Le groupe FHP a commandé une grue portuaire mobile Konecranes Gottwald de génération 6 éco-efficace pour son terminal multiservices dans le port de Marghera près de Venise, dans le nord de l'Italie. La grue améliorera leurs opérations de manutention en vrac en augmentant l'efficacité tout en réduisant les émissions de gaz d'échappement locales. La commande a été enregistrée en avril 2022 et la grue sera livrée et mise en service en novembre.
Le groupe FHP Holding Portuale gère des plateformes logistiques à Carrare, Livourne, Monfalcone et Venise, créant un lien stratégique entre l'Adriatique et la Tyrrhénienne pour soutenir la compétitivité de l'industrie italienne. FHP gère le Multi Service Terminal (MST) à Venise, qui fournit une large gamme de services de manutention portuaire, y compris la manutention de marchandises en vrac. La nouvelle grue fournira une capacité supplémentaire pour les opérations de manutention de marchandises en vrac de MST.

La nouvelle grue est une grue portuaire mobile Konecranes Gottwald ESP.7B, avec un rayon de travail de 51 m et une capacité de 125 t. La grue est équipée pour une alimentation électrique externe, pour des émissions de gaz d'échappement locales nulles et un bruit réduit lorsqu'elle est utilisée via le réseau du port. Pour un fonctionnement débranché, la grue utilise un groupe électrogène diesel embarqué conforme aux normes d'émission EU Stage V. Spécialement adapté à la manutention en vrac, il présente de fortes courbes de capacité de levage pour de meilleures performances. Il dispose également de logiciels intelligents et de services numériques conformes au plan national italien pour l'industrie 4.0, une stratégie d'État qui encourage l'innovation industrielle.

The FHP Group has ordered an eco-efficient Generation 6 Konecranes Gottwald Mobile Harbor Crane for their Multi Service Terminal in the Marghera Port near Venice, in northern Italy. The crane will upgrade their bulk handling operations by increasing efficiency while reducing local exhaust emissions. The order was booked in April 2022 and the crane will be delivered and commissioned in November.
The FHP Holding Portuale Group manages logistic platforms in Carrara, Livorno, Monfalcone and Venice, creating a strategic link between the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian to support the competitiveness of the Italian industry. FHP manages the Multi Service Terminal (MST) in Venice, which provides a wide range of port handling services including bulk cargo handling. The new crane will provide added capacity for MST’s bulk cargo handling operations.
“We already operate older Konecranes Gottwald Mobile Harbor Cranes at Marghera and other FHP terminals, and they’ve always performed above our expectations. The new crane is a Konecranes Gottwald ESP.7B Mobile Harbor Crane, with a working radius of 51 m and a capacity of 125 t. The crane is equipped for an external power supply, for zero local exhaust emissions and reduced noise when operated via the harbor mains. For unplugged operation, the crane uses an onboard diesel generator set that complies with EU Stage V emission standards. Specially adapted for bulk handling, it features strong lifting capacity curves for improved performance. It also has smart software and digital services in line with Italy’s National Industry 4.0 Plan, a state strategy that encourages industrial innovation.

De FHP Group heeft een eco-efficiënte Generation 6 Konecranes Gottwald mobiele havenkraan besteld voor hun Multi Service Terminal in de haven van Marghera bij Venetië, in Noord-Italië. De kraan zal hun bulkverwerkingsactiviteiten verbeteren door de efficiëntie te verhogen en de lokale uitlaatemissies te verminderen. Voor gebruik zonder stekker maakt de kraan gebruik van een ingebouwde dieselgeneratorset die voldoet aan de EU Stage V-emissienormen. Het is speciaal aangepast voor bulkverwerking en heeft sterke hefcapaciteitscurven voor betere prestaties. Het heeft ook slimme software en digitale diensten in overeenstemming met het Italiaanse Nationale Industrie 4.0 Plan, een staatsstrategie die industriële innovatie aanmoedigt.
