Bonfiglioli S.p.A, leader mondial du marché des entraînements pour machines de manutention industrielles et de processus, éoliennes et machines mobiles pour la construction, le terrassement et l'intra-logistique, a accepté d'acquérir Selcom Group S.p.A auprès de fonds contrôlés par Avenue Capital Group et Europa Investimenti S.p.A.
Selcom Group S.p.A est spécialisé dans la conception, la production et la vente de cartes électroniques, de produits électroniques, ainsi que de logiciels et de solutions pour les clients des secteurs industriel, biomédical, automobile, intra-logistique et domotique.
La finalisation de la transaction est soumise aux approbations réglementaires habituelles.
Selcom Group S.p.A, dont le siège est à Castel Maggiore (BO), a réalisé en 2022 un chiffre d'affaires d'environ 150 millions d'euros (dont 60% de la production italienne), générant une croissance de +15% par rapport à l'année précédente malgré les pénuries de matériel électronique sur le marché. Selcom Group S.p.A is specialized in the design, production and sale of electronic boards, electronic products, as well as software and solutions for customers in the industrial, biomedical, automotive, intra-logistics and home-appliance automation sectors.
Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Selcom Group S.p.A, headquartered in Castel Maggiore (BO), had 2022 turnover of approximately €150 million (of which 60% from Italian production), generating +15% growth over the previous year despite the market shortages of electronic material.
