Les nouveaux groupes électrogènes HSF95, HSF110 et HSF140 sont désormais disponibles. Cette extension de gamme comprend également des versions monophasées des modèles canopy HS40 (groupes électrogènes de 60 à 85 kVA), complétant ainsi le déploiement de la gamme HS-Stationary, bien que la possibilité d'ajouter des puissances supérieures à un date ultérieure n'a pas été exclue.
La gamme HS-Stationnaire, qui jusqu'à présent se composait de groupes électrogènes allant de 10 à 90 kVA, comprend désormais de nouveaux modèles jusqu'à 136 kVA. Cette extension de gamme s'enrichit des modèles de canopée HS50 ainsi que du développement de versions monophasées pour les modèles de canopée HS40. Parallèlement, l'équipe R&D d'HIMOINSA continue de travailler au développement de nouveaux modèles qui permettront à l'entreprise d'étendre sa Gamme Stationnaire à des puissances supérieures.
Depuis le lancement de la gamme HS-Stationary sur le marché fin 2020, de nombreux projets exigent ces groupes électrogènes pour des applications stationnaires. HIMOINSA a donc travaillé dur pour étendre la gamme de puissance de cette gamme de produits afin de répondre aux exigences des différents secteurs du marché tels que les secteurs industriel, résidentiel et commercial, qui ont loué la qualité du produit, sa réponse fiable et sa durabilité.
Ces nouveaux modèles élargissent la gamme de produits à la fois à 50 et 60 Hz, en versions monophasée et triphasée.
Leur conception modulaire et polyvalente a fait de la gamme stationnaire HIMOINSA l'un des produits les plus compétitifs du marché. À ce jour, la gamme HS comprend cinq tailles de verrière différentes conçues pour accueillir les différents modèles, tous propulsés par un moteur Yanmar ou FPT, selon la plage de puissance.
L'objectif principal des groupes électrogènes HS a toujours été de développer un produit capable de s'adapter aux besoins réels des installations fixes, en maintenant la qualité des produits 100% HIMOINSA en sélectionnant des marques de qualité supérieure pour tous ses composants et accessoires. Leurs auvents garantissent des niveaux élevés d'anti-rouille et d'anti-oxydation, maintenant ainsi leur position de leader sur le marché.
FACILE À INSTALLER ET À MAINTENIR
La gamme HS a été conçue pour garantir une installation conviviale du groupe électrogène. C'est pourquoi il intègre des points d'ancrage pour l'installation d'anneaux de levage normalisés. Il dispose également d'un kit d'extraction qui facilite la manipulation du groupe électrogène lors des contrôles, des travaux de maintenance ou de l'installation des différents réservoirs de carburant sans avoir besoin d'un pont roulant. Les kits de levage et d'extraction sont en option, de même que les patins de levage pour chariots élévateurs.
La nouvelle conception comprend des portes entièrement amovibles pour fournir un accès complet à l'intérieur de la machine pour effectuer l'entretien et nettoyer les composants internes ; en même temps, cela permet de réduire l'espace requis lors du processus d'installation lorsque le groupe électrogène est situé à l'intérieur d'une pièce et/ou d'un bâtiment.
FONCTIONNALITÉ : CONNEXIONS RAPIDES
Les groupes électrogènes HS intègrent deux entrées de câble de distribution qui facilitent la connexion et le fonctionnement ; une entrée frontale inférieure qui réduit l'encombrement du groupe électrogène et une entrée latérale inférieure alternative pour faciliter les connexions conformément aux spécifications et conditions de chaque installation. Les deux comprennent un couvercle de protection en aluminium pour empêcher l'entrée d'éléments de l'extérieur.
INSONORISATION
L'auvent est composé de mousse de polyuréthane auto-extinguible et de laine de roche haute densité. Nous avons également travaillé dur pour optimiser l'emplacement et la disposition des entrées d'air, atténuant ainsi les émissions sonores et empêchant l'eau de pénétrer dans la machine.
La gamme HS propose une nouvelle conception de silencieux qui assure des niveaux d'émission sonore confortables dans les environnements industriels et offre la possibilité d'installer un kit d'atténuation acoustique, en fonction des exigences du projet.

The new HSF95, HSF110 and HSF140 generator sets are now available. This extension to the product range also includes single-phase versions of the HS40 canopy models (generator sets from 60 to 85 kVA), thereby completing the roll-out of the HS-Stationary range, although the possibility of adding higher power ratings at a later date has not been ruled out.
The HS-Stationary range, which until now has consisted of generator sets ranging from 10 to 90 kVA, now includes new models up to 136 kVA. This range extension boasts HS50 canopy models as well as the development of single-phase versions for HS40 canopy models. At the same time, HIMOINSA's R&D team is continuing to work on the development of new models that will allow the company to extend its Stationary Range to higher power ratings.
Ever since the HS-Stationary range was first launched onto the market at the end of 2020, numerous projects have been demanding these generator sets for stationary applications. HIMOINSA has therefore been working hard to extend the power range of this product line to meet the demands of different market sectors such as the industrial, residential and commercial sectors, which have praised the quality of the product, its reliable response and durability.
These new models expand the product portfolio to both 50 and 60Hz, in single-phase and three-phase versions.
Their modular and versatile design has made HIMOINSA's Stationary Range one of the most competitive products on the market. To date, the HS range features five different canopy sizes designed to accommodate the various models, all powered by either a Yanmar or an FPT engine, depending on the power range.
The main objective of the HS generator sets has always been to develop a product that can adapt to the real needs of stationary installations, maintaining 100% HIMOINSA product quality by selecting top quality brands for all its components and accessories. Their canopies guarantee high levels of anti-rust and anti-oxidation, thereby maintaining their best-in-class position in the market.
EASY TO INSTALL AND MAINTAIN
The HS Range has been designed to guarantee a user-friendly installation of the generator set. That is why it incorporates anchorage points for the installation of standardised lifting rings. It also features an extraction kit that facilitates the handling of the genset during checks, maintenance work, or the installation of the different fuel tanks without the need for a bridge crane. The lifting and extraction kits are optional, as are the lifting skids for forklifts.
The new design includes fully removable doors to provide full access to the interior of the machine to carry out maintenance and to clean the internal components; at the same time, this makes it possible to reduce the space required during the installation process when the generator set is located inside a room and/or a building.
FUNCTIONALITY: QUICK CONNECTIONS
HS generator sets incorporate two distribution cable entries that provide easy connection and operation; a lower front entry that reduces the genset's footprint and an alternative lower side entry to facilitate connections in accordance with the specifications and conditions of each installation. Both include a protective aluminium cover to prevent the entry of elements from the outside.
SOUNDPROOFING
The canopy features self-extinguishing polyurethane foam and high-density rock wool. We have also worked hard to optimize the location and layout of the air intakes, thus mitigating the sound emissions and preventing water from entering the machine.
The HS range proposes a new silencer design which ensures comfortable sound emission levels in industrial environments and offers the possibility of installing a sound attenuation kit, depending on the project's requirements.

EENVOUDIG TE INSTALLEREN EN TE ONDERHOUDEN
De HS Range is ontworpen om een gebruiksvriendelijke installatie van de generatorset te garanderen. Daarom bevat het verankeringspunten voor de installatie van gestandaardiseerde hijsogen. Het beschikt ook over een extractiekit die het hanteren van het aggregaat tijdens controles, onderhoudswerkzaamheden of de installatie van de verschillende brandstoftanks vergemakkelijkt zonder dat een brugkraan nodig is. De hef- en extractiesets zijn optioneel, evenals de hefskids voor heftrucks.
Het nieuwe ontwerp omvat volledig verwijderbare deuren om volledige toegang tot het interieur van de machine te bieden om onderhoud uit te voeren en de interne componenten te reinigen; tegelijkertijd maakt dit het mogelijk om de benodigde ruimte tijdens het installatieproces te verminderen wanneer de generatorset zich in een kamer en/of een gebouw bevindt.
FUNCTIONALITEIT: SNELLE VERBINDINGEN
HS-generatorsets bevatten twee distributiekabelingangen die eenvoudige aansluiting en bediening mogelijk maken; een lagere ingang aan de voorkant die de voetafdruk van de generatorset verkleint en een alternatieve ingang aan de onderkant om verbindingen te vergemakkelijken in overeenstemming met de specificaties en voorwaarden van elke installatie. Beide hebben een beschermende aluminium afdekking om het binnendringen van elementen van buitenaf te voorkomen.
GELUIDSDICHTING
De luifel is voorzien van zelfdovend polyurethaanschuim en steenwol met een hoge dichtheid. We hebben ook hard gewerkt om de locatie en lay-out van de luchtinlaten te optimaliseren, waardoor de geluidsemissies werden beperkt en er geen water in de machine kon komen.
Het HS-assortiment stelt een nieuw geluiddemperontwerp voor dat zorgt voor comfortabele geluidsemissieniveaus in industriële omgevingen en biedt de mogelijkheid om een geluiddempingskit te installeren, afhankelijk van de vereisten van het project.
