Lorsque les routes deviennent un défi, Hilltip déploie une nouvelle génération d’armes pour l’entretien hivernal. Avec l’IceStriker Lion 8-15 Highway Combi Spreader, le constructeur finlandais réunit sur un même équipement épandage, pré-mouillage, dégivrage liquide et anti-givrage.

Monté sur camion, le système offre une capacité de 8 à 15 yd³ de matériau sec, complétée par des réservoirs latéraux de liquide. Jusqu’à quatre réservoirs frontaux supplémentaires peuvent augmenter l’autonomie, tandis qu’une double rampe de pulvérisation permet une largeur de travail allant jusqu’à 12 mètres.

Sous sa structure en acier inoxydable 304, le Lion cache une technologie pensée pour les conditions extrêmes : convoyeur à chaîne ou doubles vis, alimentation hydraulique ou électrique 24/48 V, vibration automatique et réglage précis de la symétrie depuis la cabine.

Mais la véritable intelligence se trouve à bord. Avec StrikeSmart et le système de suivi HTrack, les opérateurs peuvent contrôler, suivre et analyser les opérations à distance. En option, StrikeSmart Plus associé au capteur TempStriker exploite les données météorologiques en temps réel pour recommander le matériau et le dosage adaptés.

When roads become a challenge, Hilltip deploys a new generation of winter maintenance tools. With the IceStriker Lion 8-15 Highway Combi Spreader, the Finnish manufacturer combines spreading, pre-wetting, liquid de-icing, and anti-icing in a single unit.

Truck-mounted, the system offers a capacity of 8 to 15 cubic yards of dry material, supplemented by side-mounted liquid tanks. Up to four additional front tanks can increase operating time, while a double spray boom allows for a working width of up to 12 meters.

Beneath its 304 stainless steel structure, the Lion conceals technology designed for extreme conditions: chain or twin-screw conveyor, hydraulic or 24/48V electric power supply, automatic vibration, and precise symmetry adjustment from the cab.

But the real intelligence is on board. With StrikeSmart and the HTrack tracking system, operators can remotely control, monitor, and analyze operations. As an option, StrikeSmart Plus, combined with the TempStriker sensor, uses real-time weather data to recommend the appropriate material and application rate.
