À l’occasion d’Agritechnica 2025, Manitou Group lève le voile sur une nouvelle génération de machines, d’équipements et de services digitaux, témoignant de son engagement constant en faveur de la performance, de l’efficacité et de la durabilité dans le domaine de la manutention agricole.

L’électrique en vedette : le MLT 625 e

Véritable symbole de cette évolution, le MLT 625 e marque une étape majeure dans l’histoire du groupe : c’est le tout premier chariot télescopique 100 % électrique signé Manitou. Héritier du succès du modèle MLT 625, il associe puissance et respect de l’environnement grâce à une motorisation zéro émission.
Son batterie de 35 kWh, idéalement positionnée au centre du châssis pour une stabilité optimale, offre deux modes de fonctionnement — Standard et Boost — et se recharge à 80 % en seulement trois heures grâce à un chargeur intégré de 9 kW (380 V). Réduction de 25 % de la consommation d’huile hydraulique, absence d’entretien batterie : autant d’atouts qui se traduisent par des économies substantielles à l’usage.

Une gamme NewAg repensée pour le confort et la performance

La gamme MLT NewAg s’enrichit désormais de 14 modèles revisités, conçus pour repousser les limites de la productivité et du confort. Bras télescopique redessiné, cabines plus ergonomiques, nouveaux accoudoirs et climatisation optimisée : tout a été pensé pour le bien-être de l’utilisateur.
L’automatisation progresse avec les fonctions Smart Counting et Intelligent Hydraulics, tandis que les phares LED et les systèmes de graissage automatique (en option) maximisent la rentabilité des opérations. Manitou complète sa gamme avec de nouveaux outils conçus pour accroître la polyvalence des machines : le godet de remplissage Big Bag (BBF 1200/600) pour la manipulation précise de matériaux en vrac, le broyeur forestier et à pierres pour l’entretien des sols, ou encore la balayeuse Push Broom qui assure un nettoyage sans poussière, même sur surfaces irrégulières. Electric in the spotlight: the MLT 625 e

A true symbol of this evolution, the MLT 625 e marks a major milestone in the group's history: it is the very first 100% electric telehandler from Manitou. Building on the success of the MLT 625 model, it combines power and environmental friendliness thanks to a zero-emission engine. Its 35 kWh battery, ideally positioned in the center of the chassis for optimal stability, offers two operating modes—Standard and Boost—and recharges to 80% in just three hours thanks to an integrated 9 kW (380 V) charger. A 25% reduction in hydraulic oil consumption and no battery maintenance are just some of the benefits that translate into substantial savings during operation.

The MLT NewAg range is now expanded with 14 redesigned models, designed to push the boundaries of productivity and comfort. A redesigned telescopic boom, more ergonomic cabs, new armrests, and optimized air conditioning: everything has been designed with user well-being in mind.

Ever more precise and versatile accessories

Manitou is expanding its range with new tools designed to increase the versatility of its machines: the Big Bag filling bucket (BBF 1200/600) for precise handling of bulk materials, the forestry and stone mulcher for ground maintenance, and the Push Broom sweeper, which ensures dust-free cleaning, even on uneven surfaces. The reinforced timber grapple makes handling the heaviest loads safer.

Intelligence at the service of precision

In terms of digital innovation, Manitou is highlighting its Smart Weighing System (SWS). Integrated into the 7-inch touchscreen in the cab, this static and dynamic weighing system boasts an accuracy of ±2% and allows for complete monitoring of loads and feed flows. The data is accessible from the machine interface or via the myMANITOU app, facilitating daily farm management.

Connected services for sustainable agriculture

Because innovation doesn't stop at the machine, Manitou is expanding its Connected Solutions: extended warranties of up to six years, remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance via dealerships, and personalized financing solutions offered by Manitou Group Finance.

Voortbouwend op het succes van de MLT 625 combineert hij kracht en milieuvriendelijkheid dankzij een emissievrije motor.
