HIMOINSA a reçu le prix d'excellence opérationnelle décerné par Sisteplant, une entreprise spécialisée dans la rationalisation des processus de production, de logistique et d'organisation des entreprises industrielles.
Cette reconnaissance a été remise lors de la 34e édition des Sisteplant Awards, qui récompensent les entreprises qui ont atteint l'excellence dans leurs opérations en intégrant des solutions, en transformant leurs processus et en mettant en place des systèmes d'information opérationnels.

Le prix d'excellence opérationnelle a été accepté par Manuel Sánchez Bada, directeur des opérations mondiales chez HIMOINSA, et Ilyass Kaf, responsable de la production et de l'amélioration continue chez HIMOINSA.

Un important projet industriel est en cours chez HIMOINSA avec l'agrandissement de son centre de production en Espagne et la mise en service de nouvelles installations qui fourniront une série de lignes de production de nouveaux produits.
L'entreprise est engagée dans un processus de transformation industrielle constante et évolutive. Dans un premier effort d'amélioration continue, des travaux ont été menés pour déployer le Lean Manufacturing | Systèmes Kaizen dans toute l'entreprise.
Par la suite, afin d'atteindre une plus grande efficacité des processus et d'améliorer la logistique interne entre les différentes zones de production de l'entreprise, elle a redéfini l'agencement de ses usines en Espagne, intégrant tous les processus au sein d'un même centre de production. Actuellement, l'entreprise travaille à la mise en service de nouvelles usines pour fournir des lignes de production pour les nouveaux produits que l'entreprise a ajoutés à son portefeuille de produits, tels que les systèmes de stockage et de génération d'énergie par batterie (EHR | Battery Power Generator).

The company is engaged in a process of constant and evolutionary industrial transformation. A major industrial project is underway at HIMOINSA with the expansion of its production centre in Spain and the commissioning of new factories that will provide a series of production lines for new products.
HIMOINSA has received the Operational Excellence Award conferred by Sisteplant, a company that specializes in streamlining industrial companies' production, logistics and organizational processes.
This recognition was presented during the 34th edition of the Sisteplant Awards, which recognizes companies that have achieved excellence in their operations by integrating solutions, transforming their processes and implementing operational information systems.

The company is engaged in a process of constant and evolutionary industrial transformation. In an initial effort to achieve continuous improvement, work was carried out to deploy Lean Manufacturing | Kaizen systems throughout the company.
Thereafter, in order to achieve greater process efficiency and improve internal logistics between the company's different production areas, it redefined the layout of its factories in Spain, integrating all the processes within the same production centre. Currently, the company is working on the commissioning of new factories to provide production lines for the new products that the company has added to its product portfolio, such as battery power storage and generation systems (EHR | Battery Power Generator).
