À l’EuroBLECH, Bosch Rexroth dévoile une nouvelle génération de solutions hydrauliques destinées aux presses plieuses, où puissance, précision et sobriété énergétique s’allient pour redessiner les standards de la production industrielle.

Au cœur de cette évolution, la nouvelle ABKAG double power unit réunit deux groupes hydrauliques au sein d’un ensemble compact. Un seul réservoir et un manifold central suffisent à réduire considérablement tuyauteries, valves et composants, tout en simplifiant l’installation. Associée aux servomoteurs MS2N et aux pompes à pistons axiaux A10FZG, son intelligence power-on-demand délivre l’énergie uniquement lorsque la machine en a besoin.

La gamme ABKAG single power unit franchit également un cap avec davantage de puissance et une plus grande liberté d’implantation. Montable à gauche comme à droite de la machine, elle réduit le nombre de variantes nécessaires aux constructeurs et simplifie leur gestion des stocks et pièces de rechange.

Dernière pièce de cette offensive technologique : le function-integrated cylinder manifold, directement installé sur le vérin. Plus compact, il réduit la consommation de matière et les pertes de pression tout en rapprochant le système de commande de l’actionneur. À la clé : un contrôle plus précis du pliage et une meilleure efficacité globale.

At EuroBLECH, Bosch Rexroth is unveiling a new generation of hydraulic solutions for press brakes, where power, precision, and energy efficiency combine to redefine industrial production standards.

At the heart of this evolution, the new ABKAG double power unit combines two hydraulic power units into a single, compact assembly. A single reservoir and a central manifold significantly reduce the need for piping, valves, and components, while simplifying installation. Paired with MS2N servo motors and A10FZG axial piston pumps, its "power-on-demand" intelligence delivers energy only when the machine requires it.

The ABKAG single power unit range also marks a significant step forward, offering increased power and greater installation flexibility. Mountable on either the left or right side of the machine, it reduces the number of variants manufacturers need to stock, thereby simplifying inventory and spare parts management.

The final element of this technological push is the function-integrated cylinder manifold, mounted directly onto the cylinder. More compact, it reduces material usage and pressure losses while bringing the control system closer to the actuator. The result is more precise bending control and superior overall efficiency.

With these three innovations, Bosch Rexroth is doing more than just optimizing hydraulics; the company is shaping a press brake that is more compact, intelligent, and energy-efficient—capable of transforming every watt and movement into industrial performance.

Op EuroBLECH onthult Bosch Rexroth een nieuwe generatie hydraulische oplossingen voor kantbanken, waar kracht, precisie en energie-efficiëntie samenkomen om de normen voor industriële productie te herdefiniëren.

Centraal in deze evolutie staat de nieuwe ABKAG dubbele krachtbron, die twee hydraulische krachtbronnen combineert in een compact pakket. Een enkel reservoir en een centraal verdeelstuk verminderen het aantal leidingen, kleppen en componenten aanzienlijk en vereenvoudigen de installatie. In combinatie met MS2N servomotoren en A10FZG axiale zuigerpompen zorgt de intelligente 'power-on-demand'-technologie ervoor dat de machine alleen stroom krijgt wanneer dat nodig is.

Ook de ABKAG enkelvoudige krachtbronreeks maakt een sprong voorwaarts met meer vermogen en grotere installatieflexibiliteit. De enkelvoudige krachtbron kan zowel links als rechts op de machine worden gemonteerd, waardoor fabrikanten minder varianten nodig hebben en hun voorraad- en onderdelenbeheer wordt vereenvoudigd.

Het laatste onderdeel van dit technologische offensief: het functie-geïntegreerde cilinderverdeelstuk, dat direct op de cilinder wordt gemonteerd. Dankzij de compactere constructie wordt het materiaalverbruik en het drukverlies verminderd, terwijl het besturingssysteem dichter bij de actuator is geplaatst.
