BIA Group annonce l’acquisition de BPM Construction (ex-SAMI TP), acteur reconnu en France dans la distribution d’équipements pour le BTP et les industries extractives. Cette opération stratégique renforce la position de BIA sur le marché européen et élargit son offre de solutions et de services en France.

Présent depuis plus de 120 ans, BIA Group est un distributeur historique des marques Komatsu et Metso, actif en Europe et en Afrique. Le groupe se distingue par une offre complète de services à forte valeur ajoutée, incluant le support après-vente, la maintenance, la formation, les solutions digitales et la gestion de flottes.

BPM Construction, qui compte plus de 100 collaborateurs répartis sur six sites en France, apporte une expertise terrain reconnue et un solide réseau de proximité. Son intégration au sein de BIA Group permet d’associer la puissance d’un groupe international à un accompagnement local de qualité, au bénéfice des clients.

BIA Group announces the acquisition of BPM Construction (formerly SAMI TP), a recognized player in France in the distribution of equipment for the construction and extractive industries. This strategic transaction strengthens BIA's position in the European market and expands its range of solutions and services in France.

Present for over 120 years, BIA Group is a long-standing distributor of Komatsu and Metso brands, operating in Europe and Africa. The group distinguishes itself through a comprehensive range of high-value-added services, including after-sales support, maintenance, training, digital solutions, and fleet management.

BPM Construction, with over 100 employees across six locations in France, brings recognized field expertise and a strong local network. Its integration within BIA Group combines the strength of an international group with high-quality local support, to the benefit of its customers.

BIA Group kondigt de overname aan van BPM Construction (voorheen SAMI TP), een erkende speler in Frankrijk op het gebied van de distributie van apparatuur voor de bouw- en mijnbouwsector. Deze strategische transactie versterkt de positie van BIA op de Europese markt en breidt het aanbod aan oplossingen en diensten in Frankrijk uit.

BIA Group is al meer dan 120 jaar actief als distributeur van de merken Komatsu en Metso in Europa en Afrika. De groep onderscheidt zich door een uitgebreid aanbod aan hoogwaardige diensten, waaronder aftersalesondersteuning, onderhoud, training, digitale oplossingen en wagenparkbeheer.
