JCB est sur le point de présenter sa technologie de combustion d'hydrogène super efficace sur la scène internationale pour la toute première fois avec un lancement en Amérique du Nord.
Les enveloppes sortiront du tout nouveau moteur à combustion à hydrogène de JCB - la solution zéro émission de carbone de l'entreprise pour les équipements de construction et agricoles - au salon Conexpo 2023 à Las Vegas dans le cadre de l'International Fluid Power Exposition (IFPE).
Le président de JCB, Lord Bamford, dirige le projet de développement de la technologie de l'hydrogène de JCB. Il a déclaré : « L'équipe d'ingénieurs JCB a fait d'énormes progrès en peu de temps pour développer un moteur à combustion interne à hydrogène et il alimente déjà un prototype de chargeuse-pelleteuse JCB et un chargeur télescopique Loadall. JCB a développé la première mini-pelle électrique à batterie au monde et a été à la pointe du développement de la technologie électrique pour répondre aux demandes des clients en matière de produits zéro carbone avec sa gamme E-TECH. Aujourd'hui, JCB possède la plus grande gamme électrique disponible dans l'industrie de la construction et l'expertise de l'entreprise dans ce secteur sera également présentée au salon.
L'engagement de JCB à réduire les émissions remonte à près de 25 ans et ses derniers moteurs diesel ont déjà permis une réduction de 97 % des émissions de NOx depuis 1999 et une réduction de 98 % des particules. Aujourd'hui, les machines à moteur diesel de JCB émettent également 50 % de CO2 en moins par rapport à celles fabriquées en 2010. La technologie de moteur diesel propre de JCB sera également présentée sur le stand à Las Vegas.

JCB’s hydrogen technology set for international debut

JCB is set to showcase its super-efficient hydrogen combustion technology on the international stage for the first time ever with a debut in North America.
The wraps will come off JCB’s brand new hydrogen combustion engine - the company’s zero-carbon emissions solution for construction and agricultural equipment - at the Conexpo 2023 show in Las Vegas as part of the International Fluid Power Exposition (IFPE).
JCB Chairman Lord Bamford is leading the project to develop JCB’s hydrogen technology. He said: “The JCB engineering team has made enormous strides in a short space of time to develop a hydrogen internal combustion engine and it already powers a JCB prototype backhoe loader and a Loadall telescopic hander. As the first construction equipment company to develop a fully working combustion engine fuelled by hydrogen, I’m delighted we are now able to present this technology on the international stage.”
Leading the way in environmental, social and governance (ESG) for the construction equipment sector, JCB has been responsible for a series of industry innovations on its ‘Road to Zero’.
JCB developed the world’s first battery-electric mini excavator and has been at the forefront of electric technology development to meet customers’ demands for zero-carbon products with its E-TECH range. Today JCB has the largest electric line-up available in the construction industry and the company’s expertise in this sector will also be on show at the exhibition.
JCB’s commitment to reducing emissions goes back almost 25 years and its latest diesel engines have already delivered a 97% reduction in NOx emissions since 1999 and a 98% reduction in particulates. Today JCB’s diesel-powered machines also emit 50% less CO2 compared with those manufactured in 2010. JCB’s clean diesel engine technology will also be showcased on the stand in Las Vegas.

JCB zal zijn superefficiënte waterstofverbrandingstechnologie voor het eerst op het internationale toneel presenteren met een debuut in Noord-Amerika.
De wikkels zullen van de gloednieuwe waterstofverbrandingsmotor van JCB komen - de koolstofvrije oplossing van het bedrijf voor bouw- en landbouwmachines - op de Conexpo 2023-show in Las Vegas als onderdeel van de International Fluid Power Exposition (IFPE).
JCB-voorzitter Lord Bamford leidt het project om de waterstoftechnologie van JCB te ontwikkelen. Hij zei: “Het engineeringteam van JCB heeft in korte tijd enorme vooruitgang geboekt bij de ontwikkeling van een interne verbrandingsmotor op waterstof en deze drijft al een JCB-prototype graaflaadmachine en een verreiker aan. JCB ontwikkelde 's werelds eerste batterij-elektrische minigraafmachine en loopt voorop in de ontwikkeling van elektrische technologie om met zijn E-TECH-assortiment te voldoen aan de vraag van klanten naar koolstofvrije producten. Op dit moment heeft JCB het grootste elektrische assortiment beschikbaar in de bouwsector en de expertise van het bedrijf in deze sector zal ook te zien zijn op de tentoonstelling.
JCB's toewijding aan het verminderen van emissies gaat al bijna 25 jaar terug en de nieuwste dieselmotoren hebben sinds 1999 al een vermindering van 97% van de NOx-emissies en een vermindering van 98% van de deeltjes veroorzaakt.
