Goldhofer et son co-exposant Volvo Trucks ont certainement attiré les foules avec leur première présence combinée au NordBau 2023 à Neumünster, dans l'extrême nord de l'Allemagne. Le point culminant du salon a été la première combinaison lourde configurée par l'ambassadrice de la marque Goldhofer, Iwona Blecharczyk, composée d'un camion Volvo FH16 et d'une semi-surbaissée Goldhofer «MPA» à sept essieux.

Cette année, les visiteurs du NordBau ont afflué au parc des expositions par un temps idéal. Et ils ont trouvé de quoi les satisfaire sur le premier stand commun de Goldhofer et Volvo Trucks. Une remorque « TRAILSTAR » à quatre essieux et un « STEPSTAR » à trois essieux avec deux paires de passages de roue se sont avérés des exemples convaincants du concept de famille de véhicules développé par Goldhofer pour la « STARLINE ». Les visiteurs ont également été impressionnés par les détails intelligents, notamment le système pratique d'arrimage du chargement et les piquets de poche ajustés. Ces bêtes de somme flexibles ont également un rapport charge utile/poids mort optimal et des verrous de conteneur Wader. Les véhicules »STARLINE« sont disponibles avec les pneus CargoPlus uniques de Goldhofer pour des charges par essieu de dix ou douze tonnes et avec les avantages d'une hauteur de chargement bien inférieure à celle des pneus conventionnels.

Le »STEPSTAR« était exposé en combinaison avec un tracteur routier Volvo FH Electric. Avec jusqu'à 666 ch de puissance continue et une autonomie allant jusqu'à 300 km, le Volvo FM Electric est le choix idéal dans les zones urbaines pour les transports de conteneurs, les services de grues et bien d'autres choses encore – avec un impact environnemental considérablement réduit. Le FM Electric trouve naturellement tout son sens dans les zones zéro émission ou aux heures de la journée où l’usage des véhicules diesel est restreint. Non seulement le FH Electric est nettement plus silencieux que les véhicules conventionnels, mais le moteur électrique délivre également immédiatement un couple maximal, ce qui permet une livraison très fluide de la pleine puissance. Avec un poids total brut de 44 t, il est également bien équipé pour les travaux lourds dans l'environnement difficile des chantiers de construction.

Le point culminant du NordBau 2023 a toutefois été le premier semi-remorque lourd configuré par l'ambassadrice de la marque Goldhofer, Iwona Blecharczyk, avec sa société Imagination Transport, composé d'un Volvo FH16 et du Goldhofer « MPA » 7. Avec ses 750 ch, le Volvo FH16 dans la version 8x4 est le nec plus ultra en matière de puissance de Volvo Trucks. Il est capable de supporter un poids brut combiné allant jusqu'à 325 tonnes. Volvo Active Grip Control garantit des performances maximales de traction et de démarrage dans toutes les conditions. Pour les basses vitesses lors des manœuvres avec des charges lourdes, le Volvo FH16 est équipé de la transmission I-Shift à vitesses lentes. Cela signifie à tout moment un démarrage sans problème avec les charges les plus lourdes.

De plus, le petit nombre de composants fait du « MPA » une solution nécessitant extrêmement peu d'entretien. Il est conçu pour des charges sur essieu élevées de 15,6 t à 20 km/h et combine un grand angle de braquage de 60° avec une faible hauteur de chargement de seulement 785 mm. La conception robuste et la résistance élevée à la flexion du châssis du véhicule garantissent une fiabilité maximale et une longue durée de vie. C'est également le verdict d'Iwona, forte de ses nombreuses années d'expérience en tant que camionneur : « Dans le monde quotidien du transport lourd, je dois pouvoir compter entièrement sur mon véhicule. Une ingénierie robuste et des solutions fiables ont toujours été la marque de fabrique de Goldhofer. . C’est pourquoi il n’y avait qu’un seul concurrent sérieux pour mon premier semi-remorque : Goldhofer. C'est également le verdict des nombreux visiteurs du stand Nordbau de Goldhofer, selon Carsten Duwe, directeur commercial du nord de l'Allemagne : « Au NordBau, le plus grand salon compact d'Europe pour le secteur de la construction, tous nos produits avaient le pouvoir de convaincre. La réponse de nos clients a été tout simplement enthousiaste. NordBau 2023 – un autre salon réussi pour Goldhofer.

Another successful trade show for Goldhofer

Goldhofer and co-exhibitor Volvo Trucks certainly drew the crowds with their first combined presence at NordBau 2023 in Neumünster in the far north of Germany. The highlight of the trade show was the first heavy-duty combination configured by Goldhofer brand ambassador Iwona Blecharczyk comprising a Volvo FH16 truck and a seven-axle Goldhofer »MPA« semi lowloader.

The visitors to this year’s NordBau flocked to the fairgrounds in perfect weather. And they found plenty to keep them happy at the first joint Goldhofer and Volvo Trucks stand. A four-axle »TRAILSTAR« trailer and a three-axle »STEPSTAR« with two pairs of wheel recesses proved convincing examples of the vehicle family concept developed by Goldhofer for the »STARLINE«. Visitors were additionally impressed by the intelligent details including the practical load securing system and form-fit pocket stakes. These flexible workhorses also have an optimal payload to deadweight ratio and Wader container locks. The »STARLINE« vehicles are available with Goldhofer’s unique CargoPlus tires for axle loads of ten or twelve tons and the advantages of a loading height that is much lower than with conventional tires.

The »STEPSTAR« was on display in combination with a Volvo FH Electric tractor unit. With up to 666 hp continuous power and a range of up to 300 km, the Volvo FM Electric is the ideal choice in urban areas for container transports, crane services and much else – with a greatly reduced environmental impact. The FM Electric naturally comes into its own in zero-emission zones or at times of the day when the use of diesel vehicles is restricted. Not only is the FH Electric significantly quieter than conventional vehicles, the electric motor also delivers maximum torque immediately, which gives very smooth full power delivery. With a gross combination weight rating of 44 t, it is also well-equipped for heavy-duty work in the harsh environment of the construction site.

The highlight of NordBau 2023, however, was the first heavy-duty tractor-trailer configured by Goldhofer brand ambassador Iwona Blecharczyk with her Imagination Transport company, comprising a Volvo FH16 and the Goldhofer »MPA« 7. With its 750 hp, the Volvo FH16 in the 8x4 version is the ultimate in power from Volvo Trucks. It is capable of handling a gross combination weight of up to 325 tons. Volvo Active Grip Control ensures that maximum traction and startability performance are available in all conditions. For low speeds when maneuvering with heavy loads, the Volvo FH16 features the I-Shift transmission with crawler gears. This means problem-free drive-off with the heaviest loads at all times.

Outstanding lateral stability has been one of the keys to the success of Goldhofer’s »MPA« axle technology since its launch in 2013. In addition the small number of components makes the »MPA« an extremely low-maintenance solution. It is designed for high axle loads of 15.6 t at 20 km/h and combines a wide steering angle of 60° with a low loading height of only 785 mm. The robust design and high bending resistance of the vehicle frame ensure maximum reliability and a long service life. This is also the verdict of Iwona with her long years of experience as a trucker: “In the workaday world of heavy haulage I have to be able to rely on my vehicle completely, and robust engineering and reliable solutions have always been the hallmark of Goldhofer. That is why there was only one serious contender for my first semi lowloader: Goldhofer.” This was also the verdict of the many visitors to Goldhofer’s Nordbau stand according to Carsten Duwe, Sales Manager Northern Germany: “At NordBau, Europe’s biggest compact trade show for the construction industry, all our products had the power to convince. The response of our customers was nothing short of enthusiastic.” NordBau 2023 – another successful trade show for Goldhofer.

Opnieuw een succesvolle beurs voor Goldhofer

Goldhofer en mede-exposant Volvo Trucks trokken zeker de aandacht met hun eerste gezamenlijke aanwezigheid op NordBau 2023 in Neumünster, in het uiterste noorden van Duitsland. Hoogtepunt van de beurs was de eerste heavy-duty combinatie, geconfigureerd door Goldhofer-merkambassadeur Iwona Blecharczyk, bestaande uit een Volvo FH16 vrachtwagen en een zevenassige Goldhofer »MPA« semidieplader.

De bezoekers van de NordBau van dit jaar stroomden bij perfect weer naar het beursterrein. En ze vonden genoeg om blij van te worden op de eerste gezamenlijke stand van Goldhofer en Volvo Trucks. Een vierassige »TRAILSTAR«-aanhangwagen en een drieassige »STEPSTAR« met twee paar wieluitsparingen waren overtuigende voorbeelden van het voertuigfamilieconcept dat Goldhofer voor de »STARLINE« ontwikkelde. De bezoekers waren bovendien onder de indruk van de intelligente details, waaronder het praktische ladingzekeringssysteem en de vormvaste zakrongen. Bovendien beschikken deze flexibele werkpaarden over een optimale verhouding tussen laadvermogen en eigen gewicht en over Wader-containersloten. De »STARLINE«-voertuigen zijn verkrijgbaar met de unieke CargoPlus-banden van Goldhofer voor aslasten van tien of twaalf ton en de voordelen van een laadhoogte die veel lager is dan bij conventionele banden.

De »STEPSTAR« was te zien in combinatie met een Volvo FH Electric trekker. Met een continu vermogen tot 666 pk en een bereik tot 300 km is de Volvo FM Electric de ideale keuze in stedelijke gebieden voor containertransport, kraandiensten en nog veel meer – met een sterk verminderde impact op het milieu. De FM Electric komt uiteraard goed tot zijn recht in emissievrije zones of op momenten van de dag waarop het gebruik van dieselvoertuigen beperkt is. Niet alleen is de FH Electric aanzienlijk stiller dan conventionele voertuigen, de elektromotor levert ook onmiddellijk het maximale koppel, wat zorgt voor een zeer soepele volle vermogensafgifte. Met een treingewicht van 44 ton is hij ook goed uitgerust voor het zware werk in de zware omstandigheden op de bouwplaats.

Het hoogtepunt van NordBau 2023 was echter de eerste zware trekker-oplegger, geconfigureerd door merkambassadeur Iwona Blecharczyk van Goldhofer met haar bedrijf Imagination Transport, bestaande uit een Volvo FH16 en de Goldhofer »MPA« 7. Met zijn 750 pk is de Volvo FH16 in de 8x4-versie is het ultieme vermogen van Volvo Trucks aanwezig. Hij kan een treingewicht tot 325 ton aan. Volvo Active Grip Control zorgt ervoor dat onder alle omstandigheden maximale tractie en startvermogen beschikbaar zijn. Voor lage snelheden bij het manoeuvreren met zware lasten is de Volvo FH16 uitgerust met de I-Shift-transmissie met kruipversnellingen. Dit betekent altijd probleemloos wegrijden met de zwaarste lasten.

Uitstekende zijdelingse stabiliteit is sinds de lancering in 2013 een van de sleutels tot het succes van Goldhofer's "MPA"-astechnologie. Bovendien maakt het kleine aantal componenten de "MPA" tot een extreem onderhoudsarme oplossing. Hij is ontworpen voor hoge aslasten van 15,6 t bij 20 km/u en combineert een grote stuurhoek van 60° met een lage laadhoogte van slechts 785 mm. Het robuuste ontwerp en de hoge buigweerstand van het voertuigframe zorgen voor maximale betrouwbaarheid en een lange levensduur. Dit is ook het oordeel van Iwona met haar jarenlange ervaring als vrachtwagenchauffeur: “In de dagelijkse wereld van het zware transport moet ik volledig op mijn voertuig kunnen vertrouwen, en robuuste techniek en betrouwbare oplossingen zijn altijd het kenmerk van Goldhofer geweest . Daarom was er maar één serieuze kanshebber voor mijn eerste semi-dieplader: Goldhofer.” Dit was ook het oordeel van de vele bezoekers aan de Nordbau-stand van Goldhofer volgens Carsten Duwe, Sales Manager Noord-Duitsland: “Op NordBau, Europa’s grootste compacte vakbeurs voor de bouwsector, hadden al onze producten de kracht om te overtuigen. De reacties van onze klanten waren ronduit enthousiast.” NordBau 2023 – opnieuw een succesvolle beurs voor Goldhofer.
