Début mars, IMER Group a franchi une nouvelle étape dans sa collaboration historique avec HVS Arbeitsbühnen en livrant une nouvelle nacelle araignée R23DA à l’entreprise allemande basée à Steinhagen.

Plus qu’une simple remise de machine, cette livraison symbolise plus de 25 années de partenariat et une vision commune tournée vers l’innovation, la performance et la digitalisation des services.

La remise officielle de la plateforme a été assurée par Bernhard Kahn, Sales & Business Development Manager, et Reinhard Sebulke, Service Manager pour la région DACH. Sur place, les équipes de HVS ont bénéficié d’une formation technique complète ainsi que d’une immersion dans l’écosystème numérique après-vente développé par IMER.

Pour le constructeur italien, l’objectif est clair : accompagner les clients bien au-delà de la simple livraison d’un équipement. Grâce au programme online aftersales, les utilisateurs disposent désormais d’un accès direct aux pièces détachées, aux informations techniques et aux services de maintenance, renforçant ainsi la réactivité et l’efficacité opérationnelle au quotidien.

Commandée dès novembre 2025 après plusieurs mois de réflexion stratégique, la R23DA s’est imposée comme une solution particulièrement pertinente pour HVS Arbeitsbühnen. In early March, IMER Group reached a new milestone in its long-standing collaboration with HVS Arbeitsbühnen by delivering a new R23DA spider lift to the German company based in Steinhagen.

More than just a machine handover, this delivery symbolizes over 25 years of partnership and a shared vision focused on innovation, performance, and the digitalization of services.

The official handover of the platform was carried out by Bernhard Kahn, Sales & Business Development Manager, and Reinhard Sebulke, Service Manager for the DACH region. On-site, the HVS teams received comprehensive technical training and an immersion in the digital after-sales ecosystem developed by IMER.

For the Italian manufacturer, the objective is clear: to support customers far beyond simply delivering equipment. Thanks to the online after-sales program, users now have direct access to spare parts, technical information, and maintenance services, thereby enhancing responsiveness and operational efficiency on a daily basis.

Ordered in November 2025 after several months of strategic planning, the R23DA emerged as a particularly relevant solution for HVS Arbeitsbühnen. Markus Sturhahn, the company's director, knew that the IMER range would gradually evolve towards the new technological standards of the Pro series in 2026. However, the R23DA retained a decisive advantage: it was a proven, reliable, and technically mature machine.

This combination of recognized robustness and the upcoming technological transition made the offer particularly attractive, especially thanks to the lightweight aluminum trailer solution offered by IMER.

With this new acquisition, HVS expands its rental fleet with a tracked aerial work platform capable of reaching a working height of up to 23 meters. But its real strength lies in its mobility: the entire platform and trailer assembly remains under the 3.5-tonne threshold, allowing for simplified and economical transport, even by the customers themselves.

A feature that opens up new perspectives in the rental market, where flexibility and logistical speed are becoming key criteria for users.

For Bernhard Kahn, this delivery also has a personal dimension. After more than two decades of collaboration with HVS Arbeitsbühnen, seeing the company invest in an IMER machine represents a strong signal of trust and continuity.

Beyond the machine itself, this meeting also allowed the two partners to discuss the evolution of service processes and digital solutions designed to transform the customer experience in the aerial work platform sector.
