ERA-Rental Awards 2023 pour récompenser les talents et les formations

Pendant ce temps, le prix du comité technique de l'ERA s'adresse à nouveau aux équipementiers OEM et mettra en lumière des supports de formation spécialement adaptés à l'industrie de la location.
Pour la première fois, ce prix exigera désormais que les équipementiers soumettent un formulaire de candidature. Le prix sera évalué par les sociétés de location membres du comité technique de l'ERA.
Les inscriptions peuvent être soumises en format libre ou à l'aide du formulaire d'inscription standard, en anglais ou dans la langue nationale de l'entreprise proposante.
Les soumissions peuvent provenir de n'importe quelle entreprise en Europe, quelle que soit leur adhésion à l'ERA. Les candidatures de petites et moyennes entreprises sont encouragées.
La cérémonie des European Rental Awards aura lieu le soir du 7 juin 2023 lors de la convention ERA à Maastricht, aux Pays-Bas.

The European Rental Awards 2023 will feature a new focus on people and skills; in both the Sustainability Committee award - for the Best Initiative in People, and the Technical Committee award - for rental-specific training materials.
ERA said it was calling for equipment rental companies and rental associations to showcase “rental projects or initiatives or campaigns for an outstanding effort made to attract, recruit and retain talent in the equipment rental industry,” by entering the Sustainability Committee Award for the Best Initiative in People by 24 February 2023.
“The Best Initiative in People Award will go to a single project or initiative within a rental company or rental association. Initiatives might include recruitment campaigns, training programmes, inclusion strategies, etc. The award will be assessed by the members of the ERA Sustainability Committee.”
Meanwhile, the ERA Technical Committee award is again targeted at equipment OEMs and will highlight training materials specially adapted for the rental industry.
For the first time, this award will now require OEMs to submit an entry form. The award will be assessed by the rental companies members of the ERA Technical Committee.
Entries can be submitted in free format or using the standard entry form, in English or the national language of the proposing company.
Submissions can come from any company in Europe regardless of their ERA membership. Entries from small and medium size enterprises are encouraged.
The European Rental Awards ceremony will take place on the evening of 7 June 2023 during the ERA Convention in Maastricht, The Netherlands.

ERA-Verhuurprijzen 2023 om talent en opleiding te erkennen
De European Rental Awards 2023 zullen een nieuwe focus hebben op mensen en vaardigheden; in zowel de duurzaamheidscommissieprijs - voor het beste initiatief in mensen, als de prijs van de technische commissie - voor verhuurspecifiek trainingsmateriaal.
ERA zei dat het een oproep deed aan verhuurbedrijven en verhuurverenigingen om "verhuurprojecten of -initiatieven of -campagnes voor een uitstekende inspanning om talent in de verhuurindustrie voor materieel aan te trekken, te werven en te behouden" onder de aandacht te brengen door deel te nemen aan de Sustainability Committee Award voor het beste initiatief in Mensen tegen 24 februari 2023.
“De Best Initiative in People Award gaat naar één project of initiatief binnen een verhuurbedrijf of verhuurvereniging. Initiatieven kunnen rekruteringscampagnes, trainingsprogramma's, inclusiestrategieën, enz. Zijn. De prijs wordt beoordeeld door de leden van de ERA Sustainability Committee.”
Ondertussen is de prijs van de ERA Technical Committee opnieuw gericht op OEM's van apparatuur en zal speciaal aangepast trainingsmateriaal voor de verhuursector onder de aandacht worden gebracht.
Voor het eerst moeten OEM's voor deze prijs nu een deelnameformulier indienen. De prijs wordt beoordeeld door de verhuurbedrijven die lid zijn van de Technische Commissie van ERA.
Inzendingen kunnen worden ingediend in een vrij formaat of met behulp van het standaard deelnameformulier, in het Engels of in de nationale taal van het indienende bedrijf.
Inzendingen kunnen afkomstig zijn van elk bedrijf in Europa, ongeacht hun ERA-lidmaatschap. Inzendingen van kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen worden aangemoedigd.
De uitreiking van de European Rental Awards vindt plaats op de avond van 7 juni 2023 tijdens de ERA-conventie in Maastricht, Nederland.
