Le fabricant allemand de machines pour l'industrie minière et de tunnelage GHH a conclu un partenariat avec le distributeur japonais de machines et de camions Marubeni Dağıtım ve Servis en Turquie. Cela ouvre aux deux entreprises des opportunités de croissance bien au-delà des frontières du pays.

En plus de son importance géopolitique, la Turquie possède de nombreuses ressources minérales, notamment du cuivre, du minerai de fer, du charbon et du chrome, ainsi que les plus grands gisements de bore au monde. Fondée en 1983 et basée à Istanbul, la société fait partie de Marubeni Corporation of Japan, l'un des plus grands distributeurs mondiaux de ce type, avec 45 000 employés répartis dans 463 entreprises.

Cette constellation de compétences, d’expérience et d’empreinte est très intéressante pour le constructeur de machines allemand. En tant que l’une des marques leaders mondiales du secteur, l’entreprise sert déjà un nombre important de clients en Turquie. Cependant, la nécessité d'un réseau plus solide pour le conseil, les ventes et le service a été identifiée comme une étape clé pour soutenir l'expansion de son portefeuille de produits dans la région.

Les chargeuses (LHD), tombereaux et autres véhicules, spécialement conçus pour l'exploitation minière des roches tendres et dures, sont le domaine du constructeur qui sait allier rentabilité avec robustesse, facilité d'entretien et ergonomie du conducteur. L'entreprise propose une gamme presque complète et opère sur tous les continents.

À l'approche de la fermeture imminente de Komatsu, GHH, qui se prépare à faire partie de la famille Komatsu, renforce également son réseau de concessionnaires grâce à ce partenariat. Marubeni Dağıtım ve Servis est déjà un concessionnaire Komatsu important dans la région turque, travaillant avec Komatsu sur le marché turc depuis 1983.

The German manufacturer of machines for mining and tunnelling industries GHH has agreed a partnership with the Japanese machine and truck distributor Marubeni Dağıtım ve Servis in Türkiye. This opens up growth opportunities for both companies far beyond the country’s borders.

In addition to its geopolitical importance, Türkiye has numerous mineral resources, including copper, iron ore, coal and chrome, as well as the world’s largest boron deposits. These resources have helped to make the country an important player and hub in the global commodities market.

As one of the major distributors of heavy machinery in Türkiye, Marubeni Dağıtım ve Servis A.Ş. has already established a network of 6 locations with 270 employees and 50 sales and service centres, reaching as far as Azerbaijan and Georgia. Founded in 1983 and based in Istanbul, the company is part of the Marubeni Corporation of Japan, one of the world’s largest distributors of its kind with 45,000 employees in 463 companies.

This constellation of skills, experience and footprint is highly interesting for the German machine manufacturer. As one of the world’s leading brands in the industry, the company already serves a significant amount of customers in Türkiye. However, the need for a stronger network for consulting, sales and service was identified as a key milestone to support the expansion of its product portfolio in the region.

Loaders (LHDs), dump trucks and other vehicles, specifically designed for mining in soft and hard rock, are the domain of the manufacturer who knows how to combine cost-effectiveness with robustness, ease of maintenance and driver ergonomics. The company supplies an almost complete range and operates on all continents.

With the pending Komatsu closure around the corner, GHH, which is preparing to become part of the Komatsu family, is also strengthening its dealer network with this partnership. Marubeni Dağıtım ve Servis is already a strong Komatsu dealer in the Turkish region, having worked with Komatsu in the Turkish market since 1983.

The two companies sealed their partnership in February when Mr. Zeka and Mr. Birand travelled to GHH’s headquarters in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, and spent time reviewing the offering and way of working and strategizing on business opportunities going forward. It was a productive session and a great start to a strong working relationship. The first deliveries are due to follow shortly. These might include vehicles such as the new LF-10 NEO, a loader with the highest tipping height in the 10-tonne class, or the world renowned MK-A20 dump truck.

Naast het geopolitieke belang beschikt Türkiye over talrijke minerale hulpbronnen, waaronder koper, ijzererts, steenkool en chroom, evenals over de grootste boorvoorraden ter wereld.
