Lorsque de l'air comprimé frais et sans condensat est requis, un refroidisseur d'admission d'air comprimé en option est disponible. Installé sur un châssis de support, il comporte trois lignes de connexion fixes pour l'air comprimé, le retour des condensats et l'électricité nécessaire (12 V, fournie par le compresseur) pour alimenter le ventilateur du refroidisseur final. Plutôt que d'être évacués, les condensats accumulés lors du refroidissement sont retenus à l'intérieur de l'unité, où ils sont évaporés par les gaz d'échappement chauds du moteur. Le bac de sol fermé de série empêche la contamination accidentelle du sol.
De plus, le M20 est équipé en standard d'Anti-Frost Control, qui apporte des avantages importants lors d'un fonctionnement à des températures relativement basses : les outils à air comprimé connectés bénéficient de la meilleure protection possible contre le gel et la corrosion, améliorant ainsi leur fiabilité et leur durée de vie.

Breaking and demolishing operations, powering impact moles or low-pressure blasters, and much, much more – the potential applications for the M20 portable compressor are many and varied. What’s more, when the optional support frame with aftercooler is added, providing a supply of cool, condensate-free compressed air, the possibilities become virtually endless.
The M20 is proof that powerful does not have to mean large and heavy. With a delivery volume of 2 m³/min at 7 bar, it boasts sufficient power reserves to operate two 18-kilogram breakers, yet weighs in itself at just 460 kg. This it achieves thanks to its sophisticated design, its energy-saving rotary screw airend with the flow-optimised “Sigma Profile”, a loss-saving 1:1 direct drive and, last but by no means least, a water-cooled Kubota three-cylinder diesel engine, which meets the stringent emissions standards of EU Stage V without need of a diesel particulate filter and AdBlue additive.
When cool, condensate-free compressed air is required, an optional compressed air aftercooler is available. Installed on a support frame, it features three fixed connection lines for compressed air, condensate return and the necessary electricity (12 V, supplied by the compressor) to power the aftercooler fan. Rather than being discharged, the condensate accumulated during cooling is retained inside the unit, where it is evaporated by the hot exhaust gases from the engine. The standard-equipped closed floor pan prevents accidental ground contamination.
Furthermore, the M20 is equipped as standard with Anti-Frost Control, which brings important advantages when operating in relatively low temperatures: connected compressed air tools benefit from best possible protection against freezing and corrosion damage, thereby enhancing their dependability and service life.

Manufacturing quality, ease of maintenance and user-friendliness are all exceptional: premium-quality zinc pre-treatment and powder coating of all metal body panels provide long-lasting corrosion protection, whilst all maintenance-relevant components are easily accessible. Operation by means of a single switch is child’s play; what’s more, it is explained clearly by easy-to-read pictograms provided on the enclosure, beneath the instrument panel.

Sloop- en sloopwerkzaamheden, het aandrijven van slagmolens of lagedrukstraalmachines, en nog veel, veel meer - de potentiële toepassingen voor de draagbare M20-compressor zijn talrijk en gevarieerd. Wanneer het optionele draagframe met nakoeler wordt toegevoegd, dat zorgt voor een toevoer van koele, condensvrije perslucht, worden de mogelijkheden bovendien vrijwel eindeloos.
De M20 is het bewijs dat krachtig niet groot en zwaar hoeft te betekenen. Wanneer koele, condensaatvrije perslucht vereist is, is een optionele persluchtnakoeler verkrijgbaar. Geïnstalleerd op een draagframe, beschikt hij over drie vaste aansluitleidingen voor perslucht, condensaatretour en de nodige elektriciteit (12 V, geleverd door de compressor) om de ventilator van de nakoeler aan te drijven. In plaats van te worden afgevoerd, wordt het condensaat dat zich tijdens het koelen heeft verzameld, vastgehouden in de unit, waar het wordt verdampt door de hete uitlaatgassen van de motor. De standaard uitgeruste gesloten bodemplaat voorkomt onbedoelde bodemverontreiniging.
Bovendien is de M20 standaard uitgerust met Anti-Frost Control, wat belangrijke voordelen biedt bij gebruik bij relatief lage temperaturen: aangesloten persluchtgereedschappen profiteren van de best mogelijke bescherming tegen bevriezing en corrosieschade, waardoor hun betrouwbaarheid en levensduur toenemen.

Fabricagekwaliteit, onderhoudsgemak en gebruiksvriendelijkheid zijn allemaal uitzonderlijk: hoogwaardige zinkvoorbehandeling en poedercoating van alle metalen carrosseriepanelen zorgen voor langdurige corrosiebescherming, terwijl alle onderhoudsrelevante componenten gemakkelijk toegankelijk zijn. Bediening door middel van een enkele schakelaar is kinderspel; bovendien wordt het duidelijk uitgelegd door gemakkelijk leesbare pictogrammen op de behuizing, onder het instrumentenpaneel.
