JCB a lancé une nouvelle boutique en ligne qui, selon elle, transformera la façon dont les clients britanniques et irlandais achètent des équipements de construction.
Le nouveau JCB Store permet aux utilisateurs de voir tous les équipements mis à leur disposition par leur concessionnaire local, avec les spécifications exactes de chaque machine et les prix d'achat mensuels et complets du concessionnaire.
Les modèles d'équipement proposés sur le site comprennent les gammes complètes de mini-pelles, de tombereaux de chantier et de rouleaux tandem vibrants du fabricant. Parallèlement, les gammes Access de JCB et certains de ses modèles d'équipements légers sont également disponibles.
Steve Smith, directeur des ventes de JCB Royaume-Uni et Irlande, a déclaré : « La commande en ligne d'équipements JCB s'est avérée extrêmement populaire. Le magasin JCB marque une évolution significative du concept avec plus de machines, plus d'options et plus d'informations disponibles.

Selon JCB, la boutique en ligne propose quatre fois plus de machines que sa boutique en ligne d'origine, qui a ouvert ses portes avec une gamme limitée d'équipements compacts en mai 2020.
Alors que la plateforme précédente avait été créée pour répondre aux besoins des entreprises pendant la pandémie, la nouvelle plateforme a été conçue pour donner aux clients plus d'informations et une plus grande flexibilité lors de l'achat d'équipement, avec des options de vente et de location offertes.
"Il capitalise sur le support et l'expertise de notre réseau de concessionnaires inégalé et donne aux clients toutes les informations dont ils ont besoin sur une plate-forme centralisée", a déclaré Smith.

JCB has launched a new online store, which it says will transform the way customers in the UK and Ireland buy construction equipment.
The new JCB Store enables users to see all of the equipment available to them from their local dealer, with each machine's exact specifications and the dealer's monthly and full purchase prices.
Equipment models on offer through the site include the manufacturer's full mini excavator, site dumper and vibratory tandem roller product lines. Alongside these, JCB's Access ranges and some of its light equipment models are also available.
Steve Smith, JCB UK and Ireland Sales Director, said, “Online ordering of JCB equipment has proved to be extremely popular. The JCB Store marks a significant evolution of the concept with more machines, more options, and more insight available.
“We have invested heavily in creating a high-quality platform tailored to the needs of an evolving market and a new generation of customers.”
According to JCB, the online store offers four times the number of machines than its original online shop, which opened with a limited range of compact equipment in May of 2020.
While the previous platform was created to meet the needs of businesses during the pandemic, the new platform was designed to give customers more information and greater flexibility when buying equipment, with both sale and leasing options offered.
“It capitalizes on the support and expertise of our unrivaled dealer network and gives customers all the information they need in one centralized platform,” said Smith.
“It will transform the way our customers order JCB machines and makes access to our range of equipment simpler than ever.”

JCB heeft een nieuwe online winkel gelanceerd, die naar eigen zeggen de manier zal veranderen waarop klanten in het VK en Ierland bouwmachines kopen.
In de nieuwe JCB Store kunnen gebruikers alle apparatuur zien die voor hen beschikbaar is bij hun lokale dealer, met de exacte specificaties van elke machine en de maandelijkse en volledige aankoopprijzen van de dealer.
Uitrustingsmodellen die via de site worden aangeboden, omvatten de volledige minigraafmachine, dumper en triltandemwals van de fabrikant. Daarnaast zijn JCB's Access-reeksen en enkele van zijn modellen voor lichte apparatuur ook beschikbaar.

Terwijl het vorige platform werd gecreëerd om te voldoen aan de behoeften van bedrijven tijdens de pandemie, werd het nieuwe platform ontworpen om klanten meer informatie en meer flexibiliteit te bieden bij het kopen van apparatuur, met zowel verkoop- als lease-opties.
