Les PW168 et PW198 élargissent la gamme des pelles sur pneus à queue courte à succès dans la catégorie de poids opérationnel de 16 à 20 t.

Avec les pelles sur pneus PW168-11 et PW198-11, Komatsu élargit sa gamme de produits de modèles à queue courte, arrondissant les poids opérationnels de ces machines populaires à 20 tonnes.

Les nouvelles machines sont compactes et faciles à transporter, puissantes, confortables, polyvalentes, fiables et durables, conformément aux demandes les plus fréquemment exprimées par les clients qui ont conduit à leur développement. Les deux machines nouvellement développées, précisément adaptées à ces demandes, sont désormais mises en service.

Vous pouvez transporter rapidement vos nouvelles pelles sur pneus Komatsu jusqu'au prochain chantier de construction sans avoir besoin d'une remorque surbaissée spéciale et travailler avec elles dans un espace étroit et limité. Avec une faible hauteur de transport de seulement 3,1 m, le transport sur des remorques surbaissées standard avec une hauteur de chargement allant jusqu'à 4 m est possible. Le porte-à-faux arrière court de 1,85 m (PW168-11) ou 1,9 m (PW198-11) est idéal pour les chantiers de construction étroits.

Équipées de moteurs diesel Komatsu 4 cylindres (110 kW ou 129 kW), les nouvelles pelles sur pneus à queue courte creusent, soulèvent et arrachent presque tout sur votre chantier. Ces moteurs répondent aux normes d'émissions européennes Stage V actuelles et sont fournis en usine avec du carburant diesel HVO respectueux de l'environnement en standard. Les performances de conduite active des nouveaux modèles sont également impressionnantes. Grâce à un centre de gravité bas, les machines se sentent stables sur n'importe quelle route. The PW168 and PW198 expand the range of the successful short-tail wheeled excavators in the 16-20t operating weight class.

With the PW168-11 and PW198-11 wheeled excavators Komatsu expands its product range of short-tail models, rounding up the operating weights of these popular machines up to 20 tonnes.

The new machines are compact and easy to transport, powerful, comfortable, versatile, reliable and durable, as per the most frequently expressed customer requests, which led to their development. Precisely tailored to these requests, the two newly developed machines are now rolling out into operation.

You can quickly transport your new Komatsu wheel excavators to the next construction site without needing a special low-bed trailer, and work with them in narrow, limited space. With a low transportation height of just 3.1m, transport on standard low-bed trailers with a loading height of up to 4m is possible. The short rear overhang of 1.85m (PW168-11) or 1.9m (PW198-11) is ideal for narrow construction sites.

Equipped with 4-cylinder Komatsu diesel engines (110kW or 129kW), the new short-tail wheeled excavators dig, lift and pull away almost anything on your job site. These engines meet the current EU Stage V emissions standards and are factory supplied with environmentally friendly HVO Diesel fuel as standard. The unique machine design with an optimized boom and rear engine enables enormous lifting performance to move heavy loads easily.

The active driving performance of the new models is also impressive. Thanks to a low center of gravity, the machines feel stable on any road. The new premium seat with multi-stage ventilation and seat heating is particularly comfortable. All-important functions can be operated via the joysticks, and the excellent all-round visibility is supported by four cameras with a bird's eye view as standard.
Versatile and flexible

As a key machine, the mobile excavator is increasingly being used with a tiltrotator and 3D guidance system. The new models are open to any kind of system and are prepared for use with a tiltrotator as well as for 3D guidance systems. With useful extras such as joystick steering, tool control management or trailer coupling, the PW168 and PW198 can be optimally prepared for tough construction sites.

The new Komatsu diesel particle filters, which are replaced only after 8,000 hours, enable long, uninterrupted work. Exhaust gas treatment is carried out fully automatically, without disrupting the workflow. Stable and robustly built, all maintenance points are centralized and easily accessible from ground level behind steel flaps. All important functions are displayed as standard via the machine monitor and the Komtrax fleet management system.

De PW168 en PW198 breiden het assortiment uit van de succesvolle kortstaartwielgraafmachines in de bedrijfsgewichtsklasse van 16-20 ton.

Met de PW168-11 en PW198-11 mobiele graafmachines breidt Komatsu zijn productassortiment van korte staartmodellen uit, waarbij het bedrijfsgewicht van deze populaire machines wordt afgerond tot 20 ton.

De nieuwe machines zijn compact en gemakkelijk te transporteren, krachtig, comfortabel, veelzijdig, betrouwbaar en duurzaam, conform de meest geuite klantverzoeken, die tot hun ontwikkeling hebben geleid. Precies afgestemd op deze wensen worden de twee nieuw ontwikkelde machines nu in gebruik genomen.

U kunt uw nieuwe Komatsu mobiele graafmachines snel naar de volgende bouwplaats vervoeren zonder dat u een speciale dieplader nodig heeft, en ermee werken in een smalle, beperkte ruimte. Het unieke machineontwerp met een geoptimaliseerde giek en achtermotor maakt enorme hefprestaties mogelijk om zware lasten gemakkelijk te verplaatsen.

Ook de actieve rijprestaties van de nieuwe modellen zijn indrukwekkend. Dankzij een laag zwaartepunt voelen de machines zich stabiel op elke weg. Bijzonder comfortabel is de nieuwe premium stoel met meertrapsventilatie en stoelverwarming. Alle belangrijke functies kunnen via de joysticks worden bediend en het uitstekende zicht rondom wordt standaard ondersteund door vier camera's met vogelperspectief.
Veelzijdig en flexibel

Als sleutelmachine wordt de mobiele graafmachine steeds vaker gebruikt met een tiltrotator en 3D-geleidingssysteem. De nieuwe modellen staan open voor elk soort systeem en zijn zowel geschikt voor gebruik met een tiltrotator als voor 3D-geleidingssystemen. Met handige extra's zoals joystickbesturing, gereedschapscontrolebeheer of aanhangerkoppeling kunnen de PW168 en PW198 optimaal worden voorbereid op zware bouwplaatsen.

De nieuwe dieselroetfilters van Komatsu, die pas na 8.000 uur worden vervangen, maken langdurig en ononderbroken werk mogelijk. De uitlaatgasbehandeling wordt volledig automatisch uitgevoerd, zonder de workflow te verstoren. Stabiel en robuust gebouwd, alle onderhoudspunten zijn gecentraliseerd en gemakkelijk toegankelijk vanaf het maaiveld achter stalen kleppen. Alle belangrijke functies worden standaard weergegeven via de machinemonitor en het Komtrax fleetmanagementsysteem.
