L'industrie de la construction a considérablement changé depuis la dernière ConExpo-Con/AGG tenue en 2020, tout comme la présence de LiuGong en Amérique du Nord.

Alors que LiuGong revient à la ConExpo de cette année, qui se tiendra du 14 au 18 mars 2023 à Las Vegas, il le fait dans une position renforcée sur le marché des équipements de construction et en tant que l'une des entreprises à la croissance la plus rapide du secteur.

LiuGong arrive au stand F9205 sur le terrain du festival au Las Vegas Convention Center avec 19 machines au total, dont huit nouveaux produits, deux nouveaux véhicules électriques à batterie, un personnel considérablement accru et un réseau de concessionnaires robuste et en pleine croissance.

Succès commerciaux 2021 et 2022

Les deux dernières années pour LiuGong ont vu des records de bénéfices, de revenus et de croissance. Alors que d'autres fabricants ont réduit leur production, LiuGong a augmenté sa production et ses stocks, ce qui en fait le plus grand producteur de chargeuses sur pneus au monde.
Gamme LiuGong à ConExpo

Les 19 produits exposés couvrent cinq gammes de produits (chargeuses sur pneus, pelles, bulldozers, rouleaux et applications de manutention) et incluent de nouveaux éléments technologiques dans la plupart des machines.

En tête d'affiche de l'exposition LiuGong se trouve l'un de ses véhicules électriques à batterie, la chargeuse sur pneus 856H-E MAX. Il y a eu une croissance exponentielle dans ce domaine, avec environ 2 000 de ces unités fonctionnant déjà dans le monde entier dans certaines des conditions les plus difficiles au monde.

Le 856H-E MAX peut améliorer les chantiers où les moteurs à combustion traditionnels ne sont pas autorisés ou dans les opérations sur site fixe où les investissements dans l'infrastructure de charge sont judicieux, selon le fabricant.

LiuGong lance deux nouvelles pelles de grande taille. La pelle de classe 936F de 36 tonnes est une étape au-dessus des pelles de taille moyenne, tandis que la pelle de classe 995F de 95 tonnes deviendra la plus grande du portefeuille de pelles LiuGong.

Il y a deux nouvelles pelles compactes à déport arrière nul (ZTS) en première mondiale dans les modèles 9051FZTS et 9057FZTS. Ces pelles de classe 5 et 6 tonnes comblent une lacune dans la gamme LiuGong et s'appuient sur le modèle 9027FZTS qui a été lancé en 2021.

Répondant à l'appel pour gérer les travaux serrés sur les chantiers commerciaux et résidentiels, la nouvelle pelle LiuGong 915FCR (rayon compact) de classe 15 tonnes est un complément à la 913FCR, offrant aux clients des choix bienvenus dans cette classe de taille. Les deux sont une évolution de la plate-forme 915F avec l'accent mis sur un déport arrière court et peu de compromis sur la capacité de levage.

Parmi les nouveaux produits supplémentaires figurent le rouleau LiuGong 6612E et le bulldozer Dressta TD-25M.

LiuGong présentera également les chargeuses sur pneus de la série HV (838HV, 856HV, 890HV). Les produits de la série HV ont atteint les normes d'émissions Stage V et comprennent des systèmes de transmission et hydrauliques mis à jour.

Pour compléter la gamme, un autre produit Dressta, le bulldozer TD-16N, ainsi que cinq produits de l'activité de manutention LiuGong en pleine expansion. Augmentation de la couverture des concessionnaires

LiuGong North America to Showcase Company Growth, Battery Electric Vehicle Technology, New Products at ConExpo

The construction industry has changed significantly since the last ConExpo-Con/AGG held in 2020, and so has the LiuGong presence in North America.

As LiuGong returns to this year's ConExpo, held March 14 to 18, 2023, in Las Vegas, it does so in an enhanced position in the construction equipment marketplace and as one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.

LiuGong arrives at booth F9205 on the Festival Grounds at the Las Vegas Convention Center with 19 total machines, including eight new products, two new battery electric vehicles, a significantly increased staff and a robust and growing dealer network.

"The LiuGong presence at ConExpo-Con/AGG 2023 is a culmination of our growth strategy, new product development and investment made by members of our expanding dealer network," said Andrew Ryan, president, LiuGong North America.

2021 and 2022 Business Success

The last two years for LiuGong have seen records in profit, revenue and growth. While other manufacturers scaled back production, LiuGong increased its production and inventory, making it the largest single producer of wheel loaders in the world.
LiuGong Lineup at ConExpo

The 19 products on display cover five product lines (wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, rollers and material handling applications) and include new technological elements throughout most machines.

Headlining the LiuGong display is one of its battery electric vehicles, the 856H-E MAX wheel loader. There has been exponential growth in this area, with an estimated 2,000 of these units already operating worldwide in some of the world's toughest conditions.

The 856H-E MAX can enhance job sites where traditional combustion engines aren't allowed or in fixed site operations where investments in charging infrastructure make sense, according to the manufacturer.

LiuGong debuts two new large size excavators. The 36-ton class 936F excavator is a step above medium size excavators, while the 95-ton class 995F excavator will become the largest in the LiuGong excavator portfolio.

There are two new zero tail swing (ZTS) compact excavators premiering in the 9051FZTS and 9057FZTS models. These 5- and 6-ton class excavators fill a gap within the LiuGong lineup and build on the 9027FZTS model that premiered in 2021.

Answering the call to handle tight work on commercial and residential job sites, the new 15-ton class LiuGong 915FCR (compact radius) excavator is a complement to the 913FCR, providing customers welcome choices in that size class. Both are evolved from the 915F platform with the focus on a short tail swing and little compromise in lifting capability.

Additional new products include the LiuGong 6612E roller and the Dressta TD-25M dozer.

LiuGong also will feature the HV Series wheel loaders (838HV, 856HV, 890HV). The HV Series of products have progressed to Stage V emissions standards and include updated transmission and hydraulic systems.

Rounding out the lineup is another Dressta product, the TD-16N dozer, along with five products from the rapidly expanding LiuGong material handling business. This includes the LiuGong CLC2025A-SC, CLG2030G and CLG2035G fork trucks and S1930DE and S4046DE mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP).

Increasing Dealer Coverage

Since 2019, LiuGong has signed 29 construction equipment dealers and 28 fork truck dealers for a total of 57 new dealers. At the year end of 2022, LiuGong had 92 total dealers with 156 locations. Several new dealers have signed recently and either have been publicly announced or will be in the coming weeks. Others have expanded their operations by either adding locations or enhancing their footprints.

"Our new dealers in both the construction equipment and material handling industries were looking to grow their level of support and relationship with a new manufacturer," Ryan said. "It's our job to help ensure that we as LiuGong work together with these new dealers to elevate them in the marketplace, while continuing to recruit more in key markets across the country."
Key Relationships

LiuGong has worked with Cummins for decades, and the companies have been involved in a joint venture building engines in China together since 2011. Cummins will have one of its engines on display at the LiuGong booth, while the Cummins booth will be in South Hall 4, booth S84615.

LiuGong also will display GRYB product attachments; GRYB has its own booth on the Festival Grounds, F8144. LiuGong also works with CATL as its battery supplier, with Miller UK to provide its globally recognized quick couplers, and with Leica Geosystems, a trusted supplier of premium sensors, software and services for geospatial data intelligence.

Some of the other LiuGong business enhancements since the last ConExpo include an enhanced dealer portal, the launch of the new LiuGong Finance program and a telematics support system, Topcon/Tierra for LiuGong.

Zakelijk succes in 2021 en 2022

De afgelopen twee jaar hebben LiuGong records gezien in winst, omzet en groei. Terwijl andere fabrikanten de productie terugschroefden, verhoogde LiuGong zijn productie en voorraad, waardoor het de grootste afzonderlijke producent van wielladers ter wereld werd.
LiuGong-opstelling op ConExpo

De 19 tentoongestelde producten beslaan vijf productlijnen (wielladers, graafmachines, bulldozers, walsen en materiaalbehandelingstoepassingen) en bevatten nieuwe technologische elementen in de meeste machines.

Hoofdact op het LiuGong-display is een van zijn batterij-elektrische voertuigen, de 856H-E MAX-wiellader. Er is een exponentiële groei op dit gebied, met naar schatting 2.000 van deze eenheden die al wereldwijd in enkele van 's werelds zwaarste omstandigheden opereren.

Toenemende dealerdekking

Sinds 2019 heeft LiuGong 29 dealers van bouwmachines en 28 vorkheftruckdealers getekend voor in totaal 57 nieuwe dealers. Eind 2022 had LiuGong in totaal 92 dealers met 156 locaties. Verschillende nieuwe dealers hebben onlangs getekend en zijn ofwel publiekelijk aangekondigd of zullen dat in de komende weken doen. Anderen hebben hun activiteiten uitgebreid door locaties toe te voegen of hun voetafdruk te vergroten.

"Onze nieuwe dealers in zowel de bouwmachines- als de materiaalbehandelingsindustrie wilden hun niveau van ondersteuning en relatie met een nieuwe fabrikant uitbreiden," zei Ryan. "Het is onze taak om ervoor te zorgen dat wij als LiuGong samenwerken met deze nieuwe dealers om ze op de markt te brengen, terwijl we doorgaan met het werven van meer in belangrijke markten in het hele land."
Belangrijkste relaties

LiuGong werkt al tientallen jaren samen met Cummins en de bedrijven zijn sinds 2011 betrokken bij een joint venture die samen motoren bouwt in China. Cummins zal een van zijn motoren tentoonstellen op de LiuGong-stand, terwijl de stand van Cummins in South Hall 4 zal staan. , stand S84615.
