CNH Industrial N.V a annoncé que son conseil d'administration avait approuvé une demande de radiation de ses actions ordinaires d'Euronext Milan en Italie et de se concentrer sur la Bourse de New York (NYSE).

Selon la société, la décision de se retirer d'Euronext Milan et de concentrer sa cotation sur le NYSE a été prise « à la suite d'un examen attentif des volumes relatifs de transactions sur les deux bourses ».

En janvier 2022, CNH Industrial et son ancienne activité de véhicules utilitaires IVECO sont devenues des entreprises distinctes. Depuis lors, la majorité des transactions boursières de CNH se sont progressivement déplacées vers le NYSE, la société estimant que son profil commercial et sa base d'investisseurs correspondent mieux à une cotation unique aux États-Unis.

CNH Industrial possède un certain nombre de marques, dont New Holland Construction et Case Construction Equipment. Les ventes de l'entreprise ont augmenté d'une année sur l'autre en 2022 de 21 % pour atteindre 21,5 milliards de dollars américains.

CNH Industrial a approuvé un nouveau programme de rachat d'actions d'une valeur pouvant atteindre 1 milliard de dollars dans le cadre de son projet de cotation unique à New York.

La radiation d'Euronext Milan prendrait effet au plus tôt 45 jours après la publication par la Borsa Italiana de son avis organisant la radiation et une cotation unique sur le NYSE serait probablement effective début janvier 2024.

CNH Industrial N.V has announced that its Board of Directors has approved an application to delist its ordinary shares from Euronext Milan in Italy and focus on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

According to the company, the decision to delist from Euronext Milan and concentrate its listing on NYSE was taken “following a careful review of the relative trading volumes on the two exchanges.”

In January 2022 CNH Industrial and its former commercial vehicle business IVECO became separate businesses. Since then, the majority of CNH stock trading has progressively shifted to the NYSE, with the company believing that its business profile and investor base fit better with a single US listing.

CNH Industrial has a number of brands, including New Holland Construction and Case Construction Equipment. Sales for the company increased year-over-year in 2022 by 21% to US$21.5 billion.

CNH Industrial has approved a new share buyback program worth up to US$1 billion as part of its plan to pursue single-listing in New York.

Delisting from Euronext Milan would take effect no earlier than 45 days after the publication by Borsa Italiana of its notice arranging for delisting and a single listing on the NYSE will likely be effective at the beginning of January 2024.

CNH Industrial schrapt de notering van de aandelenmarkt van Milaan

CNH Industrial N.V heeft aangekondigd dat de Raad van Bestuur een aanvraag heeft goedgekeurd om de notering van haar gewone aandelen aan Euronext Milaan in Italië te schrappen en zich te concentreren op de New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Volgens het bedrijf werd de beslissing om de notering van Euronext Milaan te beëindigen en de notering op NYSE te concentreren genomen “na een zorgvuldige beoordeling van de relatieve handelsvolumes op de twee beurzen.”

In januari 2022 werden CNH Industrial en zijn voormalige bedrijfsvoertuigenbedrijf IVECO afzonderlijke bedrijven. Sindsdien is het grootste deel van de handel in aandelen van CNH geleidelijk verschoven naar de NYSE, waarbij het bedrijf van mening is dat zijn bedrijfsprofiel en investeerdersbasis beter passen bij een enkele Amerikaanse notering.
