Bobcat a lancé une nouvelle gamme de chariots télescopiques rotatifs pour les marchés d'Europe, du Moyen-Orient et d'Afrique. La nouvelle gamme propose neuf modèles motorisés Stage V pour le marché européen, couvrant des hauteurs de levage de 18 à 39 m et des capacités de levage de 5 à 8 tonnes. Celles-ci sont complétées par quatre machines Stage IIIA vendues au Moyen-Orient et en Afrique, pour des hauteurs de levage de 18 à 26 m et des capacités de levage de 5 à 6 tonnes.

Les modèles avec des hauteurs de levage de 18 à 26 m sont propulsés par un moteur Deutz, les modèles à hauteur de levage plus élevée de 27 à 39 m étant propulsés par des moteurs Volvo. Les mêmes fabricants de moteurs sont communs aux modèles Stage IIIA et Stage V, ce qui facilite la maintenance et la formation.

L'un des aspects clés de la nouvelle gamme de chariots télescopiques rotatifs est la cabine panoramique brevetée, offrant la meilleure visibilité du marché et une large gamme de fonctionnalités, parmi lesquelles :

La cabine est également équipée d'une porte pratique : ouverture à 90° et 180°, en partie haute comme en partie basse.

À l'intérieur de la cabine, tous les chariots télescopiques rotatifs Bobcat sont équipés d'un nouveau tableau de bord avec un écran de 7 ou 12 pouces offrant un choix de trois vues différentes : le classique tableau de charge en temps réel ; un nouveau diagramme de charge dynamique de la flèche – montrant uniquement la zone dans laquelle l'opérateur peut se déplacer en toute sécurité avec une charge – et, troisièmement, une vue de dessus à 360°.

La cabine offre également des finitions intérieures supplémentaires, notamment un nouvel éclairage LED de courtoisie derrière le siège de l'opérateur pour un meilleur éclairage à l'intérieur de la cabine. Lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé, le système de télécommande du chariot télescopique peut désormais être rangé dans un nouveau compartiment dédié. Une nouvelle lumière LED a également été insérée sous l'accoudoir gauche, qui s'active lors de l'ouverture de la porte et éclaire le sol pour faciliter l'entrée dans la cabine.

L'accessibilité à la cabine a été améliorée sur les nouveaux chariots télescopiques rotatifs, grâce au placement et à la modification de l'échelle d'accès. L'échelle est désormais équipée de deux poignées pour faciliter son utilisation, et située dans une position plus centrale devant la cabine. Une échelle supplémentaire – située à l'arrière, sur le côté droit de la machine – a également été introduite en standard et est particulièrement utile pour les opérations d'entretien à l'arrière de la flèche.

Un nouveau bouton a également été introduit sur le joystick, qui permet à l'opérateur d'aligner facilement la tourelle avec les échelles d'accès positionnées sur les côtés droit et gauche du chariot télescopique.

Avec les principaux modèles disponibles dans la nouvelle gamme de chariots télescopiques rotatifs, Bobcat propose un choix de solutions pour quatre segments clés de hauteur de levage, à savoir 18 m, 21-22 m, 25-26 m et 30-32 m, avec un choix compétitif en termes de des capacités des machines à ces hauteurs. Bobcat propose également des modèles supplémentaires dans ces segments, chacun avec une capacité de levage supplémentaire d'une tonne.

La nouvelle gamme permet également à Bobcat de couvrir un cinquième segment avec des chariots télescopiques rotatifs de 27, 35 et 39 m avec une capacité de levage plus lourde allant jusqu'à 8 tonnes.

Le marché des chariots télescopiques rotatifs continue de croître dans le monde entier et plus de 4 500 machines ont été vendues en 2023. Le secteur est fortement concentré en Europe (85 %) – l'Italie, l'Allemagne, la France et le Benelux représentant 76 % du marché européen. L’Amérique du Nord représente 10 % du marché mondial, les 5 % restants étant répartis dans le reste du monde.

 Offering Products for both Europe and the Middle East & Africa

Bobcat has launched a new range of Rotary Telehandlers for markets in Europe and the Middle East and Africa. The new range offers nine Stage V powered models for the European market, covering lifting heights from 18 to 39 m and lifting capacities from 5 to 8 tonne. These are complemented by four Stage IIIA machines for sale in the Middle East and Africa, for lifting heights from 18 to 26 m and lifting capacities from 5 to 6 tonne.

The models with lifting heights from 18 to 26 m are Deutz engine powered, with the higher lift models from 27 to 39 m powered by Volvo engines. The same engine manufacturers are common to both the Stage IIIA and Stage V models, allowing easier maintenance and training.

One of the key aspects of the new line of rotary telehandlers is the patented panoramic cab offering the best visibility on the market and a wide range of features, including:

Fully enclosed and pressurized environment for the operator

100% Air Filtration

ROPS (Roll-Over Protective Structures) certification

FOPS (Falling-Object Protective Structures) certification

Air conditioning as standard

No cladding in the front (inspired by crane cab designs)

An easily adjustable steering column

A comfortable, fully adjustable seat

The cab is also equipped with a practical door: opening at 90° and 180°, in both the upper and lower sections

Inside the cab, all the Bobcat rotary telehandlers are equipped with a new dashboard with a 7 or 12 inch display offering a choice of three different views: the classic real-time load chart; a new boom dynamic load chart – showing only the area in which the operator can move safely with a load - and, thirdly, a 360° view from above.

The cab also offers additional interior finishes, including a new courtesy LED light behind the operator´s seat for better illumination within the cab. When not in use, the remote control system for the telehandler can now be stored inside a new dedicated compartment. A new LED light has also been inserted under the left armrest, which is activated by opening the door and lights the floor area to make it easier when entering the cab.

Accessibility to the cab has been improved in the new rotary telehandlers, thanks to the placement and modification of the access ladder. The ladder is now equipped with two handles for ease of use, and located in a more central position in front of the cab. An additional ladder – located at the rear, right-hand side of the machine – has also been introduced as standard and is particularly useful for service operations on the back of the boom.

A new button has also been introduced on the joystick, which allows the operator to easily align the turret with the access ladders positioned on the right and left hand sides of the telehandler.

With the core models available in the new rotary telehandler range, Bobcat offers a choice of solutions for four key lifting height segments, namely 18 m, 21-22 m, 25-26 m and 30-32 m, with a competitive choice in terms of machine capacities at these heights. Bobcat also offers additional models in these segments each with an additional 1 tonne in lift capacity.

The new range also allows Bobcat to cover a fifth segment with 27, 35 and 39 m rotary telehandlers with a heavier lift capacity of up to 8 tonne.

The rotary telehandler market continues to grow worldwide and more than 4500 machines were sold in 2023. The industry is heavily concentrated in Europe (85%) – with Italy, Germany, France and the Benelux countries accounting for 76% of the European market. North America makes up 10% of the world market, with the remaining 5% spread across the rest of the globe.

Bobcat heeft een nieuwe reeks roterende verreikers gelanceerd voor markten in Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika. De nieuwe serie biedt negen Stage V-aangedreven modellen voor de Europese markt, met hefhoogtes van 18 tot 39 m en hefvermogens van 5 tot 8 ton. Deze worden aangevuld met vier Stage IIIA-machines die te koop zijn in het Midden-Oosten en Afrika, voor hefhoogtes van 18 tot 26 m en hefvermogens van 5 tot 6 ton.

De modellen met hefhoogtes van 18 tot 26 m worden aangedreven door een Deutz-motor, terwijl de modellen met hogere hefhoogtes van 27 tot 39 m worden aangedreven door Volvo-motoren. In de cabine zijn alle Bobcat roterende verreikers uitgerust met een nieuw dashboard met een 7 of 12 inch display dat keuze biedt uit drie verschillende weergaven: het klassieke realtime lastdiagram; een nieuwe dynamische gieklastgrafiek – die alleen het gebied laat zien waarbinnen de machinist veilig met een last kan bewegen – en, ten derde, een 360°-aanzicht van bovenaf.

De cabine biedt ook extra interieurafwerkingen, waaronder een nieuwe LED-verlichting achter de bestuurdersstoel voor een betere verlichting in de cabine. Wanneer het afstandsbedieningssysteem voor de verreiker niet in gebruik is, kan het nu worden opgeborgen in een nieuw speciaal compartiment. Onder de linkerarmsteun is ook een nieuwe LED-lamp geplaatst, die wordt geactiveerd door het openen van de deur en de vloer verlicht om het instappen in de cabine te vergemakkelijken.

Bij de nieuwe roterende verreikers is de toegankelijkheid van de cabine verbeterd dankzij de plaatsing en aanpassing van de toegangsladder. De ladder is nu uitgerust met twee handgrepen voor gebruiksgemak en bevindt zich op een meer centrale positie voor de cabine. Een extra ladder – aan de rechterachterzijde van de machine – is ook standaard geïntroduceerd en is vooral handig voor servicewerkzaamheden aan de achterkant van de giek.

Er is ook een nieuwe knop op de joystick geïntroduceerd, waarmee de machinist de toren eenvoudig kan uitlijnen met de toegangsladders aan de rechter- en linkerkant van de verreiker.

Met de kernmodellen die beschikbaar zijn in het nieuwe assortiment roterende verreikers, biedt Bobcat een keuze aan oplossingen voor vier belangrijke hefhoogtesegmenten, namelijk 18 m, 21-22 m, 25-26 m en 30-32 m, met een concurrerende keuze op het gebied van van de machinecapaciteiten op deze hoogten. Bobcat biedt in deze segmenten ook aanvullende modellen aan, elk met een extra hefvermogen van 1 ton.

Dankzij de nieuwe serie kan Bobcat ook een vijfde segment bestrijken met roterende verreikers van 27, 35 en 39 meter met een zwaarder hefvermogen tot 8 ton.

De markt voor roterende verreikers blijft wereldwijd groeien en in 2023 werden er meer dan 4500 machines verkocht. De industrie is sterk geconcentreerd in Europa (85%) – waarbij Italië, Duitsland, Frankrijk en de Benelux 76% van de Europese markt voor hun rekening nemen.
