Le Brésil franchit une étape majeure dans la modernisation de ses infrastructures routières avec la mise en service de la première centrale de recyclage d’asphalte RPP 4000 HG de l’hémisphère Sud, implantée à proximité de São Paulo. Ce projet phare, développé par Usicity – filiale du groupe Turita Holding – en partenariat avec Benninghoven, marque un tournant technologique pour l’industrie sud-américaine de l’asphalte.

Capable de produire entre 4 000 et 5 000 tonnes d’asphalte par jour, l’installation atteint des taux records de réutilisation de RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement) pouvant aller jusqu’à 100 %. Une avancée stratégique dans un marché brésilien où le recyclage des matériaux routiers reste encore peu développé.

Grâce à sa technologie de génération de gaz chaud et à son système de contrôle intelligent BLS 4, la RPP 4000 HG garantit une production homogène, durable et conforme aux normes les plus exigeantes du secteur routier, tout en réduisant fortement les émissions de CO₂. La centrale est conçue pour répondre aux standards environnementaux des trente prochaines années et pourra prochainement fonctionner à l’hydrogène vert, une première mondiale dans ce domaine.

Installée dans la région de Jaraguá, au cœur d’un bassin logistique stratégique disposant de carrières et de stocks importants de matériaux recyclés, l’usine ambitionne une production annuelle d’un million de tonnes d’asphalte haute performance. Un volume exceptionnel qui illustre l’ampleur du marché brésilien et le potentiel de transformation de ses infrastructures.

Au-delà de la performance industrielle, ce projet symbolise également la réussite d’une coopération internationale fondée sur l’innovation, la formation technique des opérateurs et une vision durable de la construction routière. São Paulo Welcomes a Technological Revolution in Asphalt Production

Brazil has taken a major step forward in modernizing its road infrastructure with the commissioning of the first RPP 4000 HG asphalt recycling plant in the Southern Hemisphere, located near São Paulo. This flagship project, developed by Usicity – a subsidiary of the Turita Holding Group – in partnership with Benninghoven, marks a technological turning point for the South American asphalt industry.

Capable of producing between 4,000 and 5,000 tons of asphalt per day, the plant achieves record RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement) reuse rates of up to 100%. This represents a strategic advancement in a Brazilian market where road material recycling remains underdeveloped.

Thanks to its hot gas generation technology and intelligent BLS 4 control system, the RPP 4000 HG guarantees consistent, sustainable production that meets the most demanding standards in the road construction sector, while significantly reducing CO₂ emissions. The plant is designed to meet environmental standards for the next thirty years and will soon be able to run on green hydrogen, a world first in this field.

Brazilië heeft een belangrijke stap gezet in de modernisering van zijn wegeninfrastructuur met de ingebruikname van de eerste RPP 4000 HG asfaltrecyclinginstallatie op het zuidelijk halfrond, nabij São Paulo. Dit vlaggenschipproject, ontwikkeld door Usicity – een dochteronderneming van de Turita Holding Group – in samenwerking met Benninghoven, markeert een technologisch keerpunt voor de Zuid-Amerikaanse asfaltindustrie.

De installatie, die tussen de 4.000 en 5.000 ton asfalt per dag kan produceren, behaalt recordhergebruikpercentages van gerecycled asfalt (RAP) tot wel 100%. Dit is een strategische vooruitgang in een Braziliaanse markt waar de recycling van wegmaterialen nog onderontwikkeld is.

Dankzij de hete gasgeneratietechnologie en het intelligente BLS 4-besturingssysteem garandeert de RPP 4000 HG een consistente, duurzame productie die voldoet aan de hoogste eisen in de wegenbouwsector, terwijl de CO₂-uitstoot aanzienlijk wordt verminderd.
