Le constructeur coréen modernise en profondeur ses tombereaux articulés DA30-7 et DA45-7 en introduisant une cabine entièrement repensée, inspirée de l’univers automobile haut de gamme. Objectif : améliorer la productivité, réduire la fatigue de l’opérateur et renforcer la sécurité sur les chantiers les plus exigeants.

Une cabine pensée pour l’opérateur

La transformation la plus spectaculaire concerne l’environnement de conduite. Fini l’ambiance traditionnelle des engins de chantier : les nouveaux ADT de DEVELON adoptent un poste de conduite moderne, ergonomique et intuitif, conçu pour offrir un confort de travail inédit tout au long de la journée.

Au cœur de cette évolution, un écran tactile de 12 pouces, installé à hauteur des yeux, permet de consulter en temps réel les informations essentielles : charge utile, vitesse, inclinaison du véhicule, températures moteur et hydraulique, niveaux de carburant ou encore flux vidéo des caméras embarquées.

Auto-Hold : la sécurité automatisée

Autre innovation majeure, le système Auto-Hold Brake simplifie considérablement les manœuvres. Lors des opérations de chargement ou de déchargement, le camion se verrouille automatiquement en position neutre et maintient le freinage sans intervention supplémentaire du conducteur.

Le dispositif agit également comme une aide au démarrage en côte, supprimant la nécessité d'utiliser simultanément frein et accélérateur. Une fois le couple moteur suffisant, le frein se désengage automatiquement pour garantir un départ fluide et sécurisé.

Grâce au système de pesage embarqué, les opérateurs visualisent instantanément le poids de chaque chargement afin d’optimiser les cycles tout en évitant les surcharges.
