Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) exposera la pelle moyenne ZX225USLC-7 lors du salon Intermat en avril. Le modèle Zaxis-7 présenté sur le stand 6H039 sera équipé du système d'évitement 3D Xwatch Leica Geosystems, installé en collaboration dans l'usine HCME d'Amsterdam.

Sécurité accrue

Pour accroître la sécurité, il offre une vue supérieure du chantier, aidée par la vue exceptionnelle à vol d'oiseau à 270 degrés fournie par le système de caméra Aerial Angle. La visibilité est encore améliorée vers l'avant – grâce à l'abaissement de l'ouvrant – et vers la gauche grâce au déplacement du montant central. De nouveaux phares de travail à LED et un essuie-glace avec une zone de balayage accrue permettent aux opérateurs de travailler en toute confiance dans des conditions difficiles.

Le modèle Zaxis-7 améliore également l'expérience de l'opérateur dans la cabine, avec de faibles niveaux de bruit et moins de vibrations que la génération précédente. Il dispose également d'une ouverture de porte plus large de 15 cm et d'un intérieur agrandi, d'un espace accru pour les jambes pour un plus grand confort, ainsi que d'une console et de commutateurs ergonomiques.
Efficacité améliorée

Pour les propriétaires, le modèle Zaxis-7 offre également la possibilité d'augmenter les bénéfices et de réduire les coûts. Il consomme jusqu'à 11 % de carburant en moins que le modèle précédent. Le système hydraulique TRIAS III d'Hitachi, leader du secteur, garantit l'obtention d'un haut niveau de performance dans chaque application.

Avec sa gamme polyvalente de spécifications, la ZX225USLC-7 est conçue pour répondre aux divers besoins des chantiers. Offrant des options telles que des configurations de flèche mono et en deux parties, ainsi qu'un train de roulement long (LC) pour la stabilité et une conception à queue courte pour une maniabilité améliorée sur les chantiers confinés, cette machine garantit des performances optimales dans diverses applications.

La ZX225USLC-7 est dotée d'un rayon de pivotement ultra-court de 1 680 mm, le meilleur de sa catégorie, et d'une lame de bulldozer en option. Les différents accessoires sont rapidement modifiés grâce au système de support d'accessoires amélioré sur le moniteur.

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) will exhibit the ZX225USLC-7 medium excavator during Intermat in April. The Zaxis-7 model on stand 6H039 will be equipped with the Xwatch Leica Geosystems 3D Avoidance System, which is collaboratively fitted at the HCME factory in Amsterdam.

The pioneering safety solution is designed to further enhance safety and efficiency on site, providing additional protection for personnel, infrastructure, and the environment. “By offering solutions such as these to our customers, we can combine the unrivalled control, precision and reliability of Hitachi excavators with the accuracy of 3D technology – helping them to further improve safety and efficiency on site,” says Bill Drougkas, HCME Manager Product Management & Solution Linkage.
Increased safety

Owners and operators are at the heart of the design for the Hitachi ZX225USLC-7 medium excavator. To increase safety, it offers a superior view of the job site, helped by the exceptional 270-degree bird’s-eye view provided by the Aerial Angle camera system. Visibility is further improved to the front – due to lowering of the sash bar – and to the left because of the relocation of the central pillar. New LED work lights and a windscreen wiper with an increased sweeping area enable operators to work with confidence in difficult conditions.

The Zaxis-7 model also enhances the operator’s experience in the cab, with low noise levels and less vibration than the previous generation. It also features a 15cm wider door opening and an enlarged interior, increased legroom for greater comfort, and ergonomically designed console and switches.
Improved efficiency

For owners, the Zaxis-7 model also provides opportunities to increase profits and reduce costs. It delivers up to 11% less fuel consumption than the previous model. Hitachi’s industry-leading TRIAS III hydraulic system ensures that a high level of performance is achieved in every application.

With its versatile range of specifications, the ZX225USLC-7 is tailored to suit diverse job site needs. Offering options such as mono and two-piece boom configurations, along with the long (LC) undercarriage for stability and the short tail design for enhanced manoeuvrability in confined job sites, this machine ensures optimal performance across various applications.

The ZX225USLC-7 has a class-leading, ultra-short swing radius of 1,680mm, and an optional dozer blade. Different attachments are quickly changed using the enhanced attachment support system on the monitor.

Hitachi presenteert op Intermat baanbrekende veiligheidstechnologie op de Zaxis-7-graafmachine

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) zal tijdens Intermat in april de ZX225USLC-7 middelgrote graafmachine tentoonstellen. Het Zaxis-7-model op stand 6H039 zal worden uitgerust met het Xwatch Leica Geosystems 3D Vermijding Systeem, dat gezamenlijk wordt gemonteerd in de HCME-fabriek in Amsterdam.
