Hilti a annoncé avoir finalisé avec succès l'acquisition de la société de logiciels de construction, le groupe 4PS.

L'acquisition de 4PS, spécialisée dans la fourniture de logiciels de gestion des processus métiers pour le secteur de la construction, placerait Hilti dans une position de force pour « piloter la transformation numérique du secteur de la construction ».

En finalisant cet accord commercial, Hilti complète son offre logicielle actuelle de gestion des actifs (ON!Track) et de gestion des chantiers (Fieldwire).

4PS a été fondée en 2000 aux Pays-Bas et opère également au Royaume-Uni, en Belgique et en Allemagne. Les solutions logicielles de 4PS comptent plus de 70 000 utilisateurs quotidiens dans les secteurs du bâtiment, du génie civil et de l'installation.

Hilti a déclaré qu'elle conserverait tous les membres de l'équipe 4PS, y compris sa direction, et que l'entreprise continuerait à opérer sous sa marque existante.

Hilti has announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of construction software company, 4PS group.

The acquisition of 4PS, which specialises in providing business process management software for the construction industry, is said to put Hilti in a strong position in “driving the digital transformation of the construction industry.”

By completing the business deal Hilti adds to its current software offering of asset management (ON!Track) and jobsite management (Fieldwire).

4PS was founded in 2000 in the Netherlands and also operates in the UK, Belgium and Germany. The software solutions of 4PS have more than 70,000 daily users in the building construction, civil engineering and installation sectors.

Hilti has said that it will retain all 4PS team members, including its management, and the company will continue to operate under its existing brand.

Hilti heeft aangekondigd dat het de overname van bouwsoftwarebedrijf 4PS Group met succes heeft afgerond.

De overname van 4PS, gespecialiseerd in het leveren van bedrijfsprocesbeheersoftware voor de bouwsector, zou Hilti in een sterke positie brengen bij het “aandrijven van de digitale transformatie van de bouwsector.”

Door de zakelijke deal af te ronden, breidt Hilti haar huidige softwareaanbod van asset management (ON!Track) en jobsite management (Fieldwire) uit.

4PS is in 2000 in Nederland opgericht en is ook actief in Groot-Brittannië, België en Duitsland. De softwareoplossingen van 4PS hebben ruim 70.000 dagelijkse gebruikers in de bouw-, infra- en installatiebranche.

Hilti heeft gezegd dat het alle teamleden van 4PS zal behouden, inclusief het management, en dat het bedrijf onder zijn bestaande merk zal blijven opereren.
