Le nouveau KITO LB-SL avec "Safety Lock" a une capacité de charge allant jusqu'à 9 000 kg. Grâce à son boîtier robuste en tôle d'acier et à sa chaîne de levage nickelée avec changement de roue libre par chaîne, il est fiable et durable, même dans des conditions difficiles. En même temps, le palan à levier est universellement applicable : il est léger, facile à manipuler et peut effectuer un espace précisément illimité. Dans la construction de lignes aériennes, par exemple, les câbles peuvent être tendus et soulevés, ou les composants métalliques peuvent être serrés et fixés.
En plus du système de freinage mécanique robuste du LB standard, le KITO LB-SL offre une double sécurité grâce à son module de verrouillage de sécurité supplémentaire. Le "Safety Lock" est activé automatiquement et garantit que le palan peut maintenir la charge de manière stable dans tous les cas.

The KITO LB series features high performing lever hoists, which are particularly suitable for heavy traction, lifting and tensioning applications under rough conditions. They are used in overhead line engineering and other industries where safety is a top priority. That’s why KITO is now doubling the safety level for LB lever hoists: The new KITO LB-SL lever hoist includes "Safety-Lock" for flawless use.
The new KITO LB-SL with "Safety Lock" has a load capacity of up to 9,000 kg. Thanks to its robust sheetsteel housing and the nickel-plated load chain with chain freewheel shifting, it is reliable and durable, evenunder harsh conditions. At the same time, the lever hoist is universally applicable: It is light, easy to handle, and can perform precisely unlimited space. In overhead line construction, for example, cables canbe tensioned andlifted, or metal components can be clamped and secured.
In addition to the robust mechanical brake system of the standard LB, the KITO LB-SL offers double-safety due to its additional Safety Locking Module. The "Safety Lock" is activated automatically and guarantees that the hoist can hold the load stably in any event.
The KITO LB-SL can now be ordered from KITO premium partners. The good news for all companies already working with the KITO LB lever hoist: If you are interested in the new LB-SL lever hoist, you do not have to swap your stock.You can simply modify existing LB lever hoists with the KITO SL Modification Kit and thus also gain double safety.

KITO LB-SL hefboomtakel met “Safety-Lock”
Betrouwbaar door extra veiligheid
De KITO LB-serie beschikt over hoogwaardige hefboomtakels, die bijzonder geschikt zijn voor zware trek-, hef- en spantoepassingen onder zware omstandigheden. Ze worden gebruikt in de techniek van bovenleidingen en andere industrieën waar veiligheid een topprioriteit is. Daarom verdubbelt KITO nu het veiligheidsniveau voor LB-hefboomtakels: De nieuwe KITO LB-SL-hefboomtakels bevat "Safety-Lock" voor een probleemloos gebruik.
De nieuwe KITO LB-SL met "Safety Lock" heeft een draagvermogen tot 9.000 kg. Dankzij de robuuste plaatstalen behuizing en de vernikkelde lastketting met kettingvrijloopschakeling is hij betrouwbaar en duurzaam, ook onder zware omstandigheden. Tegelijkertijd is de hefboomtakel universeel toepasbaar: hij is licht, gemakkelijk te hanteren en kan precies onbeperkte ruimte innemen. In de bovenleidingconstructie kunnen bijvoorbeeld kabels worden gespannen en opgetild of metalen onderdelen worden geklemd en vastgezet.
Naast het robuuste mechanische remsysteem van de standaard LB, biedt de KITO LB-SL dubbele veiligheid dankzij de extra Safety Locking Module. De "Safety Lock" wordt automatisch geactiveerd en garandeert dat de takel de last in ieder geval stabiel kan vasthouden.

Het goede nieuws voor alle bedrijven die al met de KITO LB-hendeltakel werken: als u geïnteresseerd bent in de nieuwe LB-SL-hendeltakel, hoeft u uw voorraad niet te ruilen.
