Doosan Industrial Vehicle (DIV), l'un des principaux fournisseurs d'équipements de manutention de qualité, a annoncé le transfert réussi de son centre de distribution de pièces (PDC) de Sint-Niklaas, en Belgique, à Halle, en Allemagne.

Cette décision stratégique est le résultat de l'intégration de DIV au sein de Doosan Bobcat, une marque bien connue pour son leadership dans l'industrie des équipements compacts.

Le nouveau site de Halle Sachsen-Anhalt, où Doosan Bobcat exerce déjà ses activités quotidiennes pour les pièces détachées d'équipements de construction Bobcat, dispose d'une installation nettement plus grande de 34 500 m2, par rapport au site précédent en Belgique de 3 200 m2.

Cette expansion aura un impact positif sur la disponibilité des pièces de rechange Doosan dans toute l'Europe continentale.
Livraison améliorée et flexibilité accrue

En relocalisant le centre de distribution de pièces, Doosan Industrial Vehicle vise à apporter une multitude d'avantages à son service de livraison de pièces, garantissant une expérience améliorée pour ses partenaires et clients. Les principaux avantages comprennent une coupure tardive à 18h30 (pays de l'UE) et 17h30 (pays hors UE), une amélioration considérable par rapport à l'heure limite actuelle de 15h00.

De plus, le nouveau centre permet un service de livraison le lendemain sur l'ensemble du territoire de l'Union européenne, grâce à sa proximité de seulement 15 minutes avec DHL Air Hub, facilitant un transport rapide.

L'achèvement de la transition vers le centre de distribution de pièces allemand s'appuie sur les opérations de longue date de Doosan Bobcat à Halle, où l'entreprise a accumulé des données et une expérience précieuses, lui permettant d'offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.

Doosan Industrial Vehicle (DIV), a leading supplier of quality material handling equipment, has announced the successful transfer of its Parts Distribution Center (PDC) from Sint-Niklaas, Belgium to Halle, Germany.

This strategic move comes as a result of the integration of DIV within Doosan Bobcat, a brand well-known for its leadership in the compact equipment industry.

The new location in Halle Sachsen-Anhalt, where Doosan Bobcat already operates its daily business for Bobcat construction equipment spare parts, boasts a significantly larger facility of 34,500 m2, compared to the previous location in Belgium of 3200 m2.

This expansion will have a positive impact on the availability of Doosan spare parts in all of continental Europe.
Improved Delivery and Enhanced Flexibility

By relocating the Parts Distribution Center, Doosan Industrial Vehicle aims to bring forth a multitude of benefits for its parts delivery service, ensuring an enhanced experience for its partners and customers. The key advantages include a late cut-off period at 18:30 (EU countries) and 17:30 (Non-EU countries), a considerable improvement from the current 15:00 cut-off time.

Additionally, the new centre enables next-day delivery service to the entire European Union territory, thanks to its close proximity of just 15 minutes to the DHL Air Hub, facilitating swift transportation.

The completion of the transition to the German Parts Distribution Centre builds upon Doosan Bobcat’s long-standing operations in Halle, where the company has amassed valuable data and experience, enabling them to provide an exceptional customer experience.
