En réponse à la demande croissante d'équipements électriques pour travailler sur des chantiers à émissions faibles ou nulles, Hitachi développe plusieurs pelles sur batterie, de 2 à 14 tonnes, pour le marché européen. La ZX55US-6EB de cinq tonnes est la première à être présentée et a été présentée au Bauma cette année. Il a été rejoint par des modèles prototypes, les ZX23U-6EB, ZX85US-6EB et ZX135-7EB.
Tous les nouveaux modèles s'appuient sur le riche héritage d'Hitachi en tant qu'entreprise d'électricité, ainsi que sur son expérience et son expertise dans la production de pelles ultra-larges câblées pour les mines du monde entier. Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd a également annoncé récemment une joint-venture avec Kiesel Technology GmbH – Kenki Technology Group GmbH (KTEG) – pour accélérer la mise sur le marché de ses équipements de construction zéro émission.
Performances silencieuses
Les nouveaux modèles compacts aideront les clients à travailler silencieusement et de manière productive, à fonctionner sans effort dans de petits espaces et à fonctionner efficacement avec moins d'exigences d'entretien et moins de temps d'arrêt que les modèles diesel conventionnels.
Les clients peuvent choisir entre un fonctionnement sur batterie, utilisant des batteries lithium-ion, et un fonctionnement filaire, qui permet aux machines de fonctionner pendant la charge. L'utilisation des deux méthodes permet aux opérateurs de travailler de manière productive et continue tout au long de la journée, tout en profitant de la cabine confortable avec climatisation de série (ZX55U-6EB).

In response to the growing demand for electric equipment to work on low or zero-emission job sites, Hitachi is developing several battery-powered excavators, from two to 14 tonnes, for the European market. The five-tonne ZX55US-6EB is the first to be introduced and was displayed at Bauma this year. It was joined by prototype models, the ZX23U-6EB, ZX85US-6EB, and ZX135-7EB.
All the new models draw on Hitachi’s rich heritage as an electrical company, and its experience and expertise in producing wired ultra-large excavators to mines around the world. Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd has also recently announced a joint venture with Kiesel Technology GmbH – Kenki Technology Group GmbH (KTEG) – to expedite the time to market for its zero-emission construction equipment.
Low-noise performance
The new compact models will help customers to work quietly and productively, operate effortlessly in small spaces, and perform efficiently with fewer maintenance requirements and less downtime than conventional diesel models.
Customers can choose between battery-powered operation, using lithium-ion batteries, and wired operation, which allows the machines to work while charging. Utilising both methods ensures operators can work productively and continuously throughout the day, while enjoying the comfortable cab with air conditioning as standard (ZX55U-6EB).
Further underlining its commitments to delivering sustainable solutions, Hitachi intends to expand its battery-powered products line-up in Europe in the future. “We are working hard to meet the growing demand for zero-emission equipment and listening carefully to our customers’ requirements for improved safety, increased productivity and reduced life-cycle costs,” says Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV President Takaharu Ikeda.

Als antwoord op de groeiende vraag naar elektrisch materieel voor werk op werkterreinen met een lage of nulemissie, ontwikkelt Hitachi verschillende accu-graafmachines, van 2 tot 14 ton, voor de Europese markt. De vijf ton zware ZX55US-6EB is de eerste die wordt geïntroduceerd en werd dit jaar op de Bauma getoond. Het werd vergezeld door prototypemodellen, de ZX23U-6EB, ZX85US-6EB en ZX135-7EB.
Alle nieuwe modellen putten uit Hitachi's rijke erfgoed als elektrotechnisch bedrijf en zijn ervaring en expertise in het produceren van bedrade ultragrote graafmachines voor mijnen over de hele wereld. Geluidsarme prestaties
De nieuwe compacte modellen helpen klanten stil en productief te werken, moeiteloos in kleine ruimtes te werken en efficiënt te presteren met minder onderhoudsvereisten en minder stilstand dan conventionele dieselmodellen.
Klanten kunnen kiezen tussen werking op batterijen, het gebruik van lithium-ionbatterijen en bedrade werking, waardoor de machines kunnen werken terwijl ze worden opgeladen. Door beide methoden te gebruiken, kunnen machinisten de hele dag productief en continu werken, terwijl ze genieten van de comfortabele cabine met standaard airconditioning (ZX55U-6EB).
Hitachi onderstreept zijn toewijding aan het leveren van duurzame oplossingen en is van plan om in de toekomst zijn assortiment accu-aangedreven producten in Europa uit te breiden.
