Komatsu franchit une nouvelle étape dans l’intégration technologique en annonçant un partenariat stratégique avec Rototilt. Désormais, les pelles hydrauliques de la marque japonaise sortiront d’usine prêtes à accueillir, en configuration Plug & Play, les tiltrotateurs Rototilt. Ce dispositif sera inauguré sur le tout nouveau modèle PC220LC/LCi-12.

Fruit d’une étroite collaboration entre les équipes d’ingénierie de Komatsu et de Rototilt, ce système a été conçu pour offrir une installation simplifiée, nécessitant un minimum de connexions. Les commandes programmables intègrent directement les fonctions du tiltrotateur, garantissant une prise en main fluide et intuitive dès la première utilisation.

Pour Stefan Bergström, vice-président marketing et ventes chez Rototilt, cette solution d’usine témoigne d’une évolution majeure du marché :

« Les techniciens de Komatsu font preuve d’une expertise exceptionnelle. Grâce à une coopération étroite, nous avons pu développer une solution Plug & Play intégrée et parfaitement maîtrisée. Le système peut être personnalisé selon les besoins et préférences de chaque entrepreneur, notamment avec le coupleur hydraulique QuickChange. »

Le modèle PC220LC/LCi-12 ne se contente pas de cette innovation. Il embarque également le système Komatsu Intelligent Machine Control 3.0, une technologie avancée qui maintient automatiquement la position de l’outil grâce à la fonction posture hold control. Résultat : des opérations de terrassement et de nivellement plus rapides, plus précises et moins fatigantes pour l’opérateur.

Disponible à partir de septembre 2025 auprès des concessionnaires européens de Komatsu, cette nouvelle option Plug & Play incarne une vision partagée : celle d’un chantier plus intelligent, plus fluide et plus efficace.

Komatsu is taking a new step in technological integration by announcing a strategic partnership with Rototilt. From now on, the Japanese brand's hydraulic excavators will leave the factory ready to accommodate Rototilt tiltrotators in a Plug & Play configuration. This system will be introduced on the all-new PC220LC/LCi-12 model.

The result of close collaboration between Komatsu and Rototilt's engineering teams, this system was designed to offer simplified installation, requiring minimal connections. The programmable controls directly integrate the tiltrotator's functions, ensuring smooth and intuitive handling from the very first use.

For Stefan Bergström, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Rototilt, this factory solution reflects a major market development:
