Cette distinction s'inscrit dans le cadre du programme de gestion de la performance des fournisseurs (SPM) de DAF, qui évalue les fournisseurs dans trois catégories : Achiever, Leader et Master.

La distinction « Master » souligne l'excellence de Goodyear en matière de développement de produits, de soutien aux opérations et d'alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux de DAF.
