Clark a lancé un nouveau chariot élévateur doté de la technologie lithium-ion. Le SWX16, avec une capacité de charge de 1,6 t, convient au transport de marchandises sur de courtes distances dans l'industrie, le commerce et la distribution. Grâce à sa maniabilité extraordinaire, le chariot élévateur compact est imbattable lorsqu'il s'agit de déplacer des marchandises rapidement et en toute sécurité dans des espaces confinés avec un appareil à commande manuelle – que ce soit dans la zone préliminaire de l'entrepôt ou sur le rayonnage surélevé.

Le SXW16 a également beaucoup à offrir en termes de performances de manutention : par exemple, les vitesses de montée et de descente de 0,20 m/s et 0,26 m/s (avec et sans charge) et de 0,4 m/s et 0,3 m/s (avec et sans charge) sont nettement supérieurs à ceux de son prédécesseur.

Le Clark SpeedControl (CSC) standard augmente la sécurité pendant le fonctionnement. Le CSC ajuste automatiquement la vitesse de conduite à la position du timon. Cela signifie que plus la distance entre l'opérateur et le véhicule est petite, plus la vitesse du magasinier guidé manuellement est réduite. Lorsque le conducteur relâche le timon, le véhicule freine automatiquement. Avec le timon en position de conduite normale, le véhicule atteint la vitesse de conduite maximale de 5,5 km/h. Le timon étant long et bas, l'opérateur peut conduire le véhicule avec une distance de sécurité suffisante. De plus, il dispose d'une vue optimale sur les fourches et peut stocker et récupérer les charges rapidement et en toute sécurité, même dans les allées étroites des rayonnages.

Le SWX16 est équipé d'un moteur de traction triphasé encapsulé sans entretien de 1,6 kW. Cela garantit une accélération puissante et des vitesses de déplacement élevées. Le puissant moteur de levage de 4,5 kW garantit une efficacité maximale lors du levage et de la descente des charges. Le SWX16 est disponible avec une batterie lithium-ion (Li-Ion) de 24 V, 205 Ah. Elle fait donc également ses preuves dans une utilisation sur plusieurs postes, car la batterie Li-Ion peut être rechargée à tout moment et en très peu de temps – par exemple pendant les pauses – sans endommager la batterie ni réduire sa durée de vie. La batterie peut être rechargée sur n'importe quelle prise 230 volts. Clark propose un chargeur 24 V, 100 Ah pour les batteries Li-Ion dans la livraison. Grâce à la technologie Li-Ion, le véhicule bénéficie d'un haut niveau de disponibilité grâce à la capacité de charge rapide de la batterie, car un remplacement fastidieux de la batterie n'est plus nécessaire. De plus, la technologie Li-Ion augmente non seulement la productivité, mais permet également de réduire les coûts de maintenance, d'infrastructure et de remplacement des batteries. Cela rend un véhicule Li-Ion intéressant pour tous ceux qui souhaitent utiliser une batterie sans entretien, longue durée et à charge rapide avec un niveau de sécurité élevé. L'utilisation de contrôleurs AC éprouvés fait du chariot élévateur SWX16 un assistant d'entrepôt extrêmement facile à entretenir. Si un dysfonctionnement survient néanmoins, l'affichage du code d'erreur à l'écran indique au technicien de service des informations sur la cause possible. Grâce à un capot monobloc, le camion offre un accès facile pour les travaux d'entretien et de maintenance. De plus, le technicien de service peut facilement programmer les paramètres de déplacement et de levage via l'écran du véhicule.

 New Clark high-lift truck SWX16

Clark has launched a new high-lift truck with lithium-ion technology. The SWX16 with a load capacity of 1.6 t is suitable for transporting goods over short distances in industry, trade and distribution. Thanks to its extraordinary manoeuvrability, the compact high-lift truck is unbeatable when it comes to moving goods quickly and safely in confined spaces with a hand-operated device – whether in the warehouse pre-zone or at the high rack.

The pedestrian stacker has a maximum lift height of 5500 mm and so can easily reach even higher shelves. With a turning radius of only 1507 mm, the truck is also designed to be extremely compact so that safe load handling is possible even in space-critical work areas. The SXW16 also has a lot to offer in terms of handling performance: For example, the lifting and lowering speeds of 0.20 m/s and 0.26 m/s (with and without load) and 0.4 m/s and 0.3 m/s (with and without load) are significantly higher than those of its predecessor.

The standard Clark SpeedControl (CSC) increases safety during operation. CSC automatically adjusts the driving speed to the position of the tiller. This means that the smaller the distance between the operator and the vehicle, the more the speed of the hand-guided warehouse assistant is reduced. When the driver releases the tiller, the vehicle brakes automatically. With the tiller in the normal driving position, the vehicle reaches the maximum driving speed of 5.5 km/h. All parameters of the CSC can be individually adjusted according to the customer's wishes. In addition, the proportional hydraulic control, which is also standard, ensures safe and precise storage and retrieval of sensitive loads.

For intuitive and fatigue-free operation of the vehicle, all controls are positioned within easy reach in the ergonomic tiller and can be operated by both right-handed and left-handed operators. Because the tiller is long and low, the operator can operate the vehicle with sufficient safety distance. In addition, he has an optimal view of the forks and can store and retrieve loads quickly and safely even in narrow racking aisles.

The SWX16 is equipped with a maintenance-free, encapsulated 1.6 kW three-phase traction motor. This ensures powerful acceleration and high travel speeds. The powerful 4.5 kW lift motor guarantees maximum efficiency when lifting and lowering loads. The SWX16 is available with a 24 V, 205 Ah lithium-ion battery (Li-Ion). It therefore also proves itself in multi-shift use, because the Li-Ion battery can be recharged at any time and within a very short time – for example during breaks – without damaging the battery or shortening its service life. The battery can be recharged at any 230-volt socket. Clark offers a 24 V, 100 Ah charger for Li-Ion batteries in the scope of delivery. With Li-Ion technology, the vehicle has a high level of availability thanks to the battery's rapid charging capability, as time-consuming battery replacement is no longer necessary. Moreover, Li-Ion technology not only increases productivity, but also saves costs for maintenance, infrastructure, and replacement batteries. This makes a Li-Ion vehicle worthwhile for anyone who wants to operate a maintenance-free, long-lasting, and fast-charging battery with a high safety standard. For application profiles where a Li-Ion battery is not required, the SWX16 is also available with a lead-acid battery with a battery capacity of 24 V, 225 Ah.

The use of proven AC controllers makes the SWX16 high-lift truck an extremely maintenance-friendly warehouse helper. Should a malfunction nevertheless occur, the error code indication in the display provides the service technician with information about the possible cause. Thanks to a one-piece bonnet, the truck offers easy access for service and maintenance work. In addition, the service technician can easily program the travel and lift parameters via the vehicle display.

  Nieuwe Clark hoogheftruck SWX16

Clark heeft een nieuwe heftruck met lithium-iontechnologie gelanceerd. De SWX16 met een laadvermogen van 1,6 ton is geschikt voor het transporteren van goederen over korte afstanden in de industrie, handel en distributie. Dankzij zijn buitengewone wendbaarheid is de compacte hoogheftruck onverslaanbaar als het gaat om het snel en veilig verplaatsen van goederen in krappe ruimtes met een handbediend apparaat – zowel in de voorzone van het magazijn als in de hoge stelling.

De meeloopstapelaar heeft een maximale hefhoogte van 5500 mm en bereikt dus gemakkelijk nog hogere schappen. Met een draaicirkel van slechts 1507 mm is de truck bovendien uiterst compact ontworpen, zodat ook in ruimtekritische werkruimten een veilige handling van lasten mogelijk is. Doordat de dissel lang en laag is, kan de bestuurder het voertuig met voldoende veiligheidsafstand bedienen. Bovendien heeft hij optimaal zicht op de vorken en kan hij zelfs in smalle stellinggangen ladingen snel en veilig opslaan en ophalen.

De SWX16 is uitgerust met een onderhoudsvrije, ingekapselde driefasige tractiemotor van 1,6 kW. Dit zorgt voor een krachtige acceleratie en hoge rijsnelheden. De krachtige hefmotor van 4,5 kW garandeert maximale efficiëntie bij het heffen en laten zakken van lasten. De SWX16 is leverbaar met een 24 V, 205 Ah lithium-ion accu (Li-Ion). Daarom bewijst hij zich ook bij meerploegendiensten, omdat de Li-Ion-accu op elk moment en binnen zeer korte tijd kan worden opgeladen – bijvoorbeeld tijdens pauzes – zonder de accu te beschadigen of de levensduur ervan te verkorten. Dit maakt een Li-Ion-voertuig de moeite waard voor iedereen die wil werken met een onderhoudsvrije, duurzame en snelladende accu met een hoge veiligheidsstandaard. Voor toepassingsprofielen waarbij geen Li-Ion accu nodig is, is de SWX16 ook verkrijgbaar met een loodzuuraccu met een accucapaciteit van 24 V, 225 Ah.

Het gebruik van beproefde AC-controllers maakt de SWX16 hoogheftruck tot een uiterst onderhoudsvriendelijke magazijnhulp. Mocht er toch een storing optreden, dan geeft de foutcode-indicatie op het display de servicemonteur informatie over de mogelijke oorzaak. Dankzij een motorkap uit één stuk biedt de truck een gemakkelijke toegang voor service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Bovendien kan de servicemonteur de rij- en hefparameters eenvoudig programmeren via het voertuigdisplay.
