Le groupe Manitou élargit sa gamme de chariots télescopiques dédiée au marché nord-américain avec le lancement d'un nouveau modèle compact au salon ARA.

Près d'un an après le lancement d'une gamme de chariots télescopiques au salon ConExpo, l'ultra compact MTA 519, également disponible sous la marque nord-américaine du constructeur Gehl sous le nom de Gehl TH5-19, présente une hauteur de 6 pieds 4 pouces et une largeur de 5 pieds, 11 pouces.

Le chariot télescopique peut être facilement transporté sur différents chantiers, grâce à des points d'élingage situés à l'avant et à l'arrière de la machine. Il a été conçu pour être compact et très maniable dans les espaces confinés, tels que les sous-sols, les centres-villes ou à travers les portes de garage, avec un rayon de braquage de 10 pieds, 10 pouces.

Le MTA 519 est désormais également livré avec un système d'attache rapide universel pour chargeuse compacte qui est soutenu par une flèche télescopique à pleine puissance engageant le sol. Il est équipé d'une transmission hydrostatique et offre un haut niveau de performance, avec une capacité de charge maximale allant jusqu'à 5 500 livres et une hauteur de travail maximale de 19 pieds 1 pouce.

Sa portée allant jusqu'à 11 pieds 2 pouces est idéale pour charger et décharger des matériaux au deuxième étage d'une maison, notamment lors de travaux de rénovation. La garde au sol de 13 pouces permet au MTA 519 d'être utilisé sur tous types de terrains.

Manitou Group is expanding its range of telehandlers dedicated to the North American market with the launch of a new compact model at the ARA Show.

Almost a year after the launch of a range of telehandlers at the ConExpo show, the ultra compact MTA 519, also available under the manufacturer’s North American Gehl brand as the Gehl TH5-19, has a height of 6ft 4in and a width of 5ft, 11in.

The telehandler can be easily transported to different job sites, with slinging points located at the front and rear of the machine. It has been designed to be compact and highly manoeuvrable in confined spaces, such as basements, city centres or through garage doors, with a turning radius of 10ft, 10in.

The MTA 519 now also comes with a universal skid-steer quick attach system that is supported with a full power ground engaging telescopic boom. It is equipped with a hydrostatic transmission and provides a high level of performance, with a maximum load capacity of up to 5,500 pounds and a maximum working height of 19ft, 1in.

Its outreach of up to 11ft, 2in is ideal for loading and unloading materials on the second floor of a house, particularly during renovation work. The ground clearance of 13 inches allows the MTA 519 to be used on all types of terrain.

Operator access

Access to the cab is simple and step-free for ease of access. Once inside, the operator benefits from an ergonomic dashboard and wide visibility. A single joystick in the cab simplifies boom operations, making it easier to operate the machine.

As the attachment system is a universal skid-steer mount, the MTA 519 can be used with a very wide range of attachments. This allows rental companies to reuse attachments that work with their loader ranges. An automatic parking brake is also standard on the MTA 519. Components are easy to access, so users can carry out maintenance operations with greater ease, thus reducing the total cost of ownership.

Complete range

In addition to the new MTA 519, Manitou Group offers seven models launched in 2023, available under the Manitou (MTA range) and Gehl (TH range) brands. Manufactured at the Yankton facility in South Dakota, the new telehandler series is designed to meet the needs of the construction and rental markets in North America. This range offers a lifting height of 19ft to 55ft, and lifting capacities of 5,500 pounds to 12,000 pounds.

The new design also offers improved visibility, enhanced comfort and performance, and a lower total cost of ownership, along with a completely redesigned cab, providing enhanced comfort and better visibility around the machine and on the attachment.

Manitou Group breidt zijn assortiment verreikers voor de Noord-Amerikaanse markt uit met de lancering van een nieuw compact model op de ARA Show.

Bijna een jaar na de lancering van een reeks verreikers op de ConExpo-show heeft de ultracompacte MTA 519, ook verkrijgbaar onder het Noord-Amerikaanse merk Gehl van de fabrikant als de Gehl TH5-19, een hoogte van 1,80 meter en een breedte van 1,80 meter. 11in.
