Liebherr a lancé une nouvelle application pour smartphone pour ses engins de terrassement, offrant aux opérateurs de machines des informations à « valeur ajoutée significative » sur le fonctionnement et la maintenance des machines.

L'application « MyAssistant for Earthmoving » est disponible pour les pelles sur pneus, les engins de manutention et les chargeuses sur pneus de génération 6.0 et supérieure, ainsi que pour les pelles sur chenilles, les niveleuses et chargeuses sur chenilles, les poseurs de canalisations et les camions articulés de génération 8.0 et supérieure.

En plus des guides d'utilisation et de maintenance, l'application contient l'intégralité du manuel d'utilisation Liebherr et la possibilité de sélectionner et de commander des pièces de rechange, en fonction du niveau d'autorisation de l'utilisateur.

Il existe également une fonction « Scanner les symboles de fonctionnement » que l'utilisateur peut utiliser pour identifier les symboles inconnus sur les panneaux de commande, les claviers et les interrupteurs, ainsi que sur le panneau de commande dans la cabine. Liebherr a déclaré que cela serait particulièrement utile pour les opérateurs de machines dont les entreprises disposent d'un grand parc de machines, ainsi que pour les opérateurs inexpérimentés.

Après une authentification réussie via le portail MyLiebherr, l'utilisateur a accès à l'ensemble des fonctionnalités de l'application, avec toutes les machines de terrassement et de manutention Liebherr du parc d'une entreprise à sa disposition via un menu déroulant.

La machine peut ensuite être sélectionnée via la désignation du modèle et le numéro de série. Le menu qui en résulte propose « Mode d'emploi », « Catalogue de pièces de rechange » et « Scanner le symbole de fonctionnement », qui se réfèrent exclusivement à la machine sélectionnée.

Liebherr has launched a new smartphone app for its earthmoving equipment giving machine operators “significant added value” information on machine operation and maintenance.

The ‘MyAssistant for Earthmoving’ app is available for wheeled excavators, material handling machines and wheel loaders of generation 6.0 and higher, as well as for crawler excavators, graders and crawler loaders, pipelayers and articulated trucks of generation 8.0 and higher.

In addition to operation and maintenance guides, the app contains the entire Liebherr operator’s manual and the ability to select and order spare parts, depending on the user’s authorisation level.

There is also a ‘Scan operating symbol’ function that the user can use to identify unknown symbols on operating panels, keyboards and switches, as well as on the control panel in the cab. Liebherr said this would be particularly useful for machine operators whose companies have a large fleet of machines, and for inexperienced operators.

After successful authentication via the MyLiebherr portal, the user has access to the full range of features of the app, with all Liebherr earthmoving and material handling machines in a company’s fleet available to the user via a drop-down menu.

The machine can then be selected via the model designation and serial number. The resulting menu offers ‘Operating instructions’, ‘Spare parts catalogue’ and ‘Scan operating symbol’, which refer exclusively to the selected machine.
The app can be downloaded free from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Liebherr heeft voor zijn grondverzetmaterieel een nieuwe smartphone-app gelanceerd die machinebestuurders informatie over “significante toegevoegde waarde” geeft over de bediening en het onderhoud van de machine.

De app ‘MijnAssistant voor Grondverzet’ is beschikbaar voor wielgraafmachines, overslagmachines en wielladers van generatie 6.0 en hoger, maar ook voor rupsgraafmachines, graders en rupsladers, pijpenleggers en knikgestuurde vrachtwagens van generatie 8.0 en hoger.

Naast bedienings- en onderhoudshandleidingen bevat de app de volledige gebruikershandleiding van Liebherr en de mogelijkheid om reserveonderdelen te selecteren en te bestellen, afhankelijk van het autorisatieniveau van de gebruiker.

Er is ook een ‘Scan operating symbol’-functie waarmee de gebruiker onbekende symbolen op bedieningspanelen, toetsenborden en schakelaars, maar ook op het bedieningspaneel in de cabine kan identificeren. Liebherr zei dat dit vooral nuttig zou zijn voor machine-operators wier bedrijven een groot machinepark hebben, en voor onervaren operators.

Na succesvolle authenticatie via het MyLiebherr-portaal heeft de gebruiker toegang tot het volledige scala aan functies van de app, waarbij alle Liebherr grondverzet- en overslagmachines in het wagenpark van een bedrijf voor de gebruiker beschikbaar zijn via een vervolgkeuzemenu.

Vervolgens kan de machine worden geselecteerd via de modelaanduiding en het serienummer. Het resulterende menu biedt ‘Bedieningsinstructies’, ‘Onderdelencatalogus’ en ‘Scanbedieningssymbool’, die uitsluitend betrekking hebben op de geselecteerde machine.
