Dans la pittoresque région de Transylvanie, près de la ville historique de Sibiu, un nouveau souffle anime les chantiers routiers. L’entreprise Drumuri Și Poduri SA Sibiu, spécialisée dans l’entretien et la réparation des routes, vient d’accueillir un allié de taille : l’usine d’enrobés Lintec CSD1510 Asphalt Mixing Plant. Compacte, innovante et résolument tournée vers l’avenir, cette installation marque une étape décisive dans la modernisation des infrastructures locales.

En remplaçant une ancienne unité devenue obsolète, la CSD1510 apporte non seulement une capacité de production de 120 tonnes par heure, mais aussi une technologie de pointe pensée pour conjuguer efficacité et respect de l’environnement. Sa conception compacte répond parfaitement aux contraintes d’espace du site, tout en garantissant un rendement élevé et une empreinte carbone réduite.

Au cœur de son fonctionnement se trouve la technologie Screen Drum optimisée, qui permet une consommation énergétique exemplaire sans compromettre la qualité de l’asphalte produit. S’y ajoutent des systèmes de chauffage 100 % électriques – pour la tour comme pour les cuves à bitume – ainsi qu’une unité d’émulsion bitumineuse intégrée. Bientôt, l’installation sera reliée à un parc solaire, permettant de couvrir une partie de sa consommation par des énergies renouvelables. Un pas de plus vers un avenir routier durable.

Ștefan Pătrașcu, Area Sales Manager East Europe chez Lintec & Linnhoff, souligne l’importance stratégique de ce projet :

Les bénéfices ne se font pas attendre. Grâce à sa tour de stockage à chaud et à son système avancé de recyclage des poussières, l’usine assure un approvisionnement fluide même en période de forte demande, tout en réduisant considérablement les pertes de matériaux.

Pour M. Lisan, directeur général de Drumuri Și Poduri SA Sibiu, le choix de la CSD1510 s’imposait comme une évidence :

« Cette installation a dépassé toutes nos attentes, tant par son efficacité énergétique que par la constance de la production. Elle nous a permis de franchir un cap majeur sans pour autant augmenter notre empreinte au sol. Nous sommes fiers d’adopter des solutions plus propres et plus intelligentes pour construire les routes de demain. »

La Roumanie n’en est pas à son premier partenariat avec Lintec & Linnhoff. En 2021, une usine CSM3000 Containerised Asphalt Mixing Plant a été installée près de Bucarest, doublant la capacité d’une fidèle CSD1500 après plus de 12 années de service. Plus récemment, une unité de 160 t/h a vu le jour à Târgoviște, consolidant la présence de la marque dans le pays.

Ces projets successifs témoignent de l’engagement de Lintec & Linnhoff à fournir des technologies de production d’enrobés toujours plus performantes, durables et adaptées aux besoins croissants des infrastructures modernes. In the picturesque region of Transylvania, near the historic city of Sibiu, a new lease of life is being breathed into road construction sites. Drumuri Și Poduri SA Sibiu, a company specializing in road maintenance and repair, has just welcomed a key ally: the Lintec CSD1510 Asphalt Mixing Plant. Compact, innovative, and resolutely forward-looking, this facility marks a decisive step in the modernization of local infrastructure.

Replacing an older, obsolete unit, the CSD1510 not only brings a production capacity of 120 tons per hour, but also cutting-edge technology designed to combine efficiency and environmental friendliness. Its compact design perfectly meets the site's space constraints, while ensuring high output and a reduced carbon footprint.

At the heart of its operation is the optimized Screen Drum technology, which enables exemplary energy consumption without compromising the quality of the asphalt produced. This is complemented by 100% electric heating systems – for both the tower and the bitumen tanks – as well as an integrated bitumen emulsion unit. The facility will soon be connected to a solar park, enabling it to cover part of its consumption with renewable energy. Another step towards a sustainable road future.

Stefan Pătrașcu, Area Sales Manager East Europe at Lintec & Linnhoff, emphasizes the strategic importance of this project:

In de pittoreske regio Transsylvanië, vlakbij de historische stad Sibiu, krijgen wegenbouwlocaties nieuw leven ingeblazen. Drumuri Și Poduri SA Sibiu, een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in wegenonderhoud en -reparatie, heeft zojuist een belangrijke bondgenoot verwelkomd: de Lintec CSD1510 asfaltmengcentrale. Compact, innovatief en resoluut toekomstgericht, markeert deze faciliteit een beslissende stap in de modernisering van de lokale infrastructuur.

De CSD1510 vervangt een oudere, verouderde installatie en biedt niet alleen een productiecapaciteit van 120 ton per uur, maar ook geavanceerde technologie die efficiëntie en milieuvriendelijkheid combineert. Het compacte ontwerp voldoet perfect aan de beperkte ruimte op de locatie en garandeert tegelijkertijd een hoge output en een kleinere CO2-voetafdruk.

De kern van de werking is de geoptimaliseerde zeeftrommeltechnologie, die een voorbeeldig energieverbruik mogelijk maakt zonder afbreuk te doen aan de kwaliteit van het geproduceerde asfalt. Dit wordt aangevuld met 100% elektrische verwarmingssystemen – voor zowel de toren als de bitumentanks – en een geïntegreerde bitumenemulsie-unit. De installatie wordt binnenkort aangesloten op een zonnepark, waardoor een deel van het verbruik kan worden gedekt door hernieuwbare energie. Een nieuwe stap naar een duurzame toekomst voor de weg.

De voordelen zijn direct merkbaar. Dankzij de warmteopslagtoren en het geavanceerde stofrecyclingsysteem garandeert de installatie een constante levering, zelfs tijdens periodes van hoge vraag, terwijl materiaalverlies aanzienlijk wordt beperkt.

Voor de heer Lisan, algemeen directeur van Drumuri Și Poduri SA Sibiu, was de keuze voor de CSD1510 een no-brainer:

"Deze installatie heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen, zowel wat betreft energie-efficiëntie als productieconsistentie. Het heeft ons in staat gesteld een belangrijke mijlpaal te bereiken zonder onze ecologische voetafdruk te vergroten. We zijn er trots op dat we schonere en slimmere oplossingen hebben geïmplementeerd om de wegen van morgen te bouwen."

Dit is niet de eerste samenwerking van Roemenië met Lintec & Linnhoff. In 2021 werd nabij Boekarest een CSM3000 containerasfaltcentrale geïnstalleerd, waarmee de capaciteit van een betrouwbare CSD1500 na meer dan 12 jaar dienst werd verdubbeld. Recenter werd in Târgoviște een installatie van 160 ton/u gebouwd, waarmee de aanwezigheid van het merk in het land werd versterkt.

Deze opeenvolgende projecten tonen Lintec & Linnhoff's toewijding aan het leveren van steeds efficiëntere en duurzamere asfaltproductietechnologieën die zijn aangepast aan de groeiende behoeften van moderne infrastructuur. In Sibiu, net als elders in Roemenië, belichaamt de CSD1510 deze missie perfect: het bouwen van groenere, duurzamere en slimmere wegen.
