Develon, anciennement connu sous le nom de Doosan Construction Equipment, a lancé les nouvelles pelles de manutention DX230WMH-7 (24 t) et DX250WMH-7 (25,6 t) conformes à la norme Stage V. Tous deux sont conçus pour effectuer les tâches les plus difficiles dans un large éventail d'applications de tri et de manutention de matériaux, telles que celles liées à la manipulation de la ferraille et d'autres déchets solides, au recyclage, à la démolition et à l'industrie forestière. En conséquence, les deux machines sont construites avec des stabilisateurs avant et arrière, ainsi qu'une flèche et un bras spécialement conçus pour les tâches de manutention.

Ces nouvelles pelles de manutention sont équipées du moteur diesel Develon 6 cylindres turbocompressé DL06V refroidi par eau de dernière génération, offrant une puissance (SAE J1995) de 141 kW (189 CV) à 1 900 tr/min. La réduction de l'impact environnemental est primordiale pour Develon, c'est pourquoi le moteur a des émissions extrêmement faibles car les gaz d'échappement sont purifiés par la technologie de réduction catalytique sélective (SCR), un catalyseur d'oxydation diesel (DOC) et un filtre à particules diesel (DPF).

Une caractéristique standard est la rehausse hydraulique de la cabine, qui offre à l'opérateur une meilleure visibilité panoramique de l'accessoire et de la zone de travail. Lorsqu'il est combiné avec l'écran de la caméra de recul dans la cabine, l'opérateur bénéficie d'une excellente visibilité sur le chantier. Les nouvelles pelles de manutention sont faciles à utiliser grâce à des joysticks ergonomiques et un volant. Les machines sont équipées d'un circuit hydraulique auxiliaire bidirectionnel et d'un circuit rotatif pour améliorer l'efficacité. L'opérateur peut utiliser les boutons des joysticks ou une pédale en option pour contrôler les accessoires auxiliaires.

Un système spécial développé par Develon, Smart Power Control (SPC), améliore l'efficacité de la machine tout en maintenant la productivité grâce au contrôle de vitesse variable et au contrôle du couple de la pompe, ajustant automatiquement les régimes en fonction de la charge manipulée.

Le SPC peut être utilisé avec les quatre modes de travail disponibles sur les manutentionnaires Develon DX230WMH-7 et DX250WMH-7. Ces modes de puissance aident l'opérateur à gérer l'équilibre entre la consommation de carburant et la puissance de la machine en fonction des conditions de travail. Les quatre modes d'alimentation sélectionnables incluent :

• Mode Power+ (P+) : offre les vitesses de groupe de travail les plus rapides et une puissance supérieure pour les applications de déplacement de matériaux très exigeantes

• Mode Power (P) : offre une puissance exceptionnelle et des performances supérieures pour le levage de charges lourdes, un chargement rapide des camions et une vitesse de déplacement rapide

En plus des quatre modes de puissance, les nouvelles pelles de manutention incluent un mode de travail de levage, qui offre un couple de pompe accru, un faible régime moteur et une augmentation automatique de la puissance.

Les clients peuvent également sélectionner le type de configuration de façade qu'ils souhaitent, avec un choix entre les configurations de bras droit et de bras en col de cygne, en fonction de l'application et de leurs préférences. Le DX230WMH-7 a été conçu pour des charges standard, tandis que le DX250WMH-7 comprend un avant plus long et un contrepoids supplémentaire de 1,2 tonne pour garantir une grande stabilité face à des charges plus lourdes. L'essieu large et les stabilisateurs avant/arrière contribuent également à la grande stabilité des deux machines.

Dans la cabine se trouve un nouvel écran Develon Smart Touch de 8 pouces, facile à lire et à utiliser, intégrant toutes les fonctions et paramètres de la machine en un seul endroit. Il affiche également un flux vidéo provenant de la caméra de recul standard et/ou d'une caméra de vue latérale en option, qui sont placées de manière unique pour offrir une visibilité encore meilleure. Un mode écran partagé affiche simultanément la caméra de recul et les informations vitales de la machine. Le flux de la caméra de vue latérale en option peut être visualisé indépendamment ou en mode écran partagé.

Les DX230WMH-7 et DX250WMH-7 sont équipés en standard du dernier système cellulaire Develon Fleet Management TMS 3.0 installé en standard, qui fournit un système de gestion télématique pour ces modèles, en collectant les données des capteurs sur les machines. La télématique fournit des informations de localisation et une gamme complète d'informations opérationnelles sur la machine aux propriétaires, aux concessionnaires et à Develon. Develon, formerly known as Doosan Construction Equipment, has launched the company’s new DX230WMH-7 (24 t) and DX250WMH-7 (25.6 t) Stage V compliant material handlers. Both are designed to carry out the toughest tasks across a wide range of material sorting and handling applications such as those in the handling of scrap metal and other solid waste, recycling, demolition and in the forestry industry. As a result, both machines are built with front and rear stabilizers, and a boom and arm specifically designed for material handling tasks.

These new material handlers are equipped with the latest generation Develon 6-cylinder, turbocharged DL06V water-cooled diesel engine, providing an output (SAE J1995) of 141 kW (189 HP) at 1900 RPM. Reducing environmental impact is paramount to Develon, so the engine has extremely low emissions as exhaust gases are purified by Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology, a Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).

A standard feature is the hydraulic cab riser, which gives the operator better all-around visibility of the attachment and work area. When combined with the rear view camera display in the cab, the operator has excellent visibility of the job site. The new material handlers are easy to operate with ergonomic joysticks and a steering wheel. The machines come equipped with two-way auxiliary and rotate circuit hydraulics to improve efficiency. The operator can use buttons on the joysticks or an optional foot pedal to control auxiliary attachments.

A special Develon-developed system, Smart Power Control (SPC), improves machine efficiency while maintaining productivity through variable speed control and pump torque control, automatically adjusting RPMs according to the load being handled.

The SPC can be used with all four work modes available on the Develon DX230WMH-7 and DX250WMH-7 material handlers. These power modes help the operator to manage the balance of fuel consumption and machine power to the working conditions. The four selectable power modes include:

• Power+ (P+) mode: delivers the fastest work group speeds and greater power for those high demanding material moving applications

• Power (P) mode: provides exceptional power and superior performance for tough heavy lifting, quick truck loading and fast travel speed

• Standard (S) power mode: enhances the machine’s fuel consumption while delivering high performance in everyday lifting and moving of materials

• Economy (E) mode: helps reduce fuel consumption for low-demand applications and slows down machine movement for conditions that require more precise movements.

In addition to the four power modes, the new material handlers include a lifting work mode, which provides increased pump torque, low engine RPM and an automatic power boost.

Customers can also select the front type set up they want, with a choice between straight arm and gooseneck arm configurations, depending on the application and preference. The DX230WMH-7 has been designed for standard loads, whilst the DX250WMH-7 includes a longer front and an additional 1.2 tonne counterweight to ensure high stability to deal with heavier loads.  The wide axle and front/rear outriggers also contribute to the high stability of both machines.

In the cab, there is a new Develon 8 inch Smart Touch screen which is easy to read and use, integrating all the functions and settings of the machine in one place. It also displays a video feed from the standard rear-view camera and/or an optional side view camera, which are uniquely placed to give even better visibility. A split screen mode displays the rear view camera and vital machine information at the same time. The feed from the optional side view camera can be reviewed independently or in a split screen mode.

Develon Fleet Management Telematics

The DX230WMH-7 and DX250WMH-7 have the latest Develon Fleet Management TMS 3.0 Cellular system installed as standard, which provides a telematics management system for these models, by collecting data from sensors on the machines. The telematics provides location information and a full range of machine operational information to owners, dealers and Develon. Information is provided through a simple user interface, accessible online via a web-enabled computer or smartphone.

Develon, voorheen bekend als Doosan Construction Equipment, heeft de nieuwe DX230WMH-7 (24 t) en DX250WMH-7 (25,6 t) Stage V-conforme overslagmachines van het bedrijf gelanceerd. Beide zijn ontworpen om de zwaarste taken uit te voeren in een breed scala aan materiaalsorteer- en verwerkingstoepassingen, zoals die bij de verwerking van schroot en ander vast afval, recycling, sloop en in de bosbouwindustrie. Als gevolg hiervan zijn beide machines gebouwd met stabilisatoren aan de voor- en achterzijde, en een giek en arm die speciaal zijn ontworpen voor materiaaloverslagtaken.

Deze nieuwe overslagmachines zijn uitgerust met de nieuwste generatie Develon 6-cilinder turbodieselmotor DL06V met waterkoeling, die een vermogen (SAE J1995) levert van 141 kW (189 pk) bij 1900 tpm. Naast de vier vermogensmodi beschikken de nieuwe overslagmachines over een hefwerkmodus, die zorgt voor een hoger pompkoppel, een laag motortoerental en een automatische vermogensboost.

Klanten kunnen ook het gewenste fronttype selecteren, met keuze tussen rechte arm- en zwanenhalsarmconfiguraties, afhankelijk van de toepassing en voorkeur. De DX230WMH-7 is ontworpen voor standaardladingen, terwijl de DX250WMH-7 een langere voorkant en een extra contragewicht van 1,2 ton heeft om een hoge stabiliteit te garanderen bij het omgaan met zwaardere ladingen. De brede as en de stempels voor en achter dragen ook bij aan de hoge stabiliteit van beide machines.

In de cabine bevindt zich een nieuw Develon 8 inch Smart Touch-scherm dat gemakkelijk te lezen en te gebruiken is en alle functies en instellingen van de machine op één plek integreert. Het toont ook een videofeed van de standaard achteruitkijkcamera en/of een optionele zijzichtcamera, die uniek zijn geplaatst om nog beter zicht te bieden. Een gesplitste schermmodus geeft tegelijkertijd de achteruitkijkcamera en essentiële machine-informatie weer. De beelden van de optionele zijzichtcamera kunnen onafhankelijk of in een gesplitst scherm worden bekeken.

Develon Fleet Management-telematica

Op de DX230WMH-7 en DX250WMH-7 is standaard het nieuwste Develon Fleet Management TMS 3.0 Cellular-systeem geïnstalleerd, dat een telematicabeheersysteem voor deze modellen biedt, door gegevens van sensoren op de machines te verzamelen. De telematica biedt locatie-informatie en een volledig scala aan operationele informatie over de machine aan eigenaren, dealers en Develon. Informatie wordt verstrekt via een eenvoudige gebruikersinterface, die online toegankelijk is via een computer of smartphone met internettoegang.
