Avec de nouvelles machines électriques et des opérations numérisées, CIFA vise à réduire les émissions sur site et à s'aligner sur les objectifs de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE).
CIFA est présent à Bauma 2022 sur le stand de sa maison mère Zoomlion, et sur un stand dédié au monde "Underground" avec une gamme d'engins de creusement de tunnels et d'exploitation minière. Les dernières innovations de l'entreprise seront exposées sur ces deux stands : les meilleurs exemples des principes de durabilité que l'entreprise poursuit depuis de nombreuses années en ce qui concerne ses produits, et qui sont également devenus au cœur de sa stratégie d'entreprise.
Comme l'a expliqué Davide Cipolla, PDG de CIFA : « Le secteur du béton peut adopter trois approches pour atteindre les objectifs fixés par l'Agenda 2030 : l'introduction de matériaux et procédés à faible impact, la durabilité et la réduction des émissions de CO2 sur site. Pour CIFA , cela signifie agir à la fois au niveau de l'entreprise et vis-à-vis de ses produits.Nos produits ont toujours été au centre de nos préoccupations et ont subi depuis plus de dix ans un processus d'innovation dans l'utilisation de matériaux (comme la fibre de carbone) et de nouvelles technologies, avec une gamme de machines électriques et de systèmes numérisés. D'autre part, l'adoption par l'entreprise de la voie de la Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises est une évolution plus récente. Ce projet qui a vu l'ensemble du personnel, du top management jusqu'au sommet, impliqué dans la mise en œuvre de l'ESG (Enviromental , Social, Gouvernance).Cela a nécessité un véritable changement de paradigme, la durabilité environnementale et sociale devenant la pierre angulaire de toute activité, tout en remplissant les besoins de toutes nos parties prenantes, de nos clients à nos collaborateurs, en passant par les générations futures."
Ainsi, les produits exposés à Bauma 2022 montrent l'engagement de CIFA dans la création de solutions sûres, écologiques et durables, intégrant à la fois l'innovation de haute technologie et la créativité italienne. Parce que le dévouement et le soin avec lesquels nos machines sont conçues et construites se reflètent dans tous nos modèles de pompes, bétonnières et systèmes de malaxage du béton : fiables, efficaces et capables de faire une réelle différence.

C'est au Bauma 2013 que CIFA a présenté sa première bétonnière électrique Energya avec batteries rechargeables montées sur un camion diesel, introduisant pour la première fois une machine électrique à zéro émission dans le secteur du béton. Dans les années qui ont suivi, cette nouvelle technologie a été améliorée et acceptée, à tel point qu'elle se retrouve désormais sur de nombreux chantiers de construction dans les grandes villes européennes. En effet, il offre de nombreux avantages : zéro émission de CO2, consommation de carburant réduite, zéro bruit. Dans les machines Energya, le système de rotation du tambour est entraîné par un moteur électrique alimenté par une batterie au lithium. Ou, si nécessaire, il peut également être alimenté par le moteur du camion diesel. Les modèles Energya peuvent également être montés sur des camions à essence ou électriques, utilisant ainsi un véhicule totalement vert. Deux nouvelles machines électriques ont été lancées à Bauma 2016 et 2019 : la pompe CSSE spritz et la pompe à béton MK28E, faisant de la marque Energya une gamme à part entière. La marque a continué d'évoluer; en effet, comme lors du précédent salon Bauma, une nouvelle machine Energya sera également présentée au salon de cette année... Le lancement aura lieu au début de l'événement, dans l'espace CIFA sur le stand Zoomlion.
Conformément à ces développements, le CIFA s'efforce également de réduire les émissions, d'augmenter la durabilité et de promouvoir la sécurité au travail. Il a exploité les avantages de la numérisation pour équiper ses camions-pompes de systèmes de contrôle électronique (Smartronic®) et de systèmes prédictifs. Le système de télésurveillance (CIFA Vista) vous permet de contrôler toute la chaîne d'approvisionnement du béton, de la production à la pose. L'entreprise assure également un service après-vente rapide et efficace, pour faire face aussi bien aux imprévus qu'aux entretiens programmés. Parmi les produits exposés sur le stand Zoomlion, la nouvelle pompe Steeltech K50L (qui sera lancée à Bauma) et les Carbotech K60H et K47H. Ce dernier est assurément un best-seller pour le CIFA, et l'unité présentée au Bauma a aussi un titre particulier : c'est le numéro 500 ! C'est donc la 500e pompe Carbotech que nous vendons. L'utilisation de la fibre de carbone présente plusieurs avantages, en effet réaliser la flèche à partir de ce matériau rend l'ensemble de la pompe plus léger. Ainsi, il y a moins de restrictions à la conduite sur les routes européennes et une consommation de carburant réduite ; en d'autres termes, la pompe est à la fois plus économique et plus durable.

Sur son stand Underground, CIFA présentera sa nouvelle gamme de machines à béton pour le secteur des mines et des tunnels : hautes performances et fiabilité avec le plus grand souci de la sécurité. Chacune des pompes et bétonnières spritz porte le nom d'un animal, en fonction de ses caractéristiques : Elk, Dingo, Rhino, Mantis et Coguaro (Cougar). Et un nouveau « spécimen » sera dévoilé au Bauma, le Mamba : une pompe à spritz entièrement automatisée. Le monde souterrain est un environnement très différent du chantier classique, c'est pourquoi CIFA dispose d'une équipe de développement, de production, de vente et d'après-vente spécifique à ce secteur. Par conséquent, la décision de présenter sa gamme sur un stand séparé a été motivée par la nature très différente du secteur.

With new electric machinery and digitised operations, CIFA is aiming to reduce emissions on site and to align itself with the goals of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
CIFA is on show at Bauma 2022 at the stand of its parent company Zoomlion, and at a stand dedicated to the "Underground" world with a range of tunnelling and mining machinery. The company's latest innovations will be on display at these two stands: the best examples of the principles of sustainability that the company has been pursuing for many years with regard to its products, and which have also become central to its corporate strategy.
As Davide Cipolla, CEO of CIFA, explained: "The concrete sector can adopt three approaches to achieve the objectives set by the 2030 Agenda: the introduction of low-impact materials and processes, durability and the reduction of CO2 emissions on site. For CIFA, this means taking action both at the corporate level and with respect to its products. Our products have always been central, and for over ten years have undergone a process of innovation in the use of materials (such as carbon fibre) and new technology, with a range of electric machines and digitised systems. On the other hand, the company's adoption of the Corporate Social Responsibility pathway is a more recent development. This project that seen the whole workforce, from top management downwards, involved in implementing the ESG (Enviromental, Social, Governance) principles. This has required a real paradigm shift, with environmental and social sustainability becoming the cornerstone for every activity, while fulfilling the needs of all our stakeholders, from our customers to our employees, and indeed future generations."
So, the products on display at Bauma 2022 show CIFA's commitment to the creation of safe, ecological and durable solutions, incorporating both high-tech innovation and Italian creativity. Because the dedication and care with which our machines are designed and built are reflected in all our models of pumps, concrete mixers, and concrete mixing systems: reliable, efficient, and able to make a real difference.
It was at Bauma 2013 that CIFA presented its first Energya electric concrete mixer with rechargeable batteries mounted on a diesel truck, introducing a zero-emission electric machine to the concrete sector for the very first time. In the following years, this novel technology was improved and accepted, to the extent that it can now be found on many construction sites in the major European cities. This is because it offers many advantages: zero CO2 emissions, reduced fuel consumption, zero noise. In Energya machines, the rotation system for the drum is driven by an electric motor that sources its power from a lithium battery. Or, when necessary, it can also be powered by the engine of the diesel truck. The Energya models can also be mounted on gas or electric trucks, thus using a totally green vehicle. Two new electric machines were launched at Bauma 2016 and 2019: the CSSE spritz pump and the MK28E concrete pump, making the Energya brand a proper range. The brand has continued to evolve; indeed, as at the previous Bauma fair, a new Energya machine will also be presented at this year's show... The launch will take place at the start of the event, in the CIFA area at the Zoomlion stand.

In line with these developments, CIFA is also working to reduce emissions, increase durability and promote safety at work. It has harnessed the benefits of digitisation to equip its truck pumps with electronic control systems (Smartronic®) and predictive systems. The remote monitoring system (CIFA Vista) allows you to control the entire concrete supply chain, from production to laying. The company also ensures a prompt and efficient after-sales service, to deal with both unforeseen events and scheduled maintenance. Among the products on display at the Zoomlion stand will be the new Steeltech K50L pump (which will be launched at Bauma), and the Carbotech K60H and K47H. The latter is certainly a best seller for CIFA, and the unit on show at Bauma also has a special claim to fame: it is number 500! So it's the 500th Carbotech pump we've sold. The use of carbon fibre has several advantages, indeed making the boom from this material makes the whole pump lighter. So, there are fewer restrictions to driving along European roads and lower fuel consumption; in other words, the pump is both more economical and more sustainable.

At its Underground stand, CIFA will be displaying its new range of concrete machines for the mining and tunnelling sector: high performance and reliability together with utmost care over safety. Each of the spritz pumps and concrete mixers has been named after an animal, in accordance with its features: Elk, Dingo, Rhino, Mantis and Coguaro (Cougar). And a new "specimen" will be unveiled at Bauma, the Mamba: a fully automated spritz pump. The underground world is a very different environment from the classic construction site, and so CIFA has a specific development, production, sales and after-sales team for this sector. Therefore, the decision to presentth is range on a separate stand was driven by the very different nature of the sector.

Met nieuwe elektrische machines en gedigitaliseerde operaties wil CIFA de uitstoot op locatie verminderen en zich aansluiten bij de doelstellingen van Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Ondernemen (MVO).
CIFA is te zien op Bauma 2022 op de stand van moederbedrijf Zoomlion en op een stand gewijd aan de "ondergrondse" wereld met een reeks tunnel- en mijnbouwmachines. Op deze twee stands zullen de nieuwste innovaties van het bedrijf te zien zijn: de beste voorbeelden van de duurzaamheidsprincipes die het bedrijf al jaren nastreeft met zijn producten en die ook centraal zijn komen te staan in zijn bedrijfsstrategie.
Zoals Davide Cipolla, CEO van CIFA, uitlegde: "De betonsector kan drie benaderingen volgen om de doelstellingen van de Agenda 2030 te bereiken: de introductie van materialen en processen met een lage impact, duurzaamheid en de vermindering van de CO2-uitstoot ter plaatse. Voor CIFA , dit betekent actie ondernemen zowel op corporate niveau als met betrekking tot haar producten.Onze producten hebben altijd centraal gestaan en hebben al meer dan tien jaar een proces van innovatie ondergaan in het gebruik van materialen (zoals koolstofvezel) en nieuwe technologie, met een reeks elektrische machines en gedigitaliseerde systemen. Aan de andere kant is de invoering van het Corporate Social Responsibility-traject een recentere ontwikkeling. De producten die op Bauma 2022 worden tentoongesteld, tonen dus de toewijding van CIFA aan het creëren van veilige, ecologische en duurzame oplossingen, waarbij zowel hightech-innovatie als Italiaanse creativiteit zijn verwerkt. Omdat de toewijding en zorg waarmee onze machines worden ontworpen en gebouwd, wordt weerspiegeld in al onze modellen pompen, betonmixers en betonmengsystemen: betrouwbaar, efficiënt en in staat om echt het verschil te maken.
Op Bauma 2013 presenteerde CIFA zijn eerste Energya elektrische betonmixer met oplaadbare batterijen gemonteerd op een dieseltruck, waarmee voor het eerst een emissievrije elektrische machine in de betonsector werd geïntroduceerd. In de jaren daarna werd deze nieuwe technologie verbeterd en geaccepteerd, in die mate dat ze nu op veel bouwplaatsen in de grote Europese steden te vinden is. Het biedt namelijk veel voordelen: geen CO2-uitstoot, minder brandstofverbruik, geen geluid. In Energya-machines wordt het rotatiesysteem voor de trommel aangedreven door een elektromotor die zijn stroom haalt uit een lithiumbatterij. Of, indien nodig, ook aangedreven door de motor van de dieseltruck. De Energya-modellen kunnen ook op gas- of elektrische vrachtwagens worden gemonteerd, waardoor een volledig groen voertuig wordt gebruikt. Op de Bauma 2016 en 2019 werden twee nieuwe elektrische machines gelanceerd: de CSSE spritzpomp en de MK28E betonpomp, waardoor het merk Energya een echt assortiment is. Het merk is blijven evolueren; inderdaad, net als op de vorige Bauma-beurs zal ook dit jaar een nieuwe Energya-machine worden gepresenteerd op de show... De lancering vindt plaats bij de start van het evenement, in de CIFA-ruimte bij de stand van Zoomlion.

In lijn met deze ontwikkelingen werkt CIFA ook aan het verminderen van emissies, het vergroten van de duurzaamheid en het bevorderen van veiligheid op het werk. Het heeft de voordelen van digitalisering benut om zijn vrachtwagenpompen uit te rusten met elektronische besturingssystemen (Smartronic®) en voorspellende systemen. Met het remote monitoring systeem (CIFA Vista) heeft u controle over de gehele betonketen, van productie tot plaatsing. Het bedrijf zorgt ook voor een snelle en efficiënte after-sales service, om zowel onvoorziene gebeurtenissen als gepland onderhoud aan te pakken. Op de stand van Zoomlion zullen onder meer de nieuwe Steeltech K50L-pomp (die op de Bauma wordt gelanceerd) en de Carbotech K60H en K47H te zien zijn. Die laatste is zeker een bestseller voor CIFA, en ook het toestel dat op de Bauma te zien is, heeft een bijzondere claim to fame: het is nummer 500! Het is dus de 500e Carbotech-pomp die we hebben verkocht. Het gebruik van koolstofvezel heeft verschillende voordelen, het maken van de giek van dit materiaal maakt de hele pomp namelijk lichter. Er zijn dus minder beperkingen voor het rijden op Europese wegen en een lager brandstofverbruik; met andere woorden, de pomp is zowel zuiniger als duurzamer.

Op de stand Underground zal CIFA zijn nieuwe reeks betonmachines voor de mijnbouw- en tunnelbouwsector tonen: hoge prestaties en betrouwbaarheid samen met uiterste zorg voor veiligheid. Elk van de spritzpompen en betonmixers is vernoemd naar een dier, in overeenstemming met zijn kenmerken: Elk, Dingo, Rhino, Mantis en Coguaro (Cougar). En op de Bauma wordt een nieuw "exemplaar" onthuld, de Mamba: een volledig geautomatiseerde spritz-pomp. De ondergrondse wereld is een heel andere omgeving dan de klassieke bouwplaats en daarom heeft CIFA een specifiek ontwikkelings-, productie-, verkoop- en aftersalesteam voor deze sector. De keuze om dit assortiment op een aparte stand te presenteren is dan ook ingegeven door de zeer verschillende aard van de sector.
