Première chargeuse sur pneus électrique à batterie L 507 E de Liebherr
La chargeuse sur pneus électrique à batterie L 507 E est la première chargeuse sur pneus électrifiée du groupe Liebherr. Il combine les avantages éprouvés d'un chargeur stéréo Liebherr avec un système d'entraînement électrique sur batterie développé par Liebherr. La L 507 E offre les mêmes performances qu'une chargeuse sur pneus conventionnelle de la même catégorie, mais sans émissions locales de CO2. De plus, les faibles émissions sonores de la nouvelle chargeuse sur pneus la rendent idéale pour une utilisation dans les zones où de faibles niveaux de bruit et d'échappement sont particulièrement importants, comme sur les routes, en ville ou dans les installations de production.
LH 26 M Industry E avec kit de mobilité alimenté par batterie
À l'Ecomondo 2023, Liebherr présentera la pelle de manutention électrique Liebherr LH 26 M Industry E, connectée par câble. Pour un fonctionnement temporaire et indépendant du secteur, la machine peut être équipée en option d'un kit de mobilité alimenté par batterie. La machine de manutention électrique Liebherr est conçue pour être utilisée dans l'industrie du recyclage.
L'installation pour le salon comprend une flèche droite de 6,60 m de long et un bras de 4,50 m de long avec cinématique d'inclinaison. L'équipement comprend également la pince de tri Liebherr SG 25 d'une capacité de 0,75 m³ et une pince perforée de 1 000 mm de large. La machine de démonstration comprend également une cabine hydraulique à hauteur réglable en continu. Le cheminement des câbles est assuré via un système d'enroulement de câble, qui permet de déplacer la machine en toute sécurité dans un rayon de travail de 40 mètres, voire plus loin sur demande.

Face à la demande croissante de solutions efficaces et durables, Liebherr poursuit son engagement dans ce domaine et présentera à Ecomondo ses chariots télescopiques actualisés, en prenant comme exemple les T 60-9. Le T 60-9s impressionne par sa polyvalence et son système d'entraînement innovant. Dans le même temps, elle peut déjà apporter une contribution importante à la protection de l'environnement grâce à l'utilisation de HVO (huile végétale hydrotraitée), un carburant qui peut être utilisé pour faire fonctionner les moteurs à combustion interne de manière presque neutre sur le plan climatique. L'utilisation du HVO comme substitut au carburant diesel entraîne une réduction drastique des émissions de gaz à effet de serre et de polluants atmosphériques. Le chariot télescopique Liebherr peut fonctionner avec le HVO sans aucune conversion des composants du moteur. Les avantages d'un carburant plus respectueux de l'environnement peuvent ainsi être pleinement exploités sans avoir à faire de compromis sur l'efficacité et les performances. Avec la nouvelle scène EVO désormais disponible, Liebherr a encore étendu les capacités de ses chariots télescopiques. Les nouvelles fonctions d'assistance « EcoMotion » et « MultiMotion », qui agissent comme des boosters d'efficacité, constituent un point fort particulier.

Liebherr will be represented at Ecomondo in Rimini from 7 to 10 November 2023. At Stand 402 in Hall C5, the company will exhibit numerous innovations and products from the field of material handling technology. Ecomondo is one of the largest and most important trade fairs for the recycling industry in Europe.
Liebherr develops numerous machines and equipment options for applications in a wide range of recycling and waste management sectors. Liebherr will be presenting some examples of these powerful, economical and at the same time reliable machines to the trade public at the Ecomondo trade fair in Rimini.
First battery-electric wheel loader L 507 E from Liebherr
The L 507 E battery-electric wheel loader is the Liebherr Group's first electrified wheel loader. It combines the proven advantages of a Liebherr stereo loader with a battery-electric drive system developed by Liebherr. The L 507 E offers the same performance as a conventional wheel loader in the same class, but without local CO2 emissions. In addition, the new wheel loader's low noise emissions make it ideal for use in areas where low noise and exhaust values are particularly important, such as on roads, in the city or in production facilities.
LH 26 M Industry E with battery-powered Mobility Kit
At Ecomondo 2023, Liebherr will present the cable-connected Liebherr electric material handler LH 26 M Industry E. For temporary, mains-independent operation, the machine can be optionally equipped with a battery-powered Mobility Kit. The Liebherr electric handling machine is designed for use in the recycling industry.
The set-up for the trade fair exhibit includes a straight 6.60 m-long boom and a 4.50 m-long stick with tilt kinematics. The equipment also includes the Liebherr SG 25 sorting grab with a capacity of 0.75 m³ and 1,000 mm wide, perforated tongs. The demonstration machine also includes a hydraulic, infinitely height-adjustable cab. The cable routing is provided via a cable winding system, which allows the machine to be moved safely within a working radius of 40 metres, or even further on request.

In view of the increasing demand for efficient and sustainable solutions, Liebherr is continuing its commitment in this area and will present its updated telescopic handlers at Ecomondo, using the T 60-9s as an example. The T 60-9s impresses thanks to its versatility and innovative drive system. At the same time, it can already make an important contribution to environmental protection thanks to the use of HVO (hydrotreated vegetable oil), a fuel that can be used to operate internal combustion engines in an almost climate-neutral manner. The use of HVO as a substitute for diesel fuel leads to a drastic reduction in emissions of greenhouse gases and air pollutants. Liebherr telescopic handler can be operated with HVO without any conversion of the engine components. The advantages of a more environmentally friendly fuel can thus be fully exploited without having to compromise on efficiency and performance. With the new EVO stage now available, Liebherr has further expanded the capabilities of its telescopic handlers. A special highlight are the new assistance functions: "EcoMotion" and "MultiMotion", which act as efficiency boosters.

Ecomondo is één van de grootste en belangrijkste vakbeurzen voor de recyclingindustrie in Europa.
Liebherr ontwikkelt talrijke machines en uitrustingsopties voor toepassingen in een breed scala aan recycling- en afvalbeheersectoren. Op de vakbeurs Ecomondo in Rimini zal Liebherr enkele voorbeelden van deze krachtige, zuinige en tegelijkertijd betrouwbare machines aan het vakpubliek presenteren.
Eerste batterij-elektrische wiellader L 507 E van Liebherr
De accu-elektrische wiellader L 507 E is de eerste geëlektrificeerde wiellader van de Liebherr Groep. Hij combineert de bewezen voordelen van een Liebherr stereolader met een door Liebherr ontwikkeld accu-elektrisch aandrijfsysteem. De L 507 E biedt dezelfde prestaties als een conventionele wiellader in dezelfde klasse, maar zonder lokale CO2-uitstoot. Bovendien maakt de lage geluidsemissie van de nieuwe wiellader hem ideaal voor gebruik in gebieden waar lage geluids- en uitlaatwaarden bijzonder belangrijk zijn, zoals op wegen, in de stad of in productiefaciliteiten.
LH 26 M Industry E met mobiliteitskit op batterijen
Op Ecomondo 2023 presenteert Liebherr de kabelgebonden Liebherr elektrische overslagmachine LH 26 M Industry E. Voor tijdelijke, netonafhankelijke werking kan de machine optioneel worden uitgerust met een accu-aangedreven Mobility Kit. De elektrische handlingmachine van Liebherr is ontworpen voor gebruik in de recyclingindustrie.
De opstelling voor de beursstand bestaat uit een rechte giek van 6,60 m en een stick van 4,50 m met kantelkinematica. Tot de uitrusting behoren tevens de Liebherr SG 25 sorteergrijper met een inhoud van 0,75 m³ en een 1.000 mm brede, geperforeerde tang. De demonstratiemachine beschikt tevens over een hydraulische, traploos in hoogte verstelbare cabine. De kabelgeleiding gebeurt via een kabeloprolsysteem, waardoor de machine veilig verplaatst kan worden binnen een werkradius van 40 meter, of op verzoek zelfs verder.
Ideaal voor gebruik in recyclinginstallaties: Liebherr zal op Ecomondo 2023 de kabelaangesloten elektrische overslagmachine Liebherr LH 26 M Industry E presenteren.
Met het oog op de toenemende vraag naar efficiënte en duurzame oplossingen zet Liebherr zijn inzet op dit gebied voort en zal hij op Ecomondo zijn vernieuwde verreikers presenteren, met als voorbeeld de T 60-9s. De T 60-9s overtuigt door zijn veelzijdigheid en innovatief aandrijfsysteem. Tegelijkertijd kan het al een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de bescherming van het milieu dankzij het gebruik van HVO (hydrotreated plantaardige olie), een brandstof waarmee verbrandingsmotoren op een vrijwel klimaatneutrale manier kunnen worden aangedreven. Het gebruik van HVO als vervanging voor dieselbrandstof leidt tot een drastische vermindering van de uitstoot van broeikasgassen en luchtverontreinigende stoffen. De Liebherr verreiker kan met HVO worden bediend zonder enige ombouw van de motorcomponenten. De voordelen van een milieuvriendelijkere brandstof kunnen dus volledig worden benut zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van de efficiëntie en prestaties. Nu de nieuwe EVO-trap beschikbaar is, heeft Liebherr de mogelijkheden van zijn verreikers verder uitgebreid. Een bijzonder hoogtepunt zijn de nieuwe assistentiefuncties: "EcoMotion" en "MultiMotion", die als efficiëntieverhogers fungeren.
