Les co-organisateurs de la conférence : l'organisation européenne EUPAVE et l'Association Polonaise du Ciment, viennent d'ouvrir l'inscription des participants.
Les routes en béton sont un élément essentiel de la réponse aux défis de demain en matière d'infrastructures. La protection de l'environnement nécessite des actions décisives, y compris la réduction des émissions de CO2 non seulement pendant la phase de construction, mais également tout au long du cycle de vie de la surface. De plus, l'intensité croissante du trafic de véhicules, en particulier le trafic de poids lourds, accroît l'importance de la durabilité des surfaces. Les défis actuels se reflètent dans le programme Routes Béton 2023.
La devise principale de la 14e édition du symposium est « Des routes concrètes vers le monde vert ». Plus de 100 résumés du monde entier ont été soumis lors du processus d'inscription. Ils couvrent de nombreux sujets intéressants concernant par ex. des routes en béton innovantes répondant à des problématiques telles que le big data, le BIM, les ITS, les capteurs et la production d'électricité à partir de la route - les routes intelligentes, ou les questions plus traditionnelles liées à la construction et à l'entretien de diverses chaussées en béton.

Concrete Roads 2023 now open for Registration
Next year, on June 25–28, Krakow will host the 14th edition of the international event devoted to concrete roads. Held every four years (last time in Berlin) the symposium brings together the best experts in this field from around the world.
The co-organizers of the conference: the European organization EUPAVE and the Polish Cement Association, have just opened registration of participants.
Concrete roads are an essential part of the response to the challenges of the future in terms of infrastructure. Environmental protection requires decisive action, including reduction of CO2 emissions not only during the construction phase, but also across the life cycle of the surface. In addition, the growing intensity of vehicle traffic, especially heavy goods traffic, increases the importance of surface durability. The current challenges are reflected in the Concrete Roads 2023 program.
The main motto of the 14th edition of the symposium is “Concrete Roads to the Green World”. This is reflected in the event’s agenda, which – in addition to customary technical topics such as design, materials, construction and applications – places emphasis is on sustainability matters, including the European Green Deal and circular construction, as well as the economic and social aspects of concrete roads.
Over 100 abstracts from all over the world were submitted in the enrolment process. They cover many interesting topics relating to e.g. innovative concrete roads addressing such issues as big data, BIM, ITS, sensors and power generation from the road – smart roads, or the more traditional matters connected with construction and maintenance of various concrete pavements.
“It was with great pleasure that EUPAVE accepted the Polish candidature for the organisation of the 14th International Symposium on Concrete Roads. One of the reasons for this is the enormous development of the motorway network in Poland, in which concrete plays an important role. In no other European country are so many concrete roads being built as in Poland. Also in the field of local roads and agricultural roads, the Polish cement and concrete industry has for many years successfully promoted the technical advantages and sustainability aspects of concrete pavements, up to the level of local authorities. Poland can be seen as an example for other countries in Europe and the whole world.” says Luc Rens, Managing Director of EUPAVE, Chairman of the Concrete Roads 2023 International Technical Programme Committee.
In addition to the Polish Cement Association, Concrete Roads 2023 is organized by EUPAVE (European Concrete Paving Association). Betonwegen 2023 nu open voor registratie
Volgend jaar, van 25 tot 28 juni, vindt in Krakau de 14e editie plaats van het internationale evenement gewijd aan betonwegen. Het symposium wordt om de vier jaar gehouden (laatste keer in Berlijn) en brengt de beste experts op dit gebied van over de hele wereld samen.
De mede-organisatoren van de conferentie: de Europese organisatie EUPAVE en de Polish Cement Association, hebben zojuist de registratie van deelnemers geopend.
Betonwegen zijn een essentieel onderdeel van het antwoord op de infrastructuuruitdagingen van de toekomst. Milieubescherming vereist doortastende maatregelen, waaronder vermindering van de CO2-emissies, niet alleen tijdens de bouwfase, maar ook tijdens de levenscyclus van het oppervlak. Bovendien verhoogt de toenemende intensiteit van het autoverkeer, met name het zware vrachtverkeer, het belang van de duurzaamheid van het oppervlak. “Het was met veel genoegen dat EUPAVE de Poolse kandidatuur voor de organisatie van het 14e internationale symposium over betonwegen aanvaardde. Een van de redenen hiervoor is de enorme ontwikkeling van het snelwegennet in Polen, waarin beton een belangrijke rol speelt. In geen enkel ander Europees land worden zoveel betonwegen aangelegd als in Polen. Ook op het gebied van lokale wegen en landbouwwegen heeft de Poolse cement- en betonindustrie jarenlang met succes de technische voordelen en duurzaamheidsaspecten van betonverhardingen gepromoot, tot op het niveau van lokale overheden.
