Sur un chantier où chaque minute compte, la puissance ne suffit plus. Il faut savoir creuser plus vite, travailler plus précisément et anticiper le danger. C’est dans cette nouvelle réalité que DEVELON fait entrer en scène la DX300LC-9, une excavatrice de 33 tonnes qui transforme la technologie embarquée en véritable avantage de production.
Au cœur de cette nouvelle génération, un système de commande entièrement électro-hydraulique remplace les traditionnels pilotages mécaniques. À la clé : jusqu’à 8 % d’économie de carburant, mais surtout une réponse plus fine et plus intuitive aux commandes de l’opérateur.
La puissance sous contrôle
Conçue pour les travaux de terrassement intensifs, les infrastructures, la démolition, les carrières et la manutention, la DX300LC-9 occupe ce que DEVELON considère comme le « sweet spot » de la production lourde : suffisamment puissante pour les tâches les plus exigeantes, tout en restant transportable sur une remorque lowboy standard.
Son système Advanced Lift Assist affiche en temps réel la capacité de levage et avertit l’opérateur des risques de basculement, notamment sur les terrains en pente ou irréguliers. Le système de pesage suit parallèlement la production afin de charger les camions rapidement et avec précision.
Même le travail au marteau hydraulique devient plus intelligent : Breaker Assist limite les tirs à vide et automatise certaines fonctions afin de réduire l’usure de la machine et la fatigue de l'opérateur.
Un chantier désormais sous surveillance
Mais la véritable révolution se trouve peut-être autour de la machine.
Avec son système Smart Around View Monitor, six caméras, des radars et une détection humaine alimentée par l’IA créent une vision à 360 degrés de l’environnement. Lorsque le système détecte une personne à proximité, DEVELON E-Stop peut ralentir automatiquement la machine puis l’arrêter complètement si elle entre dans une zone critique.
Et parce que certains dangers ne sont pas toujours visibles, les Virtual Walls permettent de créer des frontières numériques autour de la zone de travail, empêchant le bras ou le godet de pénétrer dans des espaces interdits — notamment à proximité des lignes électriques ou d’obstacles souterrains.
Le poste de conduite devient un centre de commande
À l’intérieur de la cabine, la technologie disparaît presque derrière sa simplicité.
Un écran tactile 12 pouces rassemble les fonctions essentielles, tandis que la guidance machine 2D/3D accompagne les opérations de terrassement et de nivellement. Les joysticks peuvent être personnalisés selon les habitudes de chaque conducteur, jusque dans les espaces les plus confinés.
Et la machine ne se contente plus de travailler : elle surveille son propre état de santé. Les systèmes de diagnostic suivent notamment l’huile moteur, le circuit hydraulique, la pompe principale et le moteur de rotation afin de détecter plus tôt les signes annonciateurs d’une panne.
Même la clé devient numérique. Grâce à MY DEVELON, un smartphone peut servir de clé Bluetooth pour déverrouiller la cabine, démarrer la machine et même préparer la climatisation à distance.
La nouvelle génération est déjà au travail
Avec la DX300LC-9, DEVELON ne présente donc pas simplement une nouvelle excavatrice de 30 tonnes. La marque dessine une vision différente de la machine de chantier : plus économe, plus connectée, plus préventive et surtout plus consciente de son environnement.
La terre reste la même. Les défis aussi.
Mais désormais, au bout du joystick, la machine voit davantage, comprend mieux et intervient plus tôt.

On a construction site where every minute counts, power alone is no longer enough. You need to be able to dig faster, work more precisely, and anticipate danger. It is in this new reality that DEVELON introduces the DX300LC-9, a 33-tonne excavator that transforms onboard technology into a true production advantage.
At the heart of this new generation, a fully electro-hydraulic control system replaces traditional mechanical controls. The result: up to 8% fuel savings, but above all, a more precise and intuitive response to operator commands.
Power Under Control
Designed for heavy-duty earthmoving, infrastructure, demolition, quarrying, and material handling, the DX300LC-9 occupies what DEVELON considers the "sweet spot" of heavy production: powerful enough for the most demanding tasks, yet transportable on a standard lowboy trailer.
Its Advanced Lift Assist system displays lifting capacity in real time and warns the operator of tipping risks, especially on slopes or uneven terrain. The weighing system simultaneously tracks production to ensure fast and accurate truck loading.
Even hydraulic hammer work becomes smarter: Breaker Assist limits dry firing and automates certain functions to reduce machine wear and operator fatigue.
A Jobsite Now Under Surveillance
But perhaps the real revolution lies within the machine itself.
With its Smart Around View Monitor system, six cameras, radar, and AI-powered human detection create a 360-degree view of the surroundings. When the system detects a person nearby, DEVELON E-Stop can automatically slow the machine down and then bring it to a complete stop if it enters a critical zone.
And because some hazards aren't always visible, Virtual Walls allow for the creation of digital boundaries around the work area, preventing the boom or bucket from entering restricted spaces—particularly near power lines or underground obstacles.
The operator station becomes a command center
Inside the cab, the technology almost disappears behind its simplicity.
A 12-inch touchscreen centralizes essential functions, while 2D/3D machine guidance assists with earthmoving and grading operations. Joysticks can be customized to suit each operator's preferences, even in the most confined spaces.
And the machine no longer just works: it monitors its own health. Diagnostic systems track the engine oil, hydraulic circuit, main pump, and rotary motor to detect early warning signs of a breakdown.
Even the key is going digital. Thanks to MY DEVELON, a smartphone can act as a Bluetooth key to unlock the cab, start the machine, and even remotely prepare the air conditioning.
The new generation is already at work.

Op een bouwplaats waar elke minuut telt, is alleen vermogen niet meer voldoende. U moet sneller kunnen graven, nauwkeuriger kunnen werken en gevaren kunnen anticiperen. In deze nieuwe realiteit introduceert DEVELON de DX300LC-9, een 33-tons graafmachine die de technologie aan boord omzet in een echt productievoordeel.
De kern van deze nieuwe generatie wordt gevormd door een volledig elektrohydraulisch besturingssysteem dat de traditionele mechanische bediening vervangt. Het resultaat: tot 8% brandstofbesparing, maar bovenal een nauwkeurigere en intuïtievere respons op de commando's van de machinist.
Kracht onder controle
Ontworpen voor zware grondverzetwerkzaamheden, infrastructuur, sloopwerkzaamheden, steengroeven en materiaalverwerking, bevindt de DX300LC-9 zich in wat DEVELON beschouwt als de "ideale positie" in de zware productie: krachtig genoeg voor de meest veeleisende taken, maar toch transporteerbaar op een standaard dieplader.
Het geavanceerde Lift Assist-systeem toont de hefcapaciteit in realtime en waarschuwt de machinist voor kantelgevaar, vooral op hellingen of oneffen terrein. Het weegsysteem registreert tegelijkertijd de productie om een snelle en nauwkeurige vrachtwagenlading te garanderen.
Zelfs hydraulisch hamerwerk wordt slimmer: Breaker Assist beperkt droogslaan en automatiseert bepaalde functies om slijtage aan de machine en vermoeidheid van de machinist te verminderen.
Een werkplek nu onder toezicht
Maar de echte revolutie schuilt misschien wel in de machine zelf.
Met het Smart Around View Monitor-systeem creëren zes camera's, radar en AI-gestuurde persoonsdetectie een 360-gradenbeeld van de omgeving. Wanneer het systeem een persoon in de buurt detecteert, kan DEVELON E-Stop de machine automatisch afremmen en vervolgens volledig tot stilstand brengen als deze een kritieke zone binnenkomt.
En omdat sommige gevaren niet altijd zichtbaar zijn, maken Virtual Walls het mogelijk om digitale grenzen rond het werkgebied te creëren, waardoor de giek of bak geen toegang krijgt tot verboden ruimtes – met name in de buurt van hoogspanningsleidingen of ondergrondse obstakels.
De bestuurderscabine wordt een commandocentrum
Binnen in de cabine verdwijnt de technologie bijna in het niets door de eenvoud.

Zelfs de sleutel wordt digitaal. Dankzij MY DEVELON kan een smartphone fungeren als een Bluetooth-sleutel om de cabine te ontgrendelen, de machine te starten en zelfs de airconditioning op afstand voor te bereiden.
De nieuwe generatie is al aan het werk.
Met de DX300LC-9 introduceert DEVELON niet zomaar een nieuwe 30-tons graafmachine. Het merk schetst een andere visie op bouwmachines: zuiniger, meer verbonden, proactiever en vooral milieubewuster.
