Manitou acquiert la propriété intellectuelle d'ATN Platforms

Le groupe Manitou, référence mondiale dans les secteurs de la manutention, des nacelles élévatrices et du terrassement, annonce le rachat de la propriété intellectuelle d'ATN Platforms, spécialiste de la conception et de l'assemblage de nacelles élévatrices.
Le groupe Manitou annonce avoir acquis dans le cadre d'une procédure de redressement judiciaire devant le tribunal de commerce d'Agen, l'intégralité de la propriété intellectuelle d'ATN Platforms, société française spécialisée dans les nacelles élévatrices, notamment verticales.
A la suite de ce rachat, le Groupe étend sa gamme de produits existante afin d'accélérer son développement sur un marché particulièrement dynamique.
L'expérience acquise par ATN Platforms sur ce créneau justifie la décision du Groupe, comme l'explique Michel Denis, Président-Directeur Général : « C'est une opportunité de croissance pour le groupe Manitou. Nos deux sites de production de nacelles à Candé (Maine-et-Loire) assembleront les modèles de nacelles verticales issues du savoir-faire d'ATN Platforms, afin d'offrir à nos clients un choix encore plus large de solutions de nacelles élévatrices ».
Pour accompagner cette acquisition, Manitou Group bénéficie de l'expertise d'une dizaine de collaborateurs d'ATN Platforms, qui resteront basés à Tonneins (Lot-et-Garonne), site historique d'ATN Platforms.

Manitou Group, the worldwide reference in handling, aerial lift platforms and earthmoving sectors, has announced the purchase of the intellectual property of ATN Platforms, a specialist in the design and assembly of aerial work platforms.
Manitou Group has announced that it has acquired in the framework of a judicial recovery procedure before the Commercial Court of Agen, all of the intellectual property of ATN Platforms, a French firm that specializes in aerial work platforms, in particular vertical platforms.
As a result of this purchase, the Group is extending its existing product range in order to accelerate its development in a particularly fast-moving market.
The experience acquired by ATN Platforms in this niche underpins the Group’s decision, as Michel Denis, President & CEO, explains: “This is an opportunity for growth for Manitou Group. Our two platform production sites in Candé (Maine-et-Loire) will assemble the vertical platform models that are the result of the expertise of ATN Platforms, in order to offer our customers an even wider choice of aerial work platform solutions”.
To accompany this acquisition, Manitou Group is benefiting from the expertise of some dozen ATN Platforms employees, who will continue to be based in Tonneins (Lot-et-Garonne), the historic site of ATN Platforms.

Manitou verwerft intellectueel eigendom van ATN Platforms

Manitou Group, de wereldwijde referentie in de sectoren handling, hoogwerkers en grondverzet, heeft de aankoop aangekondigd van het intellectuele eigendom van ATN Platforms, een specialist in het ontwerp en de montage van hoogwerkers.
Manitou Group heeft aangekondigd dat het in het kader van een gerechtelijke invorderingsprocedure voor de rechtbank van koophandel van Agen, alle intellectuele eigendom heeft verworven van ATN Platforms, een Frans bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in hoogwerkers, in het bijzonder verticale platforms.
Als gevolg van deze aankoop breidt de Groep haar bestaande productgamma uit om haar ontwikkeling in een bijzonder snel veranderende markt te versnellen.
De ervaring die ATN Platforms in deze niche heeft opgedaan, ondersteunt de beslissing van de Groep, zoals Michel Denis, President & CEO, uitlegt: “Dit is een kans voor groei voor Manitou Group. Onze twee platformproductiesites in Candé (Maine-et-Loire) zullen de verticale platformmodellen assembleren die het resultaat zijn van de expertise van ATN Platforms, om onze klanten een nog ruimere keuze aan hoogwerkeroplossingen te bieden”.
Om deze overname te begeleiden, profiteert de Manitou-groep van de expertise van een tiental medewerkers van ATN Platforms, die gevestigd zullen blijven in Tonneins (Lot-et-Garonne), de historische site van ATN Platforms.
