Avec sa toute nouvelle génération d’éclairages LED, Krone ouvre un chapitre inédit dans l’univers du transport moderne. Plus qu’une évolution technique, c’est une véritable transformation qui conjugue sécurité, efficacité et élégance.

Au cœur de cette innovation : un nouveau feu rond Full LED signé Krone. Dans un design épuré et résolument contemporain, les fonctions essentielles — feu arrière, feu stop et clignotant — sont désormais réunies au sein d’une seule chambre lumineuse. Une conception intelligente qui améliore la fiabilité tout en affirmant une identité visuelle forte. Les feux de recul et les catadioptres triangulaires complètent l’ensemble, tandis que le feu antibrouillard arrière trouve discrètement sa place dans le module de plaque d’immatriculation.

Pensé pour durer, le nouveau feu bénéficie d’une électronique embarquée qui supprime la nécessité de ballasts ou de boîtiers supplémentaires. Sa lentille diffuse une lumière homogène et révèle subtilement le logo Krone. Grâce à une gestion thermique optimisée, il dégivre aussi rapidement que les anciennes versions à filament. Son boîtier, collé et vissé de manière invisible, associé à une connexion DIN 7 broches à baïonnette, garantit une étanchéité exceptionnelle certifiée IP6K9K : poussière, eau, nettoyeurs haute pression — rien ne l’arrête.

Une visibilité accrue pour des opérations facilitées

Krone ne s’est pas arrêté à l’arrière du véhicule. L’intérieur de la remorque bénéficie lui aussi d’une révolution lumineuse. Les nouvelles rampes LED, disponibles d’un côté ou des deux, diffusent une lumière puissante et uniforme sur toute la longueur du chargement — près de 12,5 mètres d’éclairage continu.

Une seule rampe offre une intensité équivalente à deux anciens projecteurs de travail, mesurée au centre de la zone de chargement. Les LED, disposées à intervalles réguliers, créent un faisceau homogène qui simplifie considérablement les opérations de chargement et de déchargement, tout en renforçant la sécurité des opérateurs.

Entièrement intégrées dans le cadre extérieur, ces rampes ne réduisent en rien l’espace utile. Leur conception robuste avec joint PU répond elle aussi à la norme IP6K9K, permettant un nettoyage au nettoyeur haute pression sans contrainte ni risque de détérioration.

With its all-new generation of LED lights, Krone is opening a new chapter in the world of modern transportation. More than just a technical evolution, it's a true transformation that combines safety, efficiency, and elegance.

At the heart of this innovation: a new round, full-LED headlight by Krone. In a clean and resolutely contemporary design, the essential functions—tail light, brake light, and turn signal—are now integrated into a single light chamber. This intelligent design improves reliability while asserting a strong visual identity. Reversing lights and triangular reflectors complete the package, while the rear fog light is discreetly integrated into the license plate module.

Built for durability, the new headlight features integrated electronics that eliminate the need for ballasts or additional housings. Its lens diffuses a homogeneous light and subtly reveals the Krone logo. Thanks to optimized thermal management, it defrosts as quickly as previous filament-based versions. Its housing, invisibly glued and screwed in place, combined with a 7-pin DIN bayonet connector, guarantees exceptional IP6K9K certified sealing: dust, water, high-pressure cleaners—nothing can stop it.

Increased visibility for easier operations

Krone didn't stop at the rear of the vehicle. The trailer's interior also benefits from a lighting revolution. The new LED light bars, available on one or both sides, diffuse powerful and uniform light along the entire length of the load—nearly 12.5 meters of continuous illumination.

A single light bar offers the equivalent intensity of two older work lights, measured at the center of the loading area. The LEDs, arranged at regular intervals, create a homogeneous beam that significantly simplifies loading and unloading operations, while also enhancing operator safety.

Fully integrated into the outer frame, these light bars do not reduce usable space in any way. Their robust design with PU seal also meets the IP6K9K standard, allowing for pressure washing without any risk of damage.

Met zijn geheel nieuwe generatie LED-verlichting slaat Krone een nieuw hoofdstuk open in de wereld van modern transport. Het is meer dan alleen een technische evolutie; het is een ware transformatie die veiligheid, efficiëntie en elegantie combineert.

Centraal in deze innovatie staat een nieuwe ronde, volledig LED-koplamp van Krone. In een strak en resoluut eigentijds design zijn de essentiële functies – achterlicht, remlicht en richtingaanwijzer – nu geïntegreerd in één lichtbron. Dit intelligente ontwerp verbetert de betrouwbaarheid en zorgt tegelijkertijd voor een sterke visuele identiteit. Achteruitrijlichten en driehoekige reflectoren maken het geheel compleet, terwijl het mistachterlicht discreet is geïntegreerd in de kentekenplaathouder.

De nieuwe koplamp is gebouwd voor duurzaamheid en beschikt over geïntegreerde elektronica waardoor ballasten of extra behuizingen overbodig zijn. De lens verspreidt een homogeen licht en onthult subtiel het Krone-logo. Dankzij geoptimaliseerd thermisch beheer ontdooit de koplamp net zo snel als eerdere versies met gloeidraad. De behuizing, onzichtbaar gelijmd en vastgeschroefd, in combinatie met een 7-pins DIN-bajonetconnector, garandeert een uitzonderlijke IP6K9K-gecertificeerde afdichting: stof, water, hogedrukreinigers – niets kan hem tegenhouden.

Verbeterd zicht voor eenvoudigere werkzaamheden

Krone is niet alleen aan de achterkant van het voertuig blijven hangen. Ook het interieur van de trailer profiteert van een verlichtingsrevolutie. De nieuwe LED-lichtbalken, verkrijgbaar aan één of beide zijden, verspreiden krachtig en gelijkmatig licht over de gehele lengte van de lading – bijna 12,5 meter continue verlichting.

Eén lichtbalk biedt dezelfde lichtintensiteit als twee oudere werklampen, gemeten in het midden van de laadruimte. De LED's, met regelmatige tussenafstanden geplaatst, creëren een homogene lichtbundel die het laden en lossen aanzienlijk vereenvoudigt en de veiligheid van de gebruiker verhoogt.

Deze lichtbalken zijn volledig geïntegreerd in het buitenframe en nemen geen bruikbare ruimte in beslag. Het robuuste ontwerp met PU-afdichting voldoet bovendien aan de IP6K9K-norm, waardoor hogedrukreiniging zonder risico op beschadiging mogelijk is.
