HD Hyundai Infracore a dévoilé deux nouveaux moteurs diesel Euro 5 au salon Intermat 2024,
Le premier des nouveaux moteurs lancés est le DX05, un modèle quatre cylindres de 5,0 litres doté d'un turbo à deux étages ou WGT.
La variante à deux étages produit 171 kW entre 1 800 et 2 200 tr/min, avec un couple maximal de 955 Nm entre 900 et 1 400 tr/min. Equipé du WGT, max. la puissance est de 156 kW à 1 800 et 2 200 tr/min, tandis que le couple maximal est légèrement réduit à 830 Nm entre 1 400 et 1 800 tr/min.
Le moteur utilise un système d'injection directe utilisant des soupapes en tête alimentées via une configuration à rampe commune.
Le post-traitement des émissions est réalisé à l'aide d'une combinaison de catalyseur d'oxydation diesel (DOC), de filtre à particules diesel DPF) et de régénération catalytique sélective (SCR).
Les dimensions du moteur sont de 922 x 854 x 1 169 mm et le poids total (sans le matériel de post-traitement) est d'environ 460 kg.
Le DX05 a été rejoint sur le stand HD Hyundai Infracore à Intermat 2024 par le DX08.
Ce modèle six cylindres de 7,5 litres est également équipé d'un turbo à deux étages ou WGT. La puissance maximale de la variante à deux étages est de 254 kW entre 1 800 et 2 200 tr/min, avec un couple maximal de 1 460 Nm délivré entre 1 200 et 1 400 tr/min. Equipé du WGT, le moteur délivre 227 kW à 1 800 tr/min et 1 230 Nm entre 1 200 et 1 600 tr/min.
Le DX08 partage des systèmes d'injection de carburant et de post-traitement similaires à ceux du DX05 à quatre cylindres, mais il est, comme on pouvait s'y attendre, plus grand, avec des dimensions de 1 143 x 833 x 1 210 mm et un poids d'environ 650 kg (sans ATS).

HD Hyundai Infracore has unveiled two new Euro 5 diesel engines at the Intermat 2024 trade show,
The first of the new engine launches is the DX05, a 5.0-litre four-cylinder model which features either a twin-stage or WGT turbo.
The twin-stage variant produces 171 kW at between 1800 and 2200 rpm, with max torque of 955 Nm at between 900 and 1400 rpm. Fitted with the WGT, max. power is 156 kW at 1800 and 2200 rpm, while max torque is slightly reduced at 830 Nm at between 1400 and 1800 rpm.
The engine uses a direct injection system using overhead valves supplied via a common rail setup.
Emissions aftertreatment is completed using a combination of diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), diesel particulate filter DPF) and selective catalytic regeneration (SCR).
Engine dimensions are 922 x 854 x 1169 mm and total weight (without aftertreatment hardware) is about 460 kg.
The DX05 was joined on the HD Hyundai Infracore stand at Intermat 2024 by the DX08.

HD Hyundai Infracore heeft op de beurs Intermat 2024 twee nieuwe Euro 5-dieselmotoren onthuld.
De eerste nieuwe motor die wordt gelanceerd is de DX05, een 5,0-liter viercilindermodel met een tweetraps- of WGT-turbo.
De tweetrapsvariant produceert 171 kW tussen 1800 en 2200 tpm, met een maximumkoppel van 955 Nm tussen 900 en 1400 tpm. Uitgerust met de WGT, max. Het vermogen bedraagt 156 kW bij 1800 en 2200 tpm, terwijl het maximale koppel iets lager is bij 830 Nm tussen 1400 en 1800 tpm.
De motor maakt gebruik van een direct injectiesysteem met bovenliggende kleppen die worden gevoed via een common rail-opstelling.
