Le client autrichien de Liebherr, Ragginger, utilise la pelle sur chenilles R 956 pour les travaux de manutention et de battage de palplanches. La pelle de 72 tonnes présente une capacité de levage élevée et une hauteur de crochet de 15 m pour manipuler une variété de parois de palplanches et minimiser les déplacements nécessaires. De plus, le train de roulement VH-HD avec gabarit à réglage hydraulique assure une excellente stabilité lors du retrait des parois de palplanches, tout en permettant un transport plus facile sur route.
Spécialement développé pour les grands chantiers

La pelle sur chenilles est équipée d'une longue flèche spéciale réglable en hauteur, adaptée à cette application. La cinématique de la flèche est idéale pour les travaux de battage le long des parois de palplanches, garantissant une hauteur de travail élevée à proximité de la machine. De plus, la flèche permet une hauteur de transport relativement faible pour une pelle de cette taille – un point clé pour le client, qui doit être attentif aux restrictions liées au déplacement des engins de construction sur route, notamment dans les tunnels.

Liebherr a augmenté la taille de certains vérins de l'accessoire, afin de garantir la meilleure manipulation possible des parois de palplanches. Le système hydraulique a été spécialement conçu pour être utilisé avec l'outil de battage. L'élévation hydraulique de la cabine offre à l'opérateur la meilleure vue possible, augmentant ainsi la sécurité du chantier. To carry out material handling and piledriving work for sheet pile walls, the Austria-based Ragginger company has picked the R 956 crawler excavator. The machine has been specifically designed for best possible management of these special tasks.

Liebherr‘s Austrian customer Ragginger uses the R 956 crawler excavator for material handling and piledriving work for sheet pile walls. The 72-tonne excavator features a high lift capacity and a 15 m hook height to handle a variety of sheet pile walls and minimise the travel required. In addition, the VH-HD undercarriage with hydraulically adjustable gauge ensures excellent stability when removing sheet pile walls, while at the same time allowing easier transportation by road.
Specially developed for large construction sites

The crawler excavator is equipped with a special long, height-adjustable boom suitable for this application. The boom’s kinematics are ideal for piledriving work along sheet pile walls, ensuring a high working height close to the machine. Additionally, the boom makes possible a relatively low transport height for an excavator of this size – a key point for the customer, who needs to be mindful of the restrictions of moving construction machines by road, especially through tunnels.

Liebherr has increased the size of certain cylinders in the attachment, to ensure best possible handling of sheet pile walls. The hydraulic system has been specially designed for use with the piling tool. The hydraulic cab elevation gives the operator the best possible view, increasing site safety. With its versatile equipment, the R 956 VH-HD is even being used by the customer for demolition work with appropriate tools (pulveriser, concrete shear, sorting grapple or bucket).

Voor het uitvoeren van materiaaloverslag- en heiwerkzaamheden voor damwandwanden heeft het in Oostenrijk gevestigde bedrijf Ragginger gekozen voor de rupsgraafmachine R 956. De machine is speciaal ontworpen voor het best mogelijke beheer van deze speciale taken.

De Oostenrijkse klant Ragginger van Liebherr gebruikt de rupsgraafmachine R 956 voor materiaaloverslag en heiwerkzaamheden voor damwanden. De graafmachine van 72 ton beschikt over een hoog hefvermogen en een haakhoogte van 15 meter, zodat hij een verscheidenheid aan damwandwanden kan hanteren en de benodigde verplaatsingen tot een minimum kan beperken. Daarnaast zorgt het VH-HD onderstel met hydraulisch verstelbare spoorbreedte voor een uitstekende stabiliteit bij het verwijderen van damwanden, terwijl tegelijkertijd het transport over de weg eenvoudiger wordt.
Speciaal ontwikkeld voor grote bouwplaatsen

De rupsgraafmachine is voorzien van een speciale lange, in hoogte verstelbare giek geschikt voor deze toepassing. De kinematica van de giek is ideaal voor heiwerkzaamheden langs damwanden, waardoor er dichtbij de machine een hoge werkhoogte ontstaat. Bovendien maakt de giek een relatief lage transporthoogte mogelijk voor een graafmachine van dit formaat – een belangrijk punt voor de klant, die rekening moet houden met de beperkingen van het verplaatsen van bouwmachines over de weg, vooral door tunnels.

Liebherr heeft de maat van bepaalde cilinders in het opzetstuk vergroot, om een zo goed mogelijke handling van damwandwanden te garanderen. Het hydraulische systeem is speciaal ontworpen voor gebruik met het heigereedschap. De hydraulische cabineverhoging geeft de machinist het best mogelijke zicht, waardoor de veiligheid op het terrein toeneemt. Met zijn veelzijdige uitrusting wordt de R 956 VH-HD door de klant zelfs gebruikt voor sloopwerkzaamheden met geschikt gereedschap (vergruizer, betonschaar, sorteergrijper of bak).
