Boels renouvelle sa gouvernance et renforce son leadership stratégique

Boels engage une nouvelle étape de son développement en annonçant une évolution majeure de son conseil de direction. Dans le cadre d’un remaniement de son équipe dirigeante, le groupe accueille quatre nouveaux membres au sein de son board, illustrant sa volonté de s’appuyer sur des talents internes solides pour accompagner ses ambitions futures.
Après sept années passées au poste de directeur des opérations, Reiant Mulder quittera Boels à compter du 1er avril, afin de relever un nouveau défi professionnel en dehors du groupe. Son successeur sera Lars Reehorst, actuellement directeur général du groupe, qui évolue au sein de Boels depuis cinq ans et connaît en profondeur les rouages et la culture de l’entreprise.
Aux côtés de Lars Reehorst, trois autres dirigeants rejoignent le conseil de direction :
Erik Damoiseaux, nommé Chief Business Officer,
Manon Douven, qui prend les fonctions de Chief Human Resources Officer,
et Bob de Leeuw, nouvel Chief Technology Officer.
Boels souligne que ces quatre dirigeants disposent tous d’une expérience approfondie au sein du groupe, témoignant de leur engagement de longue date et de leur parfaite compréhension de l’organisation.
Commentant cette nouvelle composition, Pierre Boels, CEO, déclare :
« Avec ce conseil de direction renouvelé et l’intégration de talents issus de nos équipes, nous renforçons notre identité, consolidons nos fondations et sécurisons notre vision stratégique. Je suis pleinement convaincu que nous poursuivrons notre trajectoire de succès avec la même dynamique. »
Le groupe a également tenu à rendre hommage à l’action de Reiant Mulder, saluant son engagement et l’empreinte durable qu’il laisse au sein de l’entreprise :

Boels Renews its Governance and Strengthens its Strategic Leadership

Boels is embarking on a new phase of its development by announcing a major evolution of its Executive Board. As part of a restructuring of its leadership team, the group welcomes four new members to its board, illustrating its commitment to leveraging strong internal talent to support its future ambitions.
After seven years as Chief Operating Officer, Reiant Mulder will leave Boels on April 1st to pursue a new professional challenge outside the group. His successor will be Lars Reehorst, currently the group's CEO, who has been with Boels for five years and has an in-depth understanding of the company's operations and culture.
Alongside Lars Reehorst, three other executives are joining the Executive Board:
Erik Damoiseaux, appointed Chief Business Officer,
Manon Douven, who assumes the role of Chief Human Resources Officer,
and Bob de Leeuw, the new Chief Technology Officer.
Boels emphasizes that these four leaders all possess extensive experience within the group, demonstrating their long-standing commitment and deep understanding of the organization.
Commenting on this new composition, CEO Pierre Boels stated:
“With this renewed management board and the integration of talent from our teams, we are strengthening our identity, consolidating our foundations, and securing our strategic vision. I am fully confident that we will continue our path to success with the same momentum.”
The group also paid tribute to Reiant Mulder’s contributions, praising his commitment and the lasting impact he leaves on the company:

He leaves behind a strong organization, supported by a strengthened management team and passionate employees. Lars Reehorst now has a remarkable foundation to build upon. Boels vernieuwt bestuur en versterkt strategisch leiderschap

Boels slaat een nieuwe fase in zijn ontwikkeling in met een ingrijpende verandering in de Raad van Bestuur. Als onderdeel van een herstructurering van het managementteam verwelkomt de groep vier nieuwe leden in de raad, waarmee de focus op het benutten van sterk intern talent ter ondersteuning van de ambities wordt onderstreept.
Na zeven jaar als Chief Operating Officer (COO) verlaat Reiant Mulder Boels op 1 april om een nieuwe professionele uitdaging buiten de groep aan te gaan. Zijn opvolger wordt Lars Reehorst, de huidige CEO van de groep, die al vijf jaar bij Boels werkt en een diepgaande kennis heeft van de bedrijfsvoering en cultuur van het bedrijf.
Naast Lars Reehorst treden nog drie andere leidinggevenden toe tot de Raad van Bestuur:
Erik Damoiseaux, benoemd tot Chief Business Officer,
Manon Douven, die de rol van Chief Human Resources Officer (CHR) op zich neemt,
en Bob de Leeuw, de nieuwe Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Boels benadrukt dat deze vier leiders allemaal ruime ervaring binnen de groep hebben, wat hun langdurige betrokkenheid en diepgaande kennis van de organisatie aantoont.
CEO Pierre Boels gaf de volgende reactie op de nieuwe samenstelling:
“Met deze vernieuwde raad van bestuur en de integratie van talent uit onze teams versterken we onze identiteit, consolideren we onze fundamenten en verzekeren we onze strategische visie. Ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat we met dezelfde vaart onze weg naar succes zullen voortzetten.”
De groep bracht ook hulde aan de bijdragen van Reiant Mulder en prees zijn toewijding en de blijvende impact die hij op het bedrijf heeft:
“Ik wil Reiant oprecht bedanken voor zijn leiderschap, toewijding en de impact die hij op Boels heeft gehad. Hij laat een sterke organisatie achter, ondersteund door een versterkt managementteam en gedreven medewerkers. Lars Reehorst heeft nu een uitstekende basis om op voort te bouwen. Ik heb onze samenwerking zeer gewaardeerd en wens hem veel succes in zijn toekomstige carrière.” »
