Le concasseur à percussion Kleemann MOBIREX MR 130i PRO est utilisé dans la carrière d'Oetelshofen près de Wuppertal pour broyer le calcaire destiné aux hauts fourneaux industriels. Au lieu d'alimenter une installation de concassage et de criblage, une seule machine, qui a également de faibles valeurs de consommation, doit être ravitaillée. La nouvelle machine réalise un produit final de 0/45 avec une taille d'alimentation de 0/600. L'unité de post-criblage à deux étages décharge une granulométrie finale, les deux étages de criblage étant pleinement utilisés. Une maille carrée de taille 50 est installée dans le pont inférieur à cet effet ; un maillage plus large est installé dans le pont supérieur comme pont de secours. Le grain surdimensionné du pont supérieur ainsi que du pont inférieur est dirigé dans un processus simple via un convoyeur de transfert réversible sur le convoyeur de grain surdimensionné et est ensuite renvoyé vers le processus de concassage.

Avec son unité de criblage à poste à deux étages, le MR 130i PRO garantit un criblage efficace et une qualité de produit très élevée avec une seule installation - sans installation de criblage supplémentaire.

Un nouveau développement parfaitement adapté à la tâche

Le défi initial consistait à trouver une solution qui réponde à toutes les exigences : « Le client avait envisagé différents fournisseurs et options », explique Christoph Obalski, Sales Wirtgen Germany. « Heureusement, avec le nouveau MR 130i PRO de Kleemann, nous disposons d'une toute nouvelle machine parfaitement adaptée au projet », déclare le consultant spécial Kleemann. The new Kleemann impact crusher MOBIREX MR 130i PRO is in operation in a limestone quarry near Wuppertal. The latest family member of the PRO line offers effective screening and a high output.
Combination plant proves its value in the limestone quarry

The Kleemann impact crusher MOBIREX MR 130i PRO is used in the Oetelshofen quarry near Wuppertal to crush limestone for industrial blast furnaces. A combination plant in which the screening unit is connected directly to the crushing plant – this is what the operating company wanted. Whereas an impact crusher was previously operated with a separate screening plant, the MOBIREX MR 130i PRO now works with an integrated post screening unit and oversize grain returning. Among other things, this reduces the fuel consumption. Instead of supplying a crushing and screening plant, now only one machine, which also has low consumption values, has to be refueled. The new machine achieves a final product of 0/45 with a feed size of 0/600. The double-deck post screening unit discharges a final grain size, whereby both screen decks are fully utilised. A size 50 square mesh is installed in the lower deck for this purpose; a larger mesh is installed in the upper deck as a relief deck. The oversize grain of the upper deck as well as the lower deck is directed in an uncomplicated process via a reversible transfer conveyor onto the oversize grain conveyor and is then returned to the crushing process.

With its double-deck post screening unit, the MR 130i PRO guarantees effective screening and very high product quality with a single plant only – without additional screening plant.

A new development perfectly suited to the task

The initial challenge was to find a solution that meets all the requirements: "The customer had considered different suppliers and options", explains Christoph Obalski, Sales Wirtgen Germany. "Luckily, with the new MR 130i PRO from Kleemann, we have a completely new machine that is exactly suited to the project," says the Kleemann special consultant. The MOBIREX MR 130i PRO has a high output and effective screening.

"The large running gear with heavy-duty framing, ease of physical and visual access via steps and platforms to all components and the solid double-deck post screening unit – this made a perfect first impression," explains Dirk Frorath, managing director of AMIRO GmbH in the quarry." The crushing unit of the plant is driven by a powerful electric motor. It also has a new drive concept. A star-delta drive and frequency converter, which makes it possible to vary the speed of the rotor as required, is available as an option. Thanks to its all-electric drive concept E-DRIVE, there is an option for an external power supply which means that the machine can be operated locally free of emissions.

The MOBIREX MR 130i PRO is also equipped with the operating concept SPECTIVE, with which operators in quarries are already familiar from the other MOBIREX MR 130 EVO2 plants. The operating concept is intuitive and has a consistent structure across the MOBIREX series. The components of the latest SPECTIVE generation, such as the new radio remote controls and the digital solution SPECTIVE CONNECT, simplify the everyday work routine even more.
Many years of good co-operation tipped the scales

In this case, prior to purchasing it was not possible to view the machine in operation in advance, for example, in another company. The impact crusher is, after all, a new development. Thanks to co-operation Kleemann lasting many years and good experience with the company's products, however, a very solid foundation of trust existed. And of course it was possible to view the machine in the Kleemann plant in Göppingen.

De nieuwe Kleemann-slagbreker MOBIREX MR 130i PRO is in gebruik in een kalksteengroeve bij Wuppertal. Het nieuwste familielid van de PRO-lijn biedt een effectieve afscherming en een hoog rendement.
Combinatiecentrale bewijst zijn waarde in de kalksteengroeve

De Kleemann slagbreker MOBIREX MR 130i PRO wordt in de groeve Oetelshofen bij Wuppertal gebruikt om kalksteen te breken voor industriële hoogovens. Een combinatie-installatie waarbij de zeefinstallatie direct is aangesloten op de breekinstallatie, dat wilde de werkmaatschappij. Waar voorheen een slagbreker met een aparte zeefinstallatie werkte, werkt de MOBIREX MR 130i PRO nu met een geïntegreerde nazeefeenheid en overmaatse graanretour. Hierdoor wordt onder andere het brandstofverbruik verlaagd. De nieuwe machine realiseert een eindproduct van 0/45 met een invoermaat van 0/600. De dubbeldeks nazeefeenheid lost een eindkorrelgrootte, waarbij beide zeefdekken volledig worden benut. Hiervoor is in het benedendek een vierkante maaswijdte 50 aangebracht; in het bovendek is een groter gaas aangebracht als reliëfdek. Het overmaatse graan van zowel het bovendek als het benedendek wordt in een ongecompliceerd proces via een omkeerbare transporteur op de overmaatse graantransporteur geleid en gaat vervolgens terug naar het breekproces.

De MR 130i PRO garandeert met zijn dubbeldeks nazeefinstallatie een effectieve zeefdruk en een zeer hoge productkwaliteit met slechts één plant – zonder extra zeefinstallatie.

Een nieuwe ontwikkeling die perfect geschikt is voor de taak

De eerste uitdaging was om een oplossing te vinden die aan alle eisen voldoet: "De klant had verschillende leveranciers en opties overwogen", legt Christoph Obalski, Sales Wirtgen Duitsland, uit. "Gelukkig hebben we met de nieuwe MR 130i PRO van Kleemann een compleet nieuwe machine die precies bij het project past", zegt de speciale adviseur van Kleemann. De MOBIREX MR 130i PRO is ook uitgerust met het bedieningsconcept SPECTIVE, waarmee operators in steengroeven al bekend zijn van de andere MOBIREX MR 130 EVO2-installaties. Het bedieningsconcept is intuïtief en heeft een consistente structuur in de hele MOBIREX-serie. De componenten van de nieuwste SPECTIVE-generatie, zoals de nieuwe radiografische afstandsbedieningen en de digitale oplossing SPECTIVE CONNECT, vereenvoudigen de dagelijkse werkroutine nog meer.
Jarenlange goede samenwerking heeft de doorslag gegeven

In dit geval was het voorafgaand aan de aanschaf niet mogelijk om de machine vooraf in werking te zien bij bijvoorbeeld een ander bedrijf. De slagbreker is immers een nieuwe ontwikkeling. Dankzij de jarenlange samenwerking met Kleemann en de goede ervaring met de producten van het bedrijf ontstond er echter een zeer solide basis van vertrouwen. En uiteraard was het mogelijk de machine te bezichtigen in de Kleemann-fabriek in Göppingen.
