L’héritage technologique au service du futur

Lors de ConExpo 2023, le monde découvrait le Sullair E1035H, un concentré d’ingéniosité intégrant plusieurs innovations en instance de brevet. Parmi elles : des refroidisseurs pivotants facilitant l’entretien, et une technologie avancée de gestion des condensats éliminant le besoin d’équipements supplémentaires.

Conçu avec une attention particulière portée à la sécurité des utilisateurs, le E1035H intègre également la célèbre Electronic Spiral Valve (ESV) propre à Sullair, garantissant un rendement énergétique remarquable.

Cette même excellence technologique se retrouve aujourd’hui dans un format plus compact avec le Sullair E425H. Capable de délivrer 425 CFM à 150 psi, il s’adresse aux marchés de la location et de la construction, couvrant un éventail d’applications toujours plus large.

La pureté comme exigence absolue

Autre vedette du stand : le Sullair OFE1550, compresseur électrique portable sans huile.

Avec 1 550 CFM à 125 psi d’air Classe 0, il répond aux environnements les plus exigeants, notamment dans les secteurs du pétrole et du gaz, ou comme solution d’air de secours là où la pureté de l’air est critique.

Fidèle à l’ADN de la marque, l’OFE1550 facilite la maintenance, simplifie le démarrage grâce au système Wye-Delta et renforce la sécurité en éloignant les connexions électriques et les composants de décharge de l’opérateur. Son système intelligent d’auto-lubrification ajuste automatiquement la quantité idéale de lubrifiant, optimisant les performances tout en préservant le moteur contre l’usure prématurée.

Une réponse aux défis d’aujourd’hui

« Nos clients font face à une hausse des coûts énergétiques et d’exploitation, ainsi qu’à des exigences accrues en matière d’émissions et de durabilité », explique Jerel Cole, Global Portable Product Manager.

Technological Heritage Serving the Future

At ConExpo 2023, the world discovered the Sullair E1035H, a marvel of ingenuity incorporating several patent-pending innovations. Among them: pivoting coolers for easier maintenance and advanced condensate management technology that eliminates the need for additional equipment.

Designed with a focus on user safety, the E1035H also features Sullair's renowned Electronic Spiral Valve (ESV), ensuring outstanding energy efficiency.

True to the brand's DNA, the OFE1550 facilitates maintenance, simplifies starting with the Wye-Delta system, and enhances safety by keeping electrical connections and discharge components away from the operator. Its intelligent self-lubrication system automatically adjusts the ideal amount of lubricant, optimizing performance while protecting the engine from premature wear.

An answer to today's challenges

"Our customers are facing rising energy and operating costs, as well as increased requirements for emissions and sustainability," explains Jerel Cole, Global Portable Product Manager. “Our next-generation electric compressors were designed to meet real operational needs: delivering the expected power while enabling more efficient and responsible operation.”

But the story doesn’t begin in 2026.

In 1979, Hitachi Global Air Power launched its very first portable electric compressor.
