Est-il possible d'aspirer plus haut même après avoir atteint le sommet ? Si l'accent est mis sur l'amélioration continue, la réponse est oui. C'est ainsi que fonctionne CMC, en fait il y a une nouvelle mise à niveau importante dans l'une des gammes de produits les plus appréciées. Présentée à Bauma 2019, la gamme de produits hydrauliques CMC série F est rapidement devenue la reine du marché des PEMP compactes jusqu'à 18 mètres de hauteur de travail. Ce succès est dû à la prise de conscience immédiate des avantages que les araignées de la série CMC F peuvent offrir à leurs utilisateurs, dès la première fois qu'ils entrent dans le panier. Le plus important est la facilité d'utilisation, grâce à des commandes hydrauliques particulièrement simples et intuitives qui permettent une utilisation quasi immédiate de la machine même par des utilisateurs moins expérimentés. La décision de n'utiliser que des aciers à haute résistance permet de limiter le poids en ordre de marche de la machine sans compromettre sa résistance et sa fiabilité, ce qui la rend facile à transporter même sur des remorques. Si l'on ajoute à cela la grande polyvalence de leur utilisation extérieure et intérieure et la maintenance simplifiée, il est facile de comprendre pourquoi les plateformes de la série CMC F sont le choix parfait pour la flotte de toute entreprise de location et pour les besoins de l'utilisateur final. Trente mois après son introduction, après des centaines d'unités produites et vendues, de travaux effectués dans les applications les plus diverses, CMC lancera aux Vertikal Days 2022 à Peterborough la série F renouvelée : ses excellentes caractéristiques existantes ont été améliorées et son standard étendu et équipements optionnels enrichis.
Voici les principales nouveautés :
Raccords à dégagement rapide
Les raccords à connexion rapide permettent une connexion et une déconnexion instantanées des flexibles dans un circuit hydraulique avec un seul mouvement manuel, offrant rapidité et flexibilité dans l'installation et garantissant l'absence de fuites d'huile hydraulique dues à des raccords cassés ou mal serrés. Ces fonctionnalités réduisent les temps d'arrêt et augmentent la productivité. CMC est le premier fabricant "araignée" à utiliser des raccords à dégagement rapide, qui sont déjà de série sur les modèles S19HD, S22HD et S23.
Réservoir de carburant sous pression
Grâce à cette nouvelle fonctionnalité, la propreté est augmentée et le risque de temps d'arrêt est réduit au minimum. Dans le circuit hydraulique sous pression, l'air et les débris ne sont pas aspirés dans le réservoir depuis l'extérieur, le circuit est fermé et l'absence de débris à l'intérieur du système est garantie.
Distributeur électro-hydraulique
Parfois, la précision ne suffit jamais. C'est pourquoi il a été décidé de concevoir les commandes hydrauliques en incluant la stabilisation automatique et la double vitesse en standard.

Nouvelle télécommande/radiocommande
Tous les modèles de la nouvelle série F sont gérables via une nouvelle télécommande en standard.
Cela peut être facilement transformé en radiocommande sans fil à tout moment en achetant un kit spécial après-vente qui comprend un émetteur, deux batteries rechargeables remplaçables et une station de charge pour la deuxième batterie.

Is it possible to aspire higher even after reaching the top? If focused on continuous improvement, the answer is yes. This is the way CMC is working, in fact there is a new important upgrade in one of the most appreciated product lines. Presented at Bauma 2019, the CMC F-series range of hydraulically powered products has quickly become the queen of the market of the compact MEWPs up to 18 metres working height. This success is due to the immediate awareness of the benefits that CMC F series spiders can offer their users, from the very first time they get into the basket. The most important is the ease of use, thanks to particularly simple and intuitive hydraulic controls that allow almost immediate use of the machine even by less experienced users. The decision to use only high resistant steels makes it possible to limit the operating weight of the machine without compromising its strength and reliability, making it easy to transport even on trailers. If we add to this the great versatility of their outdoor and indoor use and the simplified maintenance, it is easy to understand why the CMC F series platforms are the perfect choice for the fleet of any rental company and for the needs of the end user. Thirty months after its introduction, after hundreds of units produced and sold, of work carried out in the most diverse applications, CMC will launch at the Vertikal Days 2022 in Peterborough the renewed F Series: its excellent existing characteristics have been improved and its extensive standard and optional equipment enriched.
Here are the main new features:
Quick-release fittings
Quick connect fittings allow instant connection and disconnection of hoses in a hydraulic circuit with a single manual movement, providing speed and flexibility in installation and ensuring no hydraulic oil leaks due to broken or incorrectly tightened fittings. These features reduce downtime and increase productivity. CMC is the first "spider" manufacturer to use quick-release fittings, which are already standard on the S19HD, S22HD and S23 models.
Pressurised fuel tank
Thanks to this new feature cleanliness is increased and the risk of downtime is reduced at minimum. In the pressurised hydraulic circuit, air and debris are not sucked into the tank from the outside, the circuit is closed and the absence of debris within the system is guaranteed.
Electro-hydraulic distributor
Sometimes precision is never enough. This is why it was decided to engineer the hydraulic controls by including automatic stabilisation and double speed as standard features.
New engines available
Kubota engine and Hybrid versions now available as options.
New remote/radio control

All models in the new F series are manageable through a new remote control as standard.
This can be easily transformed into a wireless radio control at any time by purchasing a special after-market kit that includes a transmitter, two replaceable rechargeable batteries and a charging station for the second battery.

Is het mogelijk om hoger te streven, zelfs na het bereiken van de top? Als het gericht is op continue verbetering, is het antwoord ja. Dit is de manier waarop CMC werkt, in feite is er een nieuwe belangrijke upgrade in een van de meest gewaardeerde productlijnen. De CMC F-serie van hydraulisch aangedreven producten, gepresenteerd op Bauma 2019, is snel de koningin van de markt geworden van de compacte hoogwerkers tot 18 meter werkhoogte. Brandstoftank onder druk
Dankzij deze nieuwe functie wordt de netheid verhoogd en wordt het risico op uitvaltijd tot een minimum beperkt. In het hydraulische circuit onder druk worden lucht en vuil niet van buitenaf in de tank gezogen, het circuit is gesloten en de afwezigheid van vuil in het systeem is gegarandeerd.

Dit kan op elk moment eenvoudig worden omgevormd tot een draadloze radiobesturing door een speciale aftermarket-kit aan te schaffen met een zender, twee vervangbare oplaadbare batterijen en een oplaadstation voor de tweede batterij.
