MT400C : le concasseur pensé pour les hauts rendements

Véritable pièce maîtresse de cette première britannique, le MT400C a été développé pour répondre aux exigences des producteurs d’agrégats et des grands entrepreneurs opérant sur des cadences intensives.

Avec sa trémie de 8 m³ et son alimentation haute capacité, ce concasseur à cône mise sur des débits élevés et une excellente réduction granulométrique tout en garantissant une forme cubique régulière du produit final — un critère devenu essentiel dans les applications carrières et infrastructures.

MAGNA a également intégré un système automatisé de détection des métaux avec goulotte de purge afin de protéger le cône et de réduire les arrêts imprévus. L’ensemble est complété par un réglage hydraulique du CSS avec surveillance électronique, un entraînement direct à faible consommation via embrayage humide ainsi qu’un système hydraulique de débourrage avec réinitialisation automatique.

L’angle du crible peut être ajusté hydrauliquement entre 14° et 18°, tandis que l’extrémité de déchargement relevable simplifie considérablement l’accès et le remplacement des médias. Les convoyeurs de stockage bénéficient eux aussi d’ajustements hydrauliques et d’extensions destinées à augmenter la hauteur de déversement et les capacités de stockage.

specializing in high-capacity solutions, will make its UK debut with two machines designed to make a strong impact: the MT400C cone crusher and the MT6S mobile scalper.

After attracting attention at customer days in Europe and the USA, and then confirming its potential on the international stage at CONEXPO-CON/AGG, MAGNA is now taking advantage of Hillhead to assert its global ambitions. At booth L4, the brand intends to demonstrate a clear philosophy: combining industrial power, high throughput, and maximum reliability.

MT400C: The Crusher Designed for High Throughput

A true centerpiece of this British first, the MT400C was developed to meet the demands of aggregate producers and large contractors operating at high throughput rates.

With its 8 m³ hopper and high-capacity feed, this cone crusher delivers high throughput and excellent particle size reduction while ensuring a consistent cubic shape in the final product—a crucial criterion in quarry and infrastructure applications.

MAGNA has also integrated an automated metal detection system with a purge chute to protect the cone and minimize unplanned downtime. This is complemented by electronically monitored hydraulic CSS adjustment, a low-consumption direct drive via a wet clutch, and a hydraulic unclogging system with automatic reset.

Designed to maximize machine uptime, the MT400C also features multiple shielding configurations, overload protection, a dust suppression system, and standard MAGNA telemetry for real-time performance monitoring.

MT6S: The Scalper Built for Extreme Environments

Alongside the crusher, the MT6S embodies MAGNA's vision of intensive screening. Designed for the most demanding applications—quarries, mines, recycling, demolition debris, sand, gravel, or coal—this mobile scalper boasts an impressive capacity of up to 800 tons per hour.

At the heart of the machine, a large modular housing accommodates an aggressive 6.1 m x 1.8 m upper deck and a 5.5 m x 1.8 m lower deck, delivering optimal separation efficiency even on challenging materials.

The screen angle can be hydraulically adjusted between 14° and 18°, while the liftable discharge end greatly simplifies media access and replacement. The stockpile conveyors also benefit from hydraulic adjustments and extensions designed to increase discharge height and storage capacity.

De Hillhead 2026 beurs verwelkomt een nieuwe zwaargewicht in de wereld van mobiele breek- en zeefmachines. Het merk MAGNA™, een divisie van de Terex Group

gespecialiseerd in oplossingen met hoge capaciteit, maakt zijn debuut in het Verenigd Koninkrijk met twee machines die ontworpen zijn voor zware omstandigheden: de MT400C kegelbreker en de MT6S mobiele voorzeef.

Naast de breker belichaamt de MT6S de MAGNA-visie op intensief zeven. Deze mobiele zeefmachine is ontworpen voor de meest veeleisende toepassingen – steengroeven, mijnen, recycling, sloopwerkzaamheden, zand, grind of kolen – en heeft een indrukwekkende capaciteit van maximaal 800 ton per uur.

Het hart van de machine wordt gevormd door een imposante modulaire behuizing met een robuuste bovenvloer van 6,1 m x 1,8 m en een ondervloer van 5,5 m x 1,8 m, wat zorgt voor optimale scheidingsefficiëntie, zelfs bij lastige materialen.

De zeefhoek kan hydraulisch worden aangepast tussen 14° en 18°, terwijl de verwijderbare afvoer de toegang en het vervangen van het zeefmateriaal aanzienlijk vereenvoudigt. Ook de transportbanden zijn hydraulisch verstelbaar en uitschuifbaar, waardoor de uitstroomhoogte en opslagcapaciteit kunnen worden vergroot.
