  Le groupe Dicsa, fabricant et distributeur de connecteurs et composants hydrauliques et pneumatiques, rejoint le groupe de distribution britannique Diploma PLC. Ainsi, il dirige désormais son domaine d'activité axé sur les solutions d'étanchéité et de gestion des fluides.

Dicsa est l'entreprise leader en Espagne et l'un des leaders européens dans le secteur de l'énergie hydraulique. Cela est dû à sa position de fabricant de produits en acier inoxydable, ainsi que de distributeur de connecteurs et de composants pour différentes industries.

En l'absence de continuité générationnelle pour mener à bien le futur projet de l'entreprise, la famille Carmen-Lequerica, propriétaire depuis la création de l'entreprise il y a 40 ans, et après avoir évalué diverses alternatives, a décidé de céder sa participation au groupe Diploma PLC. Cela garantira la poursuite du plan de croissance de l'entreprise.

Diploma PLC est un groupe de distribution basé en Grande-Bretagne, coté à la Bourse de Londres avec un niveau de capitalisation de plus de 4 milliards d'euros. Le Groupe est composé d'un portefeuille diversifié d'entreprises industrielles avec un chiffre d'affaires supérieur à 1 milliard de livres au cours de l'exercice 2022

année. Avec plus de 3 000 collaborateurs, elle est présente dans plus de 15 pays.

En ce qui concerne l'accord de vente, Dicsa a été conseillé par Eklipsus Partners, Garrigues et KPMG et Diploma PLC a été conseillé par Greenhill, Pérez-Llorca et Deloitte.
