Afin d'assurer la durabilité de ses activités de transport longue distance, le groupe Hegelmann a passé une commande de 150 tracteurs routiers IVECO S-WAY LNG et 10 IVECO S-WAY CNG. Ces camions étendront sa flotte verte, qui exploite déjà 20 camions IVECO alimentés au GNL, permettant à l'entreprise de réaliser des réductions significatives des émissions de CO2 au cours des dernières années. Cette performance durable a conduit le Groupe Hegelmann à investir à nouveau dans la technologie avancée GNL/GNC du leader du marché européen. En fait, une opération pratiquement neutre en carbone sur un puits à la roue est déjà possible aujourd'hui avec l'IVECO S-WAY LNG/CNG lorsqu'il fonctionne au biométhane.

Une flotte de 150 tracteurs routiers IVECO S-WAY LNG et 10 S-WAY CNG
Les véhicules IVECO S-WAY LNG/CNG commandés sont des tracteurs 4x2 standard dotés d'une grande cabine Active Space avec une ligne de toit surélevée. Ils sont propulsés par un moteur au gaz naturel Cursor 13 de 460 ch conforme aux normes d'émission Euro VI Step E. Les camions GNL sont équipés de deux réservoirs GNL de 540 litres, installés de chaque côté du véhicule, fournissant une capacité totale d'au moins 390 kg de Bio-GNL liquide, pour une autonomie allant jusqu'à 1 600 kilomètres, selon le scénario de déploiement. Les camions CNG disposent de quatre réservoirs de gaz, chacun avec un volume de remplissage gravimétrique totalisant 160 kg, montés sur les côtés gauche et droit, permettant une autonomie allant jusqu'à 670 kilomètres. L'utilisation du biométhane permet non seulement au groupe Hegelmann de réduire considérablement ses émissions de dioxyde d'azote et de suie, mais également ses émissions de CO2 jusqu'à 95 % par rapport à un camion diesel - et peut même atteindre une empreinte carbone négative lorsque le biométhane est généré à partir de déchets d'animaux. Outre la faible consommation, le groupe Hegelmann a été impressionné par la réduction du bruit du moteur au gaz naturel des véhicules IVECO S-WAY LNG/CNG. Le moteur au gaz naturel est jusqu'à 50 % plus silencieux que les unités diesel comparables, ce qui le rend idéal pour une utilisation dans les zones à circulation limitée et pour les livraisons nocturnes. Un autre avantage est que ces véhicules IVECO à essence peuvent également fonctionner dans des "zones écologiques" - par exemple, ils ne sont pas soumis à l'interdiction de circuler la nuit pour les camions sur l'autoroute de la vallée de l'Inn (A12).

À la demande du groupe Hegelmann, les nouveaux tracteurs routiers IVECO S-WAY LNG sont équipés d'une variété d'options personnalisées visant à simplifier la vie quotidienne des conducteurs. L'isolation du toit de la cabine, un système de climatisation entièrement automatique et un système de chauffage auxiliaire, les sièges conducteur de luxe avec support lombaire et une fonction de chauffage à trois niveaux offrent un environnement agréable à l'intérieur de la cabine. With a view to achieving sustainability in its long-distance haulage operations, the Hegelmann Group has placed an order for 150 IVECO S-WAY LNG and 10 IVECO S-WAY CNG tractor units. These trucks will extend its green fleet, which already operates 20 LNG-powered IVECO trucks enabling the company to achieve significant reductions in CO2 emissions over the last few years. This sustainable performance has led the Hegelmann Group to invest again in the advanced LNG/CNG technology of the European market leader. In fact, a virtually carbon-neutral operation on a well-to-wheel is already possible today with the IVECO S-WAY LNG/CNG when running on Biomethane.

A fleet of 150 IVECO S-WAY LNG and 10 S-WAY CNG tractor units
The IVECO S-WAY LNG/CNG vehicles on order are 4x2 standard tractor units featuring an ample Active Space cab with a high roof line. They are powered by a 460 hp Cursor 13 natural gas engine that complies with the Euro VI Step E emission standards. The LNG trucks come with two 540-litre LNG tanks, fitted on each side of the vehicle, providing a total capacity of at least 390 kg of liquid Bio-LNG, for a range of up to 1,600 kilometres, depending on the deployment scenario. The CNG trucks feature four gas tanks, each with a gravimetric filling volume totalling 160 kg, fitted on the left and right sides, enabling a range of up to 670 kilometres. Using Biomethane, this not only allows the Hegelmann Group to significantly reduce its nitrogen dioxide and soot emissions, but also its CO2 emissions by up to 95 percent compared with a diesel truck – and can even achieve a negative carbon footprint when the biomethane is generated from animal waste. In addition to the low consumption, the Hegelmann Group was impressed by the reduced noise of the natural gas engine on the IVECO S-WAY LNG/CNG vehicles. The natural gas engine is up to 50 percent quieter than comparable diesel units, which makes it ideal for use in restricted-traffic zones and for nighttime deliveries. Another advantage is that these gas-powered IVECO vehicles can also operate in "eco zones" - for example, they are not subject to the nighttime driving ban for trucks on the Inn Valley Motorway (A12).

As requested by the Hegelmann Group, the new IVECO S-WAY LNG tractor units are equipped with a variety of custom options aimed at simplifying the day-to-day life of drivers. Cab roof insulation, a fully automatic air conditioning system and an auxiliary heating system, the luxury driver's seats with lumbar support and a three-level heating function provide a pleasant environment inside the cab. A premium refrigerator with freezer compartment, including a thermally insulated storage box, as well as two additional USB ports and a 230V power socket make the interior even more functional. A sunblind on the side windows, DAB+ radio, large luggage compartments, and a wide, comfortable one-piece bed contribute to excellent comfort in the cab. The custom equipment also includes a tyre pressure monitoring system, an axle load display, LED headlights and much more.

Met het oog op het bereiken van duurzaamheid in haar langeafstandstransport, heeft de Hegelmann Group een bestelling geplaatst voor 150 IVECO S-WAY LNG en 10 IVECO S-WAY CNG-trekkers. Deze vrachtwagens zullen zijn groene vloot uitbreiden, die al 20 LNG-aangedreven IVECO-trucks in gebruik heeft, waardoor het bedrijf de afgelopen jaren een aanzienlijke vermindering van de CO2-uitstoot heeft kunnen realiseren. Deze duurzame prestatie heeft de Hegelmann Group ertoe gebracht opnieuw te investeren in de geavanceerde LNG/CNG-technologie van de Europese marktleider. Naast het lage verbruik was de Hegelmann Group onder de indruk van het verminderde geluid van de aardgasmotor op de IVECO S-WAY LNG/CNG-voertuigen. De aardgasmotor is tot 50 procent stiller dan vergelijkbare dieselmotoren, wat hem ideaal maakt voor gebruik in verkeersluwe zones en voor nachtelijke leveringen. Een ander voordeel is dat deze IVECO-voertuigen op gas ook in "ecozones" kunnen rijden - ze vallen bijvoorbeeld niet onder het nachtelijke rijverbod voor vrachtwagens op de Inn Valley-snelweg (A12).

Hegelmann Group aangepaste apparatuur
Zoals gevraagd door de Hegelmann Group, zijn de nieuwe IVECO S-WAY LNG-trekkers uitgerust met een verscheidenheid aan aangepaste opties om het dagelijkse leven van chauffeurs te vereenvoudigen. Isolatie van het cabinedak, een volautomatische airconditioning en een extra verwarming, de luxe bestuurdersstoelen met lendensteun en een verwarmingsfunctie op drie niveaus zorgen voor een aangenaam klimaat in de cabine. Een premium koelkast met vriesvak, inclusief een thermisch geïsoleerde opbergdoos, evenals twee extra USB-poorten en een 230V-stopcontact maken het interieur nog functioneler. Een zonnescherm op de zijruiten, DAB+-radio, grote bagageruimtes en een breed, comfortabel bed uit één stuk dragen bij aan uitstekend comfort in de cabine. De aangepaste uitrusting omvat ook een bandenspanningscontrolesysteem, een aslastweergave, LED-koplampen en nog veel meer.
