 1,500 commercial vehicles and heavy goods vehicles, available for short- and long-term rental, while also selling new and used vehicles. This new offering addresses the growing demand from companies seeking operational flexibility, asset optimization, and mobility solutions without the constraints of ownership.

The integration also includes a strengthening of skills with the arrival of Claudio Gariboldi, former head of Fraikin Italy, to lead the "Special Services" activities, while Alessandro Rosi remains at the helm of the industrial and commercial vehicle division.
